Titleist and TaylorMade were running a promotion of buy 3 and the fourth would be free. I asked the clerk if it was still active. He said yes, but only if I order online. They then would have to pull it from stock and stack it on will call rack. Asked, since I am here now, can I pull it and he ring it. Said was against store policy. Asked if he could check with manager, he did and manager refused to change policy. He was apologetic, but didn't want to lose his job. This was not an outlandish ask, the store wasn't busy and required no effort from the staff. They watched $400 walk out the door. Their management is dumb as rocks. Went to Golf Galaxy and they had no problem with the 3 for 1 at the counter. Will address with corporate as we really want to shop here but not with current management team that is not customer centric.

Only heard about Sports Basement for the first time a few months ago when a friend took me here for…read morea tandem bike rental! We booked the bike about a week in advance for a full day for $65, and it was ready for pickup when we arrived. The staff did a safety inspection and let us know that helmets are included with the rental and that we could return the bike to any Sports Basement location. My friend also asked if they could leave their backpack there, and the staff kept it behind the desk, which was really nice. The bike was in good condition! We rode it for 4-5 hours with no issues. A few things I wanted to point out - the seat was pretty narrow and hard, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. It had been a while since I last biked, so I'm not sure if I just need to wear padded shorts or if the seat wasn't the right fit for me. Another thing is that I couldn't sit in the front because the seat was too tall for me to comfortably reach the pedals, and there didn't seem to be an easy way to adjust the height. Lastly, it would've been nice to have a phone mount on the handlebar for navigation. We turned in the bike at the end of the day. Overall, the process was very smooth, the staff were friendly, and the rental was affordable. I would do it again, but I'd wear padded shorts next time :)

We went not completely sure which bike we wanted or the best fit. The staff working was very informative and spent a lot of time explaining options and tradeoffs. I appreciate they didn't just push us to the most expensive options. Rather, they took the time to understand his preferences and use for the bike and then made a few recommendations. They were very patient the entire time, letting him test ride multiple bikes until he found the perfect one. We had such a great experience that we went back to purchase a second bike later that evening!

Max (who I believe is the owner) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided some of the best customer service we've experienced. The reservation process was quick and easy, and the hourly rate was very affordable ($40 per hour and additional $5 per person) Since we don't own golf clubs, they provided us with a set at no extra charge, and even gave us complimentary chilled water bottles, which were much appreciated after working up a sweat. The facility itself was spotless, comfortable, and nicely air-conditioned, making it a great place to spend a an hour in especially on a hot day. One of our favorite features was being able to stream YouTube TV, so we watched the World Cup while practicing our swings--it made the experience even more enjoyable. The simulator technology was incredible. It provided detailed feedback that really helped us understand and improve our swings. Whether you're a beginner like us or an experienced golfer looking to fine-tune your game, the technology is both fun and genuinely useful. Overall, we had such a great time and can't recommend Fox Hole Golf Club enough. Between the outstanding customer service, clean facilities, affordable pricing, and top-notch simulator technology, it was an all-around fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back!

I was spending $120 an hour on coaching lessons before this, and getting vague recommendations that only confused me more. For a $40 an hour, 1/3 the price, you get to see exactly what you are doing wrong, not be in the sun all day, and hit all the balls you want. The simulator is top tier, dead simple to use, and gives you a recording of every swing. It even has pose detection to tell you exactly what's wrong with your form. I initially came to see how far I could hit but spent the entire time correcting posture problems detected by the simulator~

The tee boxes could be managed better. Hard to find a level surface and there's multiple grass types. Greens were in great condition. Finished the round in 100 minutes. Groups behind me looked very backed up. I even saw a group of 6 players playing. If you want a quick around I wouldn't reccomend starting after 7AM. Range facilities are solid with mats and chipping/putting areas. Theres a grass area for full swing shots which is nice but it is for members only. Pro shop staff helped me replace my golf ball sleeve after the new one I bought was missing a sleeve. The girl working there was kind but gentleman working answered all my questions and helped me check-in but his tone and attitude gave me the hidden message of "please stop bothering me". I'm not expecting country club customer service from here but I wanted to provide feedback because there's always room for improvement. My expectations were to get a quick round in on short notice and my expectations were exceeded. I definitely will be coming back for early bird golf. I would look at other courses if you getting a quick early bird round is not your priority.

There are 2 levels so there are a lot of options to choose from.
