Honestly I come here for their avocado smoothie because it taste like avocado ice cream and their Boba is always soft and sweet with good consistency. For the price of Boba these days there's is just so affordable and I also love their popcorn chicken texture as well. Super crispy and delicious. The cashier was the only worker, but he diligently worked on getting our orders out quickly. There's lots of seating area and the whole café was pretty quiet when we went. Will definitely need to come back and try their rice bowls!

Happy Open late night until 10pm. Located off of Hesperian in the strip mall with a variety of shops. First time here. Menu was filled with so choices of boba and food items. Helpful Young guy took our order & made our drinks. -Reward card to sign up for points. Ordered a cold coffee black milk tea with coffee jelly added foam on top, he suggested to increase the cup size as the foam would take up most of cup, it tasted good to me . Hot drinks not available. Restaurant with simple design, tidy but looks a bit rundown. Not always about aesthetics , happy with my coffee milk tea. Hope the store does well and stays open.

Boba Panda opened where Quickly once was. New cost of paint. same chair, different color. Same difficult to read menu . No signage in front. Next To an auto registration store. Just a few tables inside. Offering: snacks, milk tea, flavored tea, fruit tea, cheese milk cap, snow/slush, milk shake/smoothie, fresh milk, coffee. Rice bowls. Low prices, small portion. Ordered/paid at counter. Food ready in 7ish minutes. Bites: popcorn chicken (6.99) -reasonable portion. Many medium pieces with tender juicyish meat inside. Strong peppery tastes. Garlic cloves & shriveled basil lends a nuanced bite. Best eaten asap. Doesn't travel well... *comped 2 pieces of pan fried stuff buns. Nice juicy ground pork within. Slight char on outer texture. Nice taste. This isn't like Shanghai Sheng Jian Bao. 3.5 stars semi worthy quantity ok. Quality good **no fixed signage anywhere leaves an impression B.P. Is a popup or short term, not a permanent tenant, yet.

Was looking for the old Quickly that used to be here and was surprised to find Boba Panda instead! When did this happen? As usual parking around this strip is a little tricky but not too bad if you just wait a bit for someone to leave. Inside looks like a similar layout to the old Quickly but freshened up which is nice. Drinks menu looks pretty decent and prices were good (mostly $4-5). So I got a large cantaloupe snow with popping lychee boba. Only $5.50 and it was done super quick. Tasted real good too! Glad to see a new and good boba joint open up in this old strip. Will be back to checkout other drinks soon!

This place was cute! It's been in my list to try for a bit so we decided to come check it out. I got the jiggly puff smoothie (strawberry, peach, lychee) and it was good! I was hoping it would be made using real fruit but it tasted more like syrup and/or powder. I also tried the camo Thai tea with boba and the boba was on the firmer side which I like but it had no flavor and was kind of tasteless. The Thai tea was perfectly sweet and was blended with creme brulee. The prices were great though as 2 drinks were less than $11.

Look at all that oil and dust caked into the keys omg

I came in to give them some patronage. The young lady worker with the bifocals glasses seemed to be a student as she sat down only to appear irritated that I came in. She walked to the dingy dust and oil infested cash register which is a computer and keyboard and was completely mute. I turns around and saw the dirty chairs. I tried to engage only to be met with a stoic disinterested agitated attitude. She finally mustered up a few words. The place is DIRTY and the drink was nasty. I can't believe I passed up on my usual Gong Cha and Teaspoon for that nasty stuff.

Food good (drinks) Service ok Ambiance needs work The boba drinks are good and the price is really affordable. Located in a very sketchy plaza. You have to dodge the homeless, high on drugs, just to get in the store. Inside there is zero decoration and is pretty run down. I suggest they invest into upgrading inside the store and contact the property management to deal with the homeless.

You can only add toppings to the fruit teas, you must try the water chestnut boba! I would recommend 30-50% sweet if you don't want your drink too sweet. They had a little craft store in front, and lots of seats inside. The only sad thing is that the only store is in the east bay and that's 40min from San Jose :(

It was $8.50 before tip, which is very steep even with today's rising boba prices. They also have orchid oolong tea and a guava and peach flavor which I want to try next time, as well as selling hojicha and matcha. You can sign up for rewards at the ordering kiosk. It's sour and acidic but still sweet; I do wish in hindsight I'd asked for the lime to be removed, which is part of the drink customization settings, because the lime really overpowered it and it's harder to make out the pineapple. It had a rigid cup though, seems to be decent enough quality to reuse the cup. Overall, the drink was decent, but I took off a star because of how pricey it was. Still, I appreciate the premise of all the drinks containing lime and that they have some less common drink flavors.

We originally came for the Fresh Strawberry Lemon Breeze, but they were sold out. No worries though, the staff recommended the Mango Pomelo, and it ended up being a great choice. The kids absolutely loved it and finished every last drop. We also ordered the Popcorn Chicken and Golden Sesame Balls, and both were excellent. The popcorn chicken was crispy, juicy, and came with a surprisingly generous portion. The chopped garlic on top is such a simple touch, but it really takes the flavor up a notch. The golden sesame balls came out hot and fresh with the perfect chewy texture. Friendly service, tasty food, and a convenient location make this an easy recommendation. If you're in Castro Valley and looking for a quick snack or boba run, i-Tea is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to coming back to finally try that Strawberry Lemon Breeze!
