The prices are very affordable for boba, and they do have a lot of options for food and drinks. The food is alright, but the drinks are not that good but I'm guessing alright for the price that it's worth. They need to get the girl with glasses a co-worker or something cause customer service is absolute trash. My cousin and I ordered a big order that we had prepared beforehand, and we were willing to wait, but it was so obvious that she was irritated. Honestly I come here for their avocado smoothie because it taste like avocado ice cream and their Boba is always soft and sweet with good consistency. For the price of Boba these days there's is just so affordable and I also love their popcorn chicken texture as well. Super crispy and delicious. The cashier was the only worker, but he diligently worked on getting our orders out quickly. There's lots of seating area and the whole café was pretty quiet when we went. Happy Open late night until 10pm. Located off of Hesperian in the strip mall with a variety of shops. First time here. Menu was filled with so choices of boba and food items. Helpful Young guy took our order & made our drinks. -Reward card to sign up for points. Ordered a cold coffee black milk tea with coffee jelly added foam on top, he suggested to increase the cup size as the foam would take up most of cup, it tasted good to me . Hot drinks not available. Garlic cloves & shriveled basil lends a nuanced bite. Best eaten asap. Doesn't travel well... *comped 2 pieces of pan fried stuff buns. Nice juicy ground pork within. Slight char on outer texture. Was looking for the old Quickly that used to be here and was surprised to find Boba Panda instead! When did this happen? As usual parking around this strip is a little tricky but not too bad if you just wait a bit for someone to leave. Inside looks like a similar layout to the old Quickly but freshened up which is nice. Drinks menu looks pretty decent and prices were good (mostly $4-5). So I got a large cantaloupe snow with popping lychee boba. Only $5.50 and it was done super quick. Tasted real good too! Glad to see a new and good boba joint open up in this old strip. My husband was really randomly craving some popcorn chicken and we needed somewhere quick and easy so we stumbled upon Boba Panda. Right away, the parking is atrocious; it's a tiny strip mall where we usually check out the pho restaurant nearby but it really is insane trying to get parking. Inside, it's really not a place you want to sit and sip boba and hang out, the floors are dirty and the tables are looking rough. But that being said, if what you want is reasonably priced boba and popcorn chicken, this is it! Food came quickly, even got to ask for more spiciness on the popcorn chicken. I imagine this is just a grab and go type of place if you need a quick boba and popcorn chicken fix. read more

This place was cute! It's been in my list to try for a bit so we decided to come check it out. I got the jiggly puff smoothie (strawberry, peach, lychee) and it was good! I was hoping it would be made using real fruit but it tasted more like syrup and/or powder. I also tried the camo Thai tea with boba and the boba was on the firmer side which I like but it had no flavor and was kind of tasteless. The Thai tea was perfectly sweet and was blended with creme brulee. The prices were great though as 2 drinks were less than $11. read more

I came in to give them some patronage. The young lady worker with the bifocals glasses seemed to be a student as she sat down only to appear irritated that I came in. She walked to the dingy dust and oil infested cash register which is a computer and keyboard and was completely mute. I turns around and saw the dirty chairs. I tried to engage only to be met with a stoic disinterested agitated attitude. She finally mustered up a few words. The place is DIRTY and the drink was nasty. Boba Panda is located in a strip mall plaza, they have taken over Quickly - not sure if it is same owners and new name, or new management. Parking is a bit difficult here, but there is usually some further at the end. It was empty when I visited - service is eh here, the employees are not that friendly or welcoming. but at least I received my drink in a timely manner. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba and grass jelly. I just ordered a small size just in case I did not like it. The milk tea was so bitter and gritty, and it definitely did not taste like a jasmine or green tea base - I took a few sips and tossed it. read more

Worst boba drink in my life - and I've had many. All 3 drinks we ordered were simple water with flavor. Barista did remake two of the drinks but they were still subpar. I didn't expect a lot doing there, but it definitely went much lower than expectations. It wasn't the barista's fault as she's just following the recipe which uses powder and syrups that had been sitting there for a long long time...at least it tasted that way. Barista obviously didn't want to be there. She looked quite miserable, and didn't say a single word to us when we were ordering, until I wanted something that wasn't available. Been coming here for a minute, and the staff is always really friendly. It's something I appreciate every time I stop by. I've always liked their milk tea and popcorn chicken. They mix in some white meat in the popcorn chicken, which I don't see often at other boba places. Today I tried the bento box after seeing it online. It actually looked like the pictures (which is rare) and tasted good too. I was impressed. (Sorry--I ate everything before thinking about making this post, so no pics.) Their prices are pretty reasonable as well, especially compared to a lot of other spots these days. I remember when boba shops were high school hangout spots, and everything was super cheap. The service wasn't all that special, hard to understand and communicate to the "rude" cashier (I am English Speaking). Overall the inside Ambiance didn't add much to the experience at all. This place got good boba and food. The only thing I'm not a fan is the attitude one of the cashiers has. She is rude and also always throws stuff around while making the drinks and while taking orders. Also, the store is kinda really dirty.
