    Tumbler Promotion with $32 purchase
    Yvonne C.

Dropped by around noon on a weekday and there was a good amount of customers waiting around which is always a good sign of business. There was only one employee managing the place, taking orders and making drinks. There is also a kiosk at the front door if customers choose to do so with making orders. I ordered a variety of drinks ranging with tea, milk tea, and juice refreshers. I had a sample of each drink as I shared with family and all were good and well balanced as customers can customize to their own liking. Customer service was good as she asked me the various levels for ice and sweetness. Not all places ask and I mean other brand stores (not gong cha) where the drink ends up as a diabetes buster. I suggest 50% sweetness (max amount I can take) and 25% ice level. Currently there is a promotoion with purchases over $32, a free tumbler with Line Characters is given. Only the white option was available at the time. Super cute and excellent promotional value.

Brown Sugar Boba with pearls( Felix's pick and a mini poster of Felix)
    Camilla V.

Ever since Gong Cha took out their Felix promotion, I have been trying to taste all his favorite picks and get some of his merchandise. I ordered his pick for the Brown Sugar Boba with pearls. It was just the right sweetness and definitely lived up to my expectations. The service was very friendly and helpful. The place inside is very cute and definitely provides that boba vibe. I am excited to come back here for more delicious drinks. And I will keep a lookout for more new promotions.

Gong Cha is always a staple of mine whenever I am looking for boba and they happened to have a convenient location near shopping and some good restaurants. Note: Gong Cha locations use a non-dairy creamer but beware, these almost always still contain whey which is a dairy derivative. It's a common misnomer so always ask for non-dairy milk if you are vegan like myself or adverse to dairy products/have an allergy. In order to get a non-dairy drink, I was told to order from the Fresh Milk Menu. I did so with my Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Oat Milk and it was satisfying overall. It is indeed quite sweet even with 50% sugar so I'd advise to go even less if you aren't wanting a completely sweet drink. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Brown Sugar Earl Gray and Pearl Milk Tea

I've been coming here multiple times and they are consistently good. They have so many drink options so I love coming back to try new drinks. The drinks we got this time were the Brown Sugar Earl Grey (which I've never heard of before) and the regular Pearl Milk tea. These were both perfect sweetness and had the right amount of toppings! Parking can be tricky here since there are so many stores around it. I do like how you can order with the workers or through the self serve kiosks. The staff were friendly too!

Finally!! A Gong Cha so close that I could get to it anytime of the day or week that I crave boba! We love gong cha - especially the mango milk tea, which is our absolute favorite. Love how you can taste the bits of mango in every sip. Like all the other gong Cha's, they serve up good quality and authentic tea. The staff is efficient and nice. Sometimes they don't answer the phone but they are really good about texting you and answering any questions you have. They now have an app that we have been enjoying so that we can preorder and it's there when we arrive. Really convenient and they are running promos on it now. Sign up for their emails to keep up to date on their other promos. Love how it's near target, a Filipino grocery store, AND charging station so I can shop, drink and charge all in one trip! Of special note is that they currently have a promo bogo happy hour mon-th 1:30-3pm! Looks like I'll be coming a bit more!

Wanted to catch the BOGO promotion posted on this Yelp Gung Cha info. Which is written from 1:30-3:00pm M-Thurs. unfortunately, despite me showing them the posted special, the manager just kept saying "Sorry we ended this promotion" several times. Very disappointed that this woman owned business doesn't stay accountable for the things they post.

DANGEROUS NUTRITIONAL MISINFORMATION! Two times now I have gone to this location and they always describe their milk powder as "plant based" when in fact, it is not plant based at all. Since I have a dairy allergy I always ask boba places what their vegan options are. The employees at gong cha keep saying, "Our milk powder is plant based which means it's vegan". This is dangerous since their milk powder actually has whey powder in it. Whey is dairy. Dairy comes from cows. So yeah, not plant based. I ask them to double check the ingredients and sure enough, they see that there is whey in there. If someone were to just take their word that their powder is plant based, they could get very sick or have a bad allergic reaction. Please, managers at this location, do something about this. Who knows how many people have been wrongly served a drink with dairy in it.

Small place with a few tables to sit down. Maybe only enough it fit 10-12 ppl in total. I usually order something off the menu but I was feeling some ice cream and pudding due to craving something sweet. 3/5 - black tea with egg pudding and ice cream - Black tea was quite strong so I liked that however there was little to no ice cream in the drink despite I paid extra for. The egg pudding was decent tho.

    Strawberry Milk Tea

Came here specifically for the gingerbread bottles, but their drinks are usually really good. I went right when the opened. Friendly staff, greeted us right away and told us the wait would be about 15 minutes for the boba. Strawberry milk tea with milk foam & boba: Everything about this drink was perfect! Tastes good with the foam. Boba was chewy and sweet. Taro milk tea with milk foam: Really good without the foam. It tastes kind of like the sweet corn chips. Can taste the taro and bits. :( Also, why did you put the sticker right in the front of the bottle? Tried to take it off before it dried, but didn't work.

Milk Foam Wintermelon Drink & Wintermelon with Fresh Milk
    Alisa B.

You can't go wrong with a Wintermelon Drink from Gong Cha! Fresh milk, half sweet, and less ice is my perfect order. A medium size for less than $5? Pretty good! This is also a decaffeinated drink, which is great for kids and late-night boba runs (they close at 9 PM). This was my go-to boba chain while in college, so I'm happy to see this location open up. Their prices are fair and the baristas work quickly. My order was prepared in just a minute!

Gong Cha opened where Subway once was. Small location easily missed. it's next to Starbucks. seating along both walls inside. known initially for their "foam tea", Gong Cha has broaden their offerings... offerings: smoothie, sparkling, snacks, milk foam, creative mix, fresh milk, brewed tea, milk tea... drink: star Jelly grapefruit green tea (L. 6.25) 25% sugar 30% ice -gong cha doesn't make any "fruit tea" per se. instead, their "creative mix" is a blend of fruit juices, teas, ice cream, and jellies. -the grapefruit juice overwhelmed the green tea, drink essentially a tart & sweet juice concoction. -star jelly is a star shaped jelly that's slightly sweet. *fruit tea is way tastier and healthier than any "creative mix".

It's sour and acidic but still sweet; I do wish in hindsight I'd asked for the lime to be removed, which is part of the drink customization settings, because the lime really overpowered it and it's harder to make out the pineapple. It had a rigid cup though, seems to be decent enough quality to reuse the cup. Overall, the drink was decent, but I took off a star because of how pricey it was. Still, I appreciate the premise of all the drinks containing lime and that they have some less common drink flavors.

I'm a big fan of this particular location due to their many food options (not all iTeas offer food) and how creamy their milk tea is. When ordering food, the wait is understandable given the preparation time but drinks are usually ready within 5 minutes (I recommend ordering ahead of time through the app). My go-to order is Signature boba milk tea, 30% sweet and 30% ice. Their milk tea is on the sweeter side so I strongly suggest 30% sweet max. They go heavier on the creamer compared to other locations, which I think gives the drink a well-rounded/not watery profile. The boba is always QQ and sweet.
