First time at this location, and parking was super easy in their lot. The store layout is very clean and easy to navigate. Plenty of selection when it comes to apparel, clubs, and bags. They had like 4 hitting bays with launch monitors. Scott was able to set me up with one while I tried out a few iron shots with the set I was eyeing. After a few swings, I was sold. Working with Scott and Jeremy was a breeze and ended up with a brand new putter as well. While some people like to thrift shop for clothes, I like to do that with golf clubs because the demo and trade-in pricing on clubs are a good way to save money of clubs that you actually want. The 90-day return policy for store credit allows you to take what you buy out and play them for up to 90 days. If you don't like it, you can swap them out for something else. And with golf, the money can always be spent on something golf related. Played my first round with my new set, and love em. Will probably be back to get them re-gripped soon.

We discussed what I came in for and what I was interested in gaining from the fitting. Distance and consistency were key focuses for me. The process was smooth and Jacob had me use his foresight launch monitor and I got to test out the new Qi35 lineup of drivers and fairway woods. I immediately loved the fairway woods and how they performed. I had already been played the Stealth 2 head and the Qi35 was beyond better in so many ways. Jacob let me try out different shafts I was interested in and ultimately fit me into ones that were great for me. I found it very helpful Jacob gave me all the specs I needed to make an informed decision on what clubs to commit to. I picked up the 5W and 7W Qi35s and beyond stoked to play em. He's such a chill guy we even talked more golf and cool experiences he's had fitting folks. I appreciate The Golf Mart employees acknowledging my ferrule on my driver had cracked and they fixed it with some epoxy resin. Free of charge! Talk about great customer service! It's a comfortable shop with people who clearly care about helping golfers improve their game. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to spend the time helping you find the right club or shaft for your swing. In my experience, their shaft selection is one of the best I've come across. They also have all the equipment needed for excellent club fitting and really work with you to match the equipment to the way you swing and play the game. Whether it's dialing in the right shaft, doing repairs or making adjustments, they have all the right tools and experience to get it done right. You can tell they've been doing this a long time and take pride in what they do. It's one of the best golf shops around, and every time I go in there I leave feeling confident about the equipment I'm playing.

The staff was helpful too, although no one can actually point you to the right size, right brand or sometimes even the sports. You just walk around and find yourself stuff, no one to assist. I am almost 4 months in (7 lessons total) and am currently sitting at a 18hcp. We joked that's about 1 stroke per lesson! Hopefully I can update down the line with my final numbers. I chose NCGA because of the tech. It's so much easier when you can work on something technical and see the improvements in the data. The first day I got it the wire cable to the battery was corroded and came undone and then less than a week later, it completely stopped running and here I am stuck with a golf cart that I can't move. I didn't know if I should fix it or how to get rid of it , or if I have to throw it out. I called a couple places and no one really wanted to listen to what I had went through or what my current situation was. No one cared. All they wanted to do is sell me a $10,000 or $20,000 golf cart . BUT then Chad answered the phone. He patiently listened to me and he actually cared! I was able to get the golf cart easily repaired for an affordable cost at my home because they sent John to repair the cart. John is a super honest guy another really special person. Chad made sure I was taking care of that. I can come back for any other services or for my next purchase which won't be a rip off but a quality cart with quality service. Invested in new irons at Keplar's and Audra suggested Rob. One session identified a significant flaw with my hands and added real stopping power on the green with short wedges, something I'd really struggled with for years. I'm back to recording scores in the high 70s/low 80s. Rob didn't know but I have doctoral-level biomechanics training, which allowed me to especially appreciate his ability to blend the technical with the art that is golf. Well played, Rob!
