Just a "heads up". I had a simple clogged drain in my kitchen that I just needed to get cleared up. The first company I contacted charge was about $200 for the first 60 minutes including time, gas and labor (the problem was they couldn't come out until Dec. 1). Good 2 Go could come out the same day. They had a $50 fee to give me a quote which would be waived if I had them do the work. I was quoted $400 for the job by Javonte.... Well since my drain was clogged, I took the quote and Javonti and his helper were finished less than than 35 minutes. They were quick and efficient and didn't run into any problems. Part of this was the timing of the issue. Right before the Holidays and in this time of Covid. I understand and am GRATEFUL for those working during this time. I WILL say that I won't have anyone come out again without knowing their hourly rate and/or travel time rate. read more

Had a horrible experience with this company. I simply needed help replacing a shower drain cover. I was told when I first contacted them that yes, this is something they help with however they are unable to give even a ballpark estimate over the phone, even for simple jobs. So I had to take off a day from work and wait around for them to come on site. Two guys showed up, wore their muddy sewage boots in my house and tracked mud up my stairs and all over the bathroom & bedroom. I had to ask if they could please take off their boots or put on boot covers. They said it would cost me $450 + tax to replace the drain cover. That was so shocking given the parts at Home Depot are like $19.00. I just can't snap the cover off myself, I tried. So I had to decline given I wasn't at all prepared for the outrageous charge. Then I spent the next 1.5 hours cleaning up the mud/sewage/nastiness they tracked through my house. What a waste of time. Terrible customer service. read more

Highway robbery I installed the garbage disposal myself But it's leaking I asked for them to come out and fo an estimate. They were supposed to come out between 12 and 2. 1st they came out around 10 45/11 2nd to remount the garbage disposal and add black tape they want to charge $600. I can remove the garbage disposal myself and it takes less then 15 minutes but they want to charge me $600 to remount and add black tape you got to be kidding me. read more

Was very disappointed in their service they were 2 hours late after my scheduled window, when they arrived never had a camera to look at drain after they unclogged it, but they never offered to unclog drain only to come back today and charge me 700. I wouldn't have minded except that they never even offered to unclog the drain and come back and then take a video. I did sign a work order but my drain backed up again last night and I had to go to rent a electric snake, My friend unclogged it less than a hour. I found this company on Angieslist.they were the first company on the list so I called them. I had a busted water supply valve on my bathroom sink. They quoted 1400 dollars to fix it, but after looking at the problem we settled on 600 dollars to fix the problem.I didn't realize how much plumbers charge. Can't recommend them enough. Good 2 Go plumbing responded almost immediately to my request for help with my broken water heater. They were friendly and easy to communicate with, got there the same day and efficiently got down to the bottom of the issue. They were informative of the process and what they were doing, what the costs were going to be, and gave their recommendations without any sort of pressure. Our water heater busted on 01/01/18. I called around during that holiday the only company that answered my call was Good To Go Plumbing. They came out right away and took out our old water heater and luckily they had a new one on their truck for replacement. Yes, their prices are steep...high...but that is what immediate emergency services costs. 02/23/2018 had another emergency this morning, busted waterline in the crawlspace due to freezing temperatures. I called super early and again they answered right away and they were at my house within the hour, along with giving me instructions over the phone to prevent any more damages. They arrived, assessed the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. I appreciate their thoroughness -explaining every step and why the issue happened - as well as their cleanliness - cleaning the mess up after the job was done - . Yes, they did offer to come out and give a bid without a service fee, but there price was high, compared to the ball park prices we got from others. They were over $100.00 higher that the high end others quoted us. The guys that showed are not on their website and did not have a lot of patience while on this job. Super easy job, we had the hole dug, but he was getting mad because he had to wait 5 min. for our landscaper to get there to answer a question. We ended up paying several hundred dollars for a valve to be added to a water line for a sprinkler system. We would not call them again. read more

I originally called Good to Go Plumbing because we had a suspiciously lush patch of grass in our dry lawn. At the time they said we had a slow leak in a toilet. They recommended I contact my home warranty to repair it. I did. Last week, I received a notice that our water consumption had tripled. I called Good to Go who came out that afternoon. The pipe from the water main to the house had to be replaced. They provided a quote and explained what needed to be replaced. I called on Friday and by Tuesday afternoon, my water pressure was back to normal and I had a new water shut off under the house. Good 2 Go offers a clear estimate and responds quickly. I have them out a couple of time for various home projects. I continue to try to schedule with them if schedules permit. This last time, they spotted a dangerous configuration left my another larger plumbing company for our gas water heater. I have been happy with their work and they have always been prompt (or will notify you ahead of time if they are going to be delayed), knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. I had 2 plumbing companies come out to take a look at a suspected leak behind the drywall in our bathroom. The first company cut out a couple of chunks of drywall to locate the problem and quoted me $660 (potentially more) to fix it in addition to the $200 for cutting out the wall. I held off and had Good 2 Go come out right after. Chris and Javonte came in and located the problem right away. They told me they could fix it on the spot for less than half the price of the first company. They were in and out with the problem fixed in under 30 minutes! I am very pleased with the level of customer service and appreciate that they did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. They were able to come the next day, which I appreciated since I have only 1 bathroom and toilet. However, they charged $3000 to make the clean-out, and scope the sewer with a very blurry camera, which I was told was a discounted rate. I talked with 2 other plumbers and my real estate broker, and all said this price was at least twice as much as it should have been. They all said $1200-1500 was a fair price. The video, which I learned is normally made by a camera capable of filming, was made by them holding an iPhone to the scope screen. They didn't know how to send the video to my android, and I had to find the directions online and send them to him. They were recommended by another company who couldn't come, RossCo. If that outfit is like this, then they must be overcharging as well. Chase recommended having it lined, but wouldn't give me a price "because somebody else could bid a dollar less." Try $8-13K less. The realtor-guaranteed plumber who did his own professional scoping said all that was needed was to fix a break, and there was a misalignment that might be a problem later on. I thought a local company would give me, a person with disabilities and on a very limited income, a fair and honest rate. I'm so disappointed in them. read more

As far as service I have no complaints. I feel that they do take advantage of people's situations, to say that their prices are excessive is an understatement. To fix a leak and to replace a valve they charged over 2,000.00. I know it is my fault for not doing my research but this is way to much money for what it took about two hrs. Our main line backed up and we needed a fix fast! Chase came out within 2 hours and used his remote camera to find the blockage right at the septic baffle. Since there was a good chance of permanent damage by forcing a snake through he recommended what we should do instead. Hot water heater went out one morning before heading to work. I put a work request on Angie's List and Chase from the company called within 2 minutes, a little fast and unexpected, but good response time. They were able to make it out that day in the late afternoon after I got home from work. Ended up replacing the entire water heater, gas, in a matter of about 1.25 hrs. With a military discount, cost was $1455... A few days later, found the same water heater at Home Depot for $514. I called the company back and was told that they make sure to use professional grade Rheem supplies/materials, whereas Home Depot would use materials of a lesser quality. Thus resulting in the large price difference. Chase quoted $1500-1800 as a usual estimate for them (Good 2 Go Plumbing) to replace a water heater (to include labor). Great personalities, fast work, happy to support a family-owned business. Just want everyone to know the price differences before making a decision if they ever find themselves in a situation like mine. read more

I have an older house with all galvanized plumbing. Good 2 Go plumbing sent Chase out to look at a leak that had recently started. After I let him know that he was the 3rd or 4th plumber that had come out to look, he immediately started bad mouthing about the other companies. He saw the business cards that were on my table and pointed out who was "not a plumber". He called back a couple times to clarify a couple things, but I never got a quote from Good 2 Go. When they call back almost a week later, I had already hired another company, and they were already at my house doing the re-piping job. read more

If it was possible to rate this company 0 stars I would. I was quoted an _estimate_ of no more than $550 plus tax for a dishwasher and air gap installation. I thought that was excessive, especially since I had already bought the dishwasher from Lowe's, but since it was only an estimate I scheduled the appointment. When the plumber and his helper arrived the first thing they wanted to do was charge me the full $550 + tax ($600 total). This was especially troubling since they were under the impression that it was only a dishwasher install job. After a call to their office they found out the job was a little more involved than just a dishwasher, charged my credit card $600, and proceeded to work for 90 minutes. When the job was done I was told I would be sent via email an invoice for their work later in the day. When I had still not received an invoice 2 days later, and the original charge of $600 had not been adjusted to show only 90 minutes of work, I contacted Good2Go plumbing and they sent out an invoice that day. Imagine my shock when it showed a $600 charge for a non-emergency, non-weekend, 90 minutes service call. At this point I decided to get estimates from 2 other plumbing companies in the area and received quotes for $220 and $250 for the same work. I then contacted Good2Go regarding what I considered to be a gross overcharging for 90 minutes of work. The response was he thought he should have charged me $765 but was willing not to charge me the "full" amount. Obviously this company prays on unsuspecting homeowners and it would appear they are more interested in ripping off customers than doing work for a fair price. I will be reporting them to the WA State licensing board as well as the Better Business Bureau. read more

One of their truck tried to run us off the road. Our lane was coming to a close, my boyfriend the driver was trying to get over into the left lane to go around the part of the road that was closed. They had matched our speed and refused to let us get over. It almost pushed us off the road and into some construction work. My 4 year old son was in the car. When we had called them mind you my boyfriend was very angry and did yell but their response was that it was our fault for trying to run them off the road. read more

I usually don't write reviews but this needs to be said. I thought I had a leak in my shower as I couldn't figure out where a small puddle of water was coming from at the base of my tub. They came out, cut a hole in my wall, charged me $330 to tell me that there was no leak and I was just a messy shower taker. I knew different. After thinking about it, I then checked the caulking between tub and tile and sure enough, I found the leak. Fixed it MYSLEF for $7 of caulking! The also wanted to charge me $350 to change the guts inside my toilet, or better yet, I should get a new toilet (I just replaced it 4 years ago) for $600. I wanted a washer put on my outdoor faucet and he wanted to charge me $350 for that. I sent them on their way with a $330 check and they left me with a garbage bag full of cut drywall. read more
