My daughters in the back seat were getting restless so I let them out and they hung out with me while I was prepping to swap out the tires. Tony came out shortly and he told me let him try to squeeze me in so I wouldn't have to put on the spare. I was like ok cool. I think it's cause he saw a 3 and 6 yo chilling with their dad swapping out a flat. Tony pulled my car in and helped with the service in between picking up calls and assisting walk in customers. I tried to resolve the issue with them but it was as if I wasn't a concern. No calls backs No concern at all. They proceeded with telling me I have to go through the manufacture rather than them rectifying the issue. This is poor customer service and if you ask me fraud. I'm a pretty reasonable guy but this could have been handled differently . The sad truth of running a business incorrectly and lack of customer service.
