Just don't go here for anything. I wish I could give zero stars. I don't care that it was filthy with used to go boxes of food everywhere but they were in the back and didn't even bother to come see what I needed. A customer pointed out that there was someone at the front and the owner I'm guessing yelled something and when I walked back he literally just yelled closed at me. It was 6:15pm and it says they close at 7:30pm. I had a flat tire with a crying one year old that as hungry and we just wanted a quick patch. I would've paid double. Needless to say they don't care and not worth a single dime from anyone. read more

The man over the phone was straightforward and gave me all the information I needed to swing my car in. They were able to get my car done in time (really fast) to pickup my kid from school, pretty impressive. I would recommend this place anytime. read more

Came a few hours before closing time on a Monday and again on Friday and were still willing to help me out. I had brought my own tires on both occasions and were able to install them onto the wheel. I was a bit worried bc I have a staggered set up , meaning the rear tires are wider but they got the job done regardless and charged me the same both times . Pricing for installing tires is very affordable and I was very happy with the service . The only downside to it is that they do not accept any form of card payment, it is strictly cash. Just an FYI. I purchased used tires for my Toyota Camry when one of the tires went flat. I called them up and they had the tires ready for me. I got the tire installed for 20 cash. Not bad for a used tire. I called to make sure they has used tires for my 2013 honda accord lx. The guy said he had 2 used with 80% tread left and said it was $60. They installed everything quick in less than 30 minutes. So I took my little brother to get two of his tires changed out they swapped them out and one of them had a piece of rubber lodged in it so it deflated by the following day he took it back to them and they took out the piece of rubber then when he left it popped and he had to put the spare tire on. When he called to tell the guy in charge his only suloution was for my brother to but another tire. A bad tire was sold and popped and all they could say is buy another. Horrible customer service and bad quality tires stay away from this shop. This business is not here to help they just want your money. I do not recommend it to anybody. read more

This place rocks! My wife's tire got low pressure went low and we got off the fwy. Figure out there was screw that got stuck while we were in the fwy. I Yelp a nearby tire shop and many owners said they are close and are closing soon. So I called "Gomez Tires Shop". The shop was closing but the owner was very nice enough to wait for us! I wish I could of tip him but we only had enough cash to pay him. He only accepted cash. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. read more

Sold my brother two used tires with slow leaks in both. Fixed with fixaflat.sold me three tires, one was not seated correctly and was leaking air. Jammed back to the tire shop to find out they left early 545. Went to American tire, waited a lil and they remounted the tire. Dudes have my name in their company name, they bring me shame. P.s. Called them looking for a rare sized tire for my Mom's car. I called every place that answered in the Santa Ana, GG, HB, Irvine, and Costa Mesa area. They had the tires (used). I screwed up and told him about my desperation to find them, and when I asked for the price, he was funny. Funny people trust other funny people. So I thought about calling other places, but due to recent experiences as a customer for numerous places (retail stores), I decided to go there, because they were the first honest people I have dealt with over the phone in over a month. We got there, gave me a great price, ran to get cash (bring cash), came back, and they were done in 30 minutes. What blew me away, was not only their honesty, but not once did they pull the stuff that every other car place pulls. He showed me my Mom's brakes, and he was right. We're going back next week for oil changes on both of our cars, front brakes for hers, rear for mine. Great service and great prices! Very knowledgable, and stands behind his work. I had tires put on my car and a month later had a valve stem problem, even though my problem wasn't with the tire he sold me he broke the tire down and fixed it at no cost. I have used his service the three years I have lived in California. I drive 30 minutes to get to his shop, but I don't mind because the service is well worth it!! read more

I would rate this place 0 star. These guys installed my tires on wrong..with outside wall facing inward. I had to take it to another shop to get it re-mounted and balance. DO NOT go here at all cost if you don't want to get ripped off. read more
