Since I was brand new to this, my girl Jasmine explained all the benefits thoroughly and walked me through each step with ease. She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable right away. The studio is clean and professional. Before each appointment, you can set your stuff aside, grab a stress ball (love this detail), and they give you a wipe so you can freshen up. You also get plenty of time to get situated, which I really appreciate. Parking is easy -- lots of street parking, plus a nearby structure and lot if you'd rather go that route. I happened to call a year later, Natusko remembered me and had some openings. I have to say I am very pleased with my results! She does not use the blend method that I'm accustom to which is fine because I noticed that some of my problem spots weren't returning as quickly with blend and I didn't break out like I have in the past from another method. They were able to accommodate me last minute, which I really appreciated. As the parent of a new baby my back was destroyed from various carrying and consoling over the past 10 months. This was the first massage I've had in a while where the pressure was so solid I had to ask them to lighten up. I much prefer that to having to constantly ask for more pressure and feeling like I'm not getting the most of my massage. But at relax I always leave with that "it hurt so good" feeling.
