    *** edit . Wife admitted car sold the night before and they let me waste time . Set up an appointment today 8/10/17 with owner Kelvin . He said anytime after 10 am to view car. Text at 11 saying I was on way from Inland . Got to business door had sign he was closed . Waiting from 12-3 . He never called back . Finally at 3 he was there and had some lame excuse why car was not there . Said he would call me when got a hold of wife and never called . Thanks Kelvin for wasting my day . A little curtesy would have been nice . My 4 year old loved waiting 4 hours with me for nothing. Save your time and buy somewhere else .

    This place has saved my car big time, my corvette's flares broke, i had a hard time looking for the right part to replace since it was aftermarket. Cong contacted with his part distributor and they found exactly what to replaced it, he scheduled bodywork with his contractor and gave me a really fair price so i can't ask for more. I'd come back whenever i need work on my car and recommend all my friends to modern classic. Thank you

    I found this place from a relative off mine, i got recommended because my family bought a ford focus in the past and it seem quite reliable for the price range, so i contacted cong and he helped me to find a Honda Civic this time, he didn't have it in stock at the time that i was looking for because the place usually carry huyndai and nissan. So the whole process took about a month and everything all done now, very happy with the purchase, highly recommended for economical car

    Purchased my Acura 2005 RSX from this shop. They gave me an awesome deal plus when I opened the hood all the parts had serial numbers on them(meaning the car has never been in any accidents). And the car was in such a good shape that it felt like new. Plus after the purchase Kelvin stayed in touch and helped me take care of the car. Plus introduced me to some local shops that has AWESOME deals(like ridiculously good deals). Besides, I just recently got into an accident with the RSX and Kelvin helped me to deal with bodyshop. unfortunately I decided to total the car because the damage was bigger than the value of the car. but regardless I would've lost a lot of money without Kelvin helping me out. I would definitely buy my next car from this place because I trust these guys. Absolutely recommend :).

    I upgraded my rims from 17' to 19' and looked for well-fitted tires and this shop was awesome with enthusiastic consultant. Those tires was so nice with just the right thickness that makes my car go smoothly while driving. Big thanks

Called twice only to be told I'd get a call back and ghosted. So I drove back to buena park to speak to service manager. My concern was brushed off multiple times and they kept trying to show me how the treading met their policy requirements for "just good enough to pass." I kept telling them I was concerned about the cracks..not the poor quality treading. Employees/managers claim their policy BS rather than show "good faith" in actually resolving the issue. I was told "just return the vehicle"...as if the process of finding a vehicle, dealing with paperwork, wait time, and insurance was something i wanted to do all over again after thinking I finally secured a vehicle. The transmission never got flushed either..so I spent out of pocket to do that and new set of tires. Typical act nice enough to get you through the papers and then leave you high and dry if you have any issues. As a female the male staff treated me like I was an idiot and kept brushing my concerns off. I've had better experience at private dealer, but i guess to be expected from big name company.

Out of all the service advisors I've encountered across Mercedes-Benz dealerships, he stands out as the most honest, detail-oriented, and consistent. He takes the time to answer every question thoroughly and keeps me updated throughout the entire process--which, in my experience, is not always the standard elsewhere. That level of transparency and communication is something I really value. The rest of the team is equally professional and welcoming! It's clear the department is well run. Car service is never something you look forward to, but Miguel makes it as seamless and stress-free as possible--which says a lot.

This dealership told him that they couldn't help him because since he bought it at a Fletcher Jones, he had to go through a Fletcher Jones. He went to the Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach and they told him that House of Imports could've very well helped us set up the app and that it didn't need to be a Fletcher Jones Mercedes to help with setting up the app. "They basically gave you the runaround," they said. "The process doesn't take too long maybe they just didn't want to help you." Cooooool. Thanks House of Imports! Unfortunately I don't remember who helped us or else i definitely would've added their name to this review because we love accountability! I guess if you want the "complete Mercedes experience" you have to go to a Fletcher Jones Mercedes, explains why Newport Beach Mercedes has better reviews than this one. Rich, I believe, was our dealer and we had a great experience with him (sorry for all the silliness!). He walked us through the whole process, then connected us to the Tesla app to finish our application. By noon the next day, our car was already ready! Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Never has getting a new car felt so easy. And already in love with my new Tesla. I was nervous to drive it at first, but it is very easy to drive. Best of all, no more high priced gas to put in!

    I am writing to share an absolutely unacceptable and deeply frustrating delivery experience at this…read moreTesla location. I arrived early for my 3:00 PM appointment at 1:00 PM. I was told my car wasn't ready and to wait. After waiting for 1.5 hours and noticing no other delivery customers around, I decided to stretch my legs and check the lot. To my shock, my car--complete with my name placard--had been sitting there ready the entire time. It was clear no one bothered to check or communicate. When I pointed this out to the advisor, there was not a single word of apology--just a careless "Oh? Yeah? Okay." While the lack of communication was annoying, what followed was a serious safety hazard and blatant disrespect. First, when inspecting the exterior, I found an open Exacto knife (flat blade) sitting right on top of the driver's side door. If that blade had fallen on me while opening the door, it could have caused a severe injury. When I pointed this out to a male service staff member, he didn't apologize; he simply grabbed it quickly and walked away to cover it up. I have photo evidence of this. Second, I noticed a significant panel alignment issue and a large gap on the door--wide enough to fit a finger through. When I raised this concern to the two service staff members on-site, their response was incredibly insulting. They literally told me: "It's because yours is a Standard Model. Yours is not premium. It's a completely different car." Are Tesla service employees trained to look down on customers based on the trim level they purchase? Implying that a customer should just "suck up" poor build quality and terrible panel gaps because they bought a Standard Model is completely unacceptable and discriminatory. This level of unprofessionalism has completely shattered my trust in Tesla. What was supposed to be an exciting and celebratory milestone of picking up a new car turned into a thoroughly miserable and insulting experience. Instead of joy, I left the delivery center with nothing but deep frustration and resentment.
