Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.

I spoke with Case by phone the day before, the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. So, I ask for Case and mentioned I spoke to him yesterday about getting new rims installed and tire rotations. He then said give me a minute I'll get you right in. So, with then 10 minute he said pull in the first bay we'll get you taken care of and it took all but 27 minute and they were done. That being said the overall experience was excellent. New process at self-check out as staff came by with tablet scanned contents of basket and membership card while waiting for open terminal. Since all scanned all we had to do at terminal was pay. Always good idea with large heavy items or number of small ones to have bar code up on package. Scan and go. Final note asked staff mbr at customer service where certain item was located.
