My initial contact was fine . We agreed to 30 doves . I had told Lilian I didn't have an estimated time for the release but the mass started at 1. She stated 1:40 would be more than enough time as they had serviced this mortuary before. On the day of the service, the mass started 15 mins later. I contacted the company to let them know of the delay. They informed me I had a 30 min courtesy window. After that I would get charged $25 per 30 mins. I said it wasn't a problem and wpuld pay the difference. Once the service finished I was told the driver would not wait until after the burial because he had another service to get to. They never mentioned this to me . I was under the impression the delay wasn't an issue as long as I paid the difference. Instead he rushed me and said the release would be done before the burial or not at all. The driver Issaac was rude and unprofesional . They only released 20 doves and the other 10 he released himself . Save your time and contract someone else. Such poor service. I understand time is money but these people are anything but cordial or professional. read more

this company is a scam. they came super late and very unprofessional the set up was not even what they promised. they lied and didn't even apologize for their mistakes. they don't even answer your calls and they come up with excuses to run away. don't go with this company on your most memorabl day. it will be the worst memory to remembe. we had to wait outside for 40 minutes after the church ceremony for them to show up only white box and he was having hard time opening it for the doves to come out. I ordered 10 doves for releasing at a memorial. They were very easy to order as I spoke to someone right away. They were delivered to the beach on time and the girl was friendly. We released and they flew out beautiful. I only wished I wouldve been explained to or given options on the release because I was under the impression that they would fly over us or maybe some sort of special moment with the doves, holding one or something unique. I wasnt offered options for releasing them. The cage opened and they flew out in seconds and they were gone. Seconds....thankfully, enough people were able to catch photos but there was nothing special about the release, they flew out and left LOL. We laughed about it after. So I book their service for a dove release for my mom Funeral. My coordinator called them several times to make sure they will be there. She was told they are running late. We waited and then we was told they was going to be even later. We just finished the service without the dove release. But you know the main reason why I'm upset. I upset because there was NO APOLOGY. They refunded my deposit but it was like "oh well we missed that dove release." They just didn't care. I was surprised how Stephay can text me several times during setting up the service and about the deposit but NOT ONE time to apologize for not being able to fulfill their service. WOW.
