Consistently great bubble tea drinks. My fave here is the brown sugar milk tea. Sometimes at other bubble tea places you can't taste the tea but here you can and the Boba tastes good as well-Good chewy consistency. I also like that I can customize the sugar level and ice level. read more

The guy at the register was super sweet but they're policy on helping the customers get their drink right is bad customer service. I go to different gongcha locations and because of this they don't always hold true on the level of sweetness. Had I known that this location didn't do it as sweet I would've got it sweeter but when i asked after receiving my drink they were wanting to change me extra. read more

Went to pick up a few drinks as a celebration for finishing AP exams, the wait time was decent, the girl ringing up my order at the register was super friendly and seemed really competent, the drinks came out looking and tasting exactly like past orders at this location (pretty good!). So this was our family's first time here and celebrating a drink after Father's Day dinner. I think this experience left a pretty sour taste to our evening. Among all of the boba tea places, I'd have to put this one on the bottom of my list. My husband's drink did not taste good at all. It was a coffee milk tea but didn't taste like milk tea or coffee. Rather, it tasted like a watered down milk drink with a really subtle hint of tea flavoring which you had to really aim to find. When we asked for a different drink, I had a hard time understanding the cashier through her accent and she refused to accommodate a new drink. I really can't understand why this place would be so rude considering it's a new business nestled around 4 other places that sell pretty much the same thing! The location of this place is off to the rear of everything and I'd expect the business to be but more proactive in trying to sustain its customer flow. I will say, our family will be sticking to Kung Fu Tea in the future, which is literally within walking distance. At least the flavors of the drink mixes are always consistent and the staff are much friendlier. It was Father's Day for goodness sake! Give the guy a break and fix his drink. read more

I am a HUGE Gongcha lover and I was ecstatic to try out this new Frisco location. Turned out I was hugely disappointed along with my other friends who love Gongcha too. My friends and I usually orders 30-50% sweet at other locations since we don't like drinks too sweet. Our drinks turned out super sweet that one of my friends even couldn't finish hers and had to throw it away. My other friends who have been here before also complained about how this location always make their drinks too sweet. Do they even measure the amount of sugar they put in? Also my friends and I ordered LIGHT ice for our drinks but we still got our large cups half filled with ice?? One last thing which ticked me off the most, I ordered white pearl topping for my drink and when I got my order, there was white pearl and boba in it? I never said I want boba and my order sticker didn't even have boba on it either... I had to go back and ask them to take out the boba. This is such a bad, disappointing experience that this Gongcha location has become my least fav in the DFW metroplex. Please train your workers better at how to measure the amount of ice and sweetness. read more

Haven't slurped on boba tea in so long but oh man....Gong Cha got me feeelin' good again..ooohhhwee. After asking the worker a bunch of questions about the drinks, I had decided to go with the classic milk tea with double milk foam and pearl which is basically black milk tea with milk foam on top and with boba. I've been signed up for Gong cha rewards for a while now. I received a text message saying I had a buy one get one free drink at Gong Cha (specifically the Frisco, TX location). I went out of my way to travel to this Gong cha because we had the Buy One Get One (BOGO) Free deal. I ordered two drinks; however, the worker that day (February 26, 2021 at 6pm CT) said she would not honor the BOGO deal. She said the deal did not exist. I showed my phone that had the coupon that specifically said BOGO at Gong Cha but she said she would not give it. I did not understand why, as the coupon did not expire and I was in the correct location. But no matter what, she would not honor the BOGO deal. Initially she said she would give me $1 off instead, but eventually, she took away that deal as well. I asked if I could speak to her manager, as I was confident the coupon would work, but she would not let me speak to the manager either. After that, I asked for her name as I was very upset that she was not honoring the BOGO deal or letting me speak to the manager, but she refused to give it. She then said there was nothing she could do or even give her name. She even refused to let me put my number into the keypad to look up my rewards. To me, the value wasn't that much. It was the principle of the store worker not honoring the BOGO deal and not letting me speak to the manager. I left the store very upset and at this point, will never go back to Gong Cha. This worker needs to be reprimanded for her terrible customer service and her inability to honor a real deal. read more

right now it's my favorite boba place and the boba is so good compared to others but also mainly because of the wide variety of toppings they provide. though i think it just depends on what location your at for how long it takes to make your boba but the one i usually go to makes my order the quickest and my usual order isn't that simple so that's good. read more

So many boba options in the area and this one has to be the best!! Their boba and taro milk tea is always so yummy. I have been ordering the taro milk tea and cant get enough so good! My husband gets the honey green tea and he says its so good. If you haven't tried Gong Cha you are missing out!!!! read more

This location is so convenient to go to and the workers there are always super friendly. It can take a little longer than usual go get my drinks when there are a lot of people but that's just what to expect when there's a rush at any place.
