Earlier this week I had my sugaring appointment. I arrive to the Brea location and I get the text to respond that Im there. I respond and Im waiting patiently for someone to open the door. Im looking at the window and am noticing there are no hours posted for Sunday (the day I went). Hard to see but then I notice all the lights are off. Weird?? I look back at my texts and see that I booked for the Santa Ana location and not the Brea location. THEN I call the Santa Ana location and Lesly picks up. I told her I was at the wrong location and asked if she would still take me if I came right now and she said yes. My original appointment was at 12pm and she said she can squeeze me in at 1245pm. THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! I was out of there within 15 minutes. She also recommended me a coffee shop as I asked her what was good in that area. This location is really out of the way but honestly I would probably come here again just because of the service!

I had such a great experience that I decided to make another appointment for Lower Tummy are with Lesly later that afternoon. Just like Jasmine, Lesly was friendly and helped me feel comfortable. Funny enough, I decided to make a THIRD appt later that afternoon to get my eyebrows done by Jasmine, haha! I was originally going to get them threaded someplace else, but wanted to give sugaring a try. It was waaaayyyy less painful then threading tbh.

I called Natsuko once before after reading her glowing reviews, but she wasn't taking new clients at the time. She was super nice and was trying to advise me on where else to go. I happened to call a year later, Natusko remembered me and had some openings. I have to say I am very pleased with my results! She does not use the blend method that I'm accustom to which is fine because I noticed that some of my problem spots weren't returning as quickly with blend and I didn't break out like I have in the past from another method. Her office is in a small cute, clean space. I highly recommend her for your electrolysis needs. Natsuko is very nice and accommodating.

They were able to accommodate me last minute, which I really appreciated. As the parent of a new baby my back was destroyed from various carrying and consoling over the past 10 months. This was the first massage I've had in a while where the pressure was so solid I had to ask them to lighten up. I much prefer that to having to constantly ask for more pressure and feeling like I'm not getting the most of my massage. But at relax I always leave with that "it hurt so good" feeling. If you decide to visit, I recommend getting to know who will be providing your service. In the past, my wife has received nothing but exceptional service here, which is why this experience was so surprising. Another concern was the payment process. She was told that a new California law requires a 20% tip to be added when paying with a card, and there was also an additional $3.50 charge for debit card users. Had we known about these fees beforehand, we would have brought cash. Based on my understanding, the explanation regarding the mandatory 20% tip did not seem accurate. I am happy to leave a generous tip when service is exceptional, but I do not believe customers should be required to pay a 20% gratuity, especially when they are dissatisfied with the quality of the service they received. While this visit was disappointing, I want to acknowledge that previous experiences here have been very positive. I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

**Extremely Disappointed - Poor Results and Customer Service**…read more After my second session, I was advised to switch to a different location with a supposedly more powerful machine. I followed through and completed three more sessions at the new location, but saw absolutely no improvement. Frustrated, I decided to try another company -- and after just one session with them, my tattoo is already about 50% lighter. I reached out to LaserAway about the lack of results and was only offered store credit for the four sessions, which is unacceptable. Getting a callback has been a constant struggle, and the customer service has been among the worst I've experienced. Do yourself a favor: save your time, money, and energy. I would not recommend LaserAway to anyone based on my experience.
