unfortunately they do not have three seater tubes. you are more than welcome to have three people on a four seater tube, no need for separation. they just need to be under the weight limit on the ride

Do lockers have a code or a key? Do I pay for all day use to be able to open and close ( to buy lunch) or do I pay each time I open it?

They have both key and codes! And it's an all day rental so you can go in and out for the electronic ones!

Are the water park features open for those with mobility disabilities? There's no info on the website which is extremely disappointing.

There are those chairs that can accommodate those in wheelchairs or other mobility disabilities! There are ramps for entrance into the park and they can work with you best they can depending on the disability to use other attractions!

Do they take Apple Pay?

Can you bring a t-shirt and shorts or does it have to be a swimsuit?

Either is fine as long as there are no metal rivets or zippers on your clothing.

Lockers are available from $8 to $14 for an all day rental depending on type and size. You are allowed to exit and re-enter the park if you choose to leave larger items in your car.

We were told to check back in five minutes before the heat started. On our way to check in, we saw some other people checking in who we had previously observed partaking in some 'recreational activities' in the parking lot - no judgment on that, but I do have a legitimate concern for my safety driving with others under an influence. I approached the staff member in the check in room and explained the situation and asked if we could postpone to the next heat. I was told I'd have to go back to the front desk and ask if they can make the change and that the next heat wouldn't be for another half hour. We didn't have the flexibility in our schedule to stay that long so we decided to participate in the current heat. The staff member told me I could pull over to the side to get assisted off the track if I needed to at any time. I didn't love that I would have to exit the race because of someone else's behavior. Interestingly, during the race, one person crashed into the wall in front of me and the other person crashed into my partner. Aside from all that drama, the track was pretty fun with lots of hard turns. The vehicles had great traction. The turbo button on the vehicle I was using was not marked or colored, so I was not able to use it during the race which was disappointing. I think that all of the entertainment and activity options were exciting and plentiful. If I had endless time and funds, I could definitely keep myself busy here for several hours, maybe even an entire day. I didn't love that a single go kart race was $30 per person and I didn't love that safety wasn't taken more seriously.

He explained everything thoroughly to us, helped me choose which would be best for having motion sickness, and overall just made our experience very enjoyable by paying attention to small details. It seems they were operating on a skeleton crew this day. We sat and tried to order food and there was only one server for everyone. Needless to say, it took quite a while to be able to even place an order. The go-kart experience runs like a well oiled machine and was probably the smoothest experience we had out of everything there. Overall we had a ton of fun, but this place really needs to work on training their employees for better customer service and experience.

Brought in a mower to K & P that was dying after a couple minutes of running (and cut like crap…read moregenerally), and Paula diagnosed and fixed the problem (replacing the muffler/auto choke mechanism), as well giving the machine a tune-up (oil, plug, air filter, carb cleaning), a blade sharpening, AND even replaced a wonky connection from the tank to the carb that a prior owner had made to the mower, who tried to put in a cutoff and fuel filter. Believe me when I say, the result was a COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION in my mower. It's like I bought a brand new machine, no kidding! They also got the job done quickly (only a couple days), and the price for the work was MORE than fair, esp. in these times when everything is SO expensive. Buying a mower of this power and build quality in 2026 costs $4-500, so repairing made sense if reasonably priced, which K&P's services are. Very glad to have made this choice, and pleased to be able to patronize small businesses run by people right in our community, who do a kickass job to boot! As a GM, that was disappointing to experience. We were on a time crunch and asked if we could join a later session instead, and if not, we preferred a refund. We were only offered a voucher. I also requested a simple statement confirming our check-in time (2:58 PM), and he refused to provide anything in writing. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and the customer service was poor. I'd strongly recommend leadership/customer service training and clearer policies communicated to customers.

They give new racers the run down on how everything works, the flag system, etc. Explained the red button on the steering wheel that should only be used if necessary to back up. When my husband asked if the green button on the steering wheel was to boost your speed, the guy said if you think it does, then yes. LOL The carts go fast and it's a lot of fun. I like that after your race, you can get your results up at the counter inside to see where you ranked, your fastest lap, etc. I had one incident on my last race where I spun out and then someone hit me at full force. The flag guy ran over to make sure I was OK. My pride made me tell him yes, I was fine but it actually hurt. But I'm a big girl and can handle getting roughed up a little. LOL Thankfully it happened on my last race because my car did not handle too well after that - it shook terribly. I felt that the staff were patient, helpful and want everyone to have a good time. Our only issue was that we waited forever for our last race. They never called our names and group after group after group went on the course. Turns out they had somehow forgot about us. Arcade games, food, photo opps are inside and like I said, we had the best time!

Every hour it's switches between boogie boarding and surfing. I would recommend bringing your own boogie board. You can rent them for $30-$35 but when we asked to rent, they were all being used. You can still be in the water while the surfers ride the waves but you have to be closer to the shallow end. I did notice that the pretend sand in the water is peeling off. It definitely needs some updating. Bring some beach toys if your kids want to play in the sand. In the afternoon the sand was too hot in the sun but once the sun set it was perfect to play in the sand. We all really enjoyed their drinks and food. The kids liked their sliders, tenders and fries. My husband and I shared their coco loco tacos. I didn't realize the loco sauce was a hot sauce, the tacos definitely have a kick. They were good but I would have maybe asked for the sauce on the side next time. They guac and chip were awesome-pomegranate , pineapple pico, and crispy carnitas. This location is about 45 min away for us but this would be a great place to cool off at after a baseball tournament at cactus yards! Looking forward to next time.

As we were looking for the entrance, we noticed there was still a lot of construction going on, sand everywhere, and not fully done yet. Besides the wave pool and surf lagoon, they also have a diving pool, sand volleyball court, and seating areas in the sand. One thing we noticed, though, was that there were only about three lifeguards for the whole area when we were there. The luxury cabanas are located right next to the construction zone, so I'd probably wait until everything is done before renting one. At the entrance, that's where you can get beach passes for the River Wave and Surf Lagoon, rent cabanas, and also the restaurant. We got a table on the patio with a view of the wave pool, which was a nice spot to relax. We ordered wings, fries, and a couple of cocktails, perfect for chilling before dinner. I loved my cocktail; the color was so beautiful. We'll probably wait until construction is done before coming back.
