Top to bottom, this place is exceptional. From the receptionist and scheduler to the therapists and…read moreassistants, every person was friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in my experience. I came in recovering from OATS knee surgery, which isn't a common procedure, but the team had seen it before. They knew how to help me and customized every session to my specific needs. I worked with two therapists, Michael and Andrei, and both were equally outstanding. I owe a significant part of my recovery to them. Ruben Salinas was great too, checking in on my progress along the way. They didn't just understand what I needed clinically, they were human and personable throughout. I genuinely looked forward to going in. Surgery and PT are tough. They made a difficult process manageable, encouraged me, and coached me through every step. Technically, they're sharp. They know their stuff, they listen, and they show up prepared every session. You don't feel like you're being shuffled through a process, which is what most PT environments feel like. If you're thinking about coming here, don't hesitate. Quality people, real professionals, top-notch. Now that I'm recovered, I honestly miss the regular interactions with the staff. That's how good these folks are.

Michael was my PT for a few months before the holidays took over and was absolutely the best experience I've ever had. Michael took the time to explain to me what was actually going on with my shoulder through the years, providing more clarity than any doctor ever has. His exercises and overall care plan were great. Once things settle down and my schedule frees up again, planning to get back on a schedule with Michael and team. Can't recommend Salinas/Michael enough!

Both therapists took their time to really listen to my concerns, limitations, and goals. They thoughtfully plan and personalize each session, and explain why we're doing each exercise and how it helps. It was honestly remarkable how they were able to immediately point out why certain parts were hurting and help improve that area. I always felt supported, encouraged, and motivated during my sessions. I also learned interesting and new ways to care for myself better! I'm happily recommending SoCal Elite Physical Therapy to my friends and family and to anyone else that is looking for professional and friendly PT/OT services :)

He emailed me back saying it wasn't a prior authorization and was only a request. But the approved authorization was right there on page two of the 11-page packet, signed by my workers' compensation adjuster. It took me just a few seconds to find it. Instead of admitting the mistake or trying to fix it, Tommy completely ghosted me. He stopped responding and never acknowledged what happened. I even had my workers' compensation adjuster call the office to explain everything. She left a voicemail after no one answered, and they never bothered to call her back either. The communication and attention to detail were terrible. If this is how they handle something as simple as paperwork and scheduling, I can only imagine how they handle actual physical therapy. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I have had the opportunity to work with all of the associates. Eddy sets the program allowing me to work with each associate to experience the different areas of the program designed for my rehabilitation. My strength and balance have improved greatly. There are no games here if you want results and are serious about improving your performance this is the place. You get what you give!! A huge shout out to Edward (Eddie), Chad, Josh and to all of the Junior P. T.'s you are all awesome.

On my 5th visit, which I was told would be an evaluation. It all went south. Most of the visit, the lead therapist spent talking to other staff and patients, paying very little attention to me, the patient. Towards the end, he started "cupping" treatment on my upper arm. This became so painful, I was in tears. I have very thin skin, which is very visible to any provider who pays attention, so I was shocked he did the cupping on me. This had not been part of my treatment at any point, and he didn't ask if I was agreeable to it either. I figured he was the professional, but unfortunately suffered as a result, the next day, my arm was swollen and the ENTIRE upper arm bruised. I called the office to find out if I should do something to reduce the swelling and bruising. I was told to ice the area. I sent emails and left voicemails to cancel my next appointment as the swelling lasted two weeks! I never received a call back. I did after several attempts reach the receptionist and explained what happened, and expressing my uncertainty about future visits as it was a traumatic experience and left me wondering about the level of care. Months later I received a call from a young man to schedule an appointment as I still had approved visits. Again I explained what happened and again no call back from the lead or management. Very disappointing to know how little patients matter at this office and an opportunity to improve was completely ignored. Hoping others will not have to experience this kind of care.
