White rice, orange/tangerine chicken, string bean chicken

Stopped by for a quick meal. We came for lunch on a weekday and surprisingly lots of foot traffic coming in for takeout! It's in a quiet strip mall so plenty of parking. Food tasted pretty good and at a good price point. We got two item combos. Like other Chinese fast food, you have choice of white rice or fried rice and any other entree items. If you want just one item they can put into a bowl instead for the same price. The tangerine and orange chicken are tasty. The beef and other chicken entrees are seasoned well so no need to add sauce but you can ask for some. Chili oil is $1 extra.

Stopped by to get a quick dinner to go. Walked in and the place smelled great and looked good. The food was good and the plates were packed to the brim. I got a Combo B with all fried rice, tangerine chicken and teriyaki chicken with extra teriyaki sauce over the rice. All for $11.99 plus tax. Also got a Combo C with half & half, beef & broccoli, tangerine chicken & kong pow chicken. All for $14.99. All the food was good and delicious. I would definitely go back for more. For the price and serving sizes it's well worth it.

The service was cool. Lots of places to sit, there wasn't a big line, so we didn't have to wait to get to get served or to get a seat. The price was average. Overall I'd say that this place is okay. Not great but not bad. I ordered the red chicken and pork. The chow mien was good but the pork tasted a lil too salty for my taste. The red chicken good. I'm not hating on the spot just saying what my experience was. The people behind the counter were cool, I liked them. The ladies behind the counter are friendly. They were cracking jokes and nice. I spent like $17 bucks and got a combo B which was two entrees, a can of root beer, two lil Sriracha cups and two fortune cookies. I'll definitely come back again if I'm in the area.

First impressions: Your typical, local Chinese fast food spot. Decor is serviceable, not like you're taking anyone here for a first date (no judgement if you do). The food is set out behind glass so you can see what it is you want. I always eat with my eyes so this is good for me. The price is super cheap... I almost feel guilty. This is a family owned business and I've met the son and I think aunt or grandmother also works here (you can tell with Asian people, we're all ageless until we hit our 80s). I love seeing them work together as a family, makes my heart feel good supporting them over Panda Express. It's pandemic times so you know these small businesses are struggling, so I try to come often and tip generously even if I'm doing take out versus dine in. I wouldn't want this spot to close down The Noms: Tangerine chicken is my favorite, hands down. I love the flavor and the crispiness is always on point every time I get it. I usually like to do combo B (two items) and get a mix of the fried rice with the chow main. Their chili oil is super bomb. It's spicy and garlicky and aromatic. I haven't found anything like it anywhere else. I always buy a container to go and bring it back to NYC (in a glass container that's triple wrapped in plastic cling wrap.) I love it on everything, pizza, sandwiches, egg rolls, etc etc. Get some to take home, you'll love it. In Conclusion: 10/10 would recommend as this is my go-to spot (in Cali) for Chinese fast food. Simple, fast, delicious food and friendly family owned restaurant.

This is $13 dollars worth of Egg Foo Young. Ha!! Oh brother!

Terrible rip off!! This costs 13 bucks, oh and a small cup of white rice. No meat at all. No gravy as I asked for. Cup of teriyaki. Hard and filled with corn, lol. Like no egg foo young I've ever had. When I called to ask them if this is correct... She said yes prices have gone up. I buy eggs too restaurant people and this is not $13 worth. Just a heads up...

Food is good but service is horrible, the ladies at the front are always grumpy and have no people skills whatsoever!

The staff always seem annoyed and anxious to kick customers out near closing. Regardless, I'll still keep coming back as it's worth dealing with in exchange for everything else being good. When it comes to thai food, I usually order the basics like pad thai and pad see ew. Both dishes were rich in flavor, perfect savory vs sweet, and not too greasy. I have a bit of a sensitive stomach when it comes to greasy food but their food satisfied my palate! Also their thai iced tea is INSANE as it comes with a popsicle so you're basically getting double the drink for only $7-8!? What a steal!!

The atmosphere feels rushed rather than relaxing, and the staff seemed eager to turn tables over as quickly as possible. We barely finished eating before it felt like we were being pushed out the door. On top of that, the parking lot is a complete cluster and adds unnecessary stress before you even walk inside. Between the chaotic parking situation and feeling rushed through the meal, it took away from what could have been a great dining experience. Good food, but the atmosphere and service style completely turned me off from wanting to come back.

I…read morehad noticed some quality and consistency issues over the past few years, but my recent visits have all been excellent, so it genuinely feels like they've turned things around and earned their 5 stars again. I've tried almost everything on the menu over the years, from orange chicken to the short ribs, and most dishes are delicious. The portions are huge and perfect for sharing family-style, especially with larger groups. They've always handled big parties well, though I'd definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time since they can get busy. The ambiance is probably the one area that could use some improvement, but the food and portions more than make up for it. If it's your first time, I'd recommend the chicken corn soup, sweet and sour chicken, green onion paratha, and Mongolian beef.

We were seated and ordered lamb and shrimp. We each ate some lamb and shrimp. A bowl of white rice was also served. I thought that the shrimp was satisfactory and the lamb was good. We were not able to eat all that was served so we took the uneaten portions home in "to go" containers. Men's washroom was satisfactory and paper towels were available... good. The ambient noise level was VERY high which made it extremely difficult to carry on a conversation so I am going to ding this establishment one point. I noticed that at least some of the men who worked at this establishment failed to tuck their shirts in. I consider that to be highly unprofessional so I am dinging this establishment one point for that reason. If I was to assign a letter grade as is done in school this establishment would be in there solid with a C.

You can really taste the quality in their dishes, and it never has that overly salty, heavy MSG taste that some places have. Everything tastes clean, fresh, and perfectly balanced. If you're in the Long Beach area and craving authentic Cantonese food, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Amazing food, great service, and a place we'll keep coming back to!

I lunched with a friend and shared two things: -moo shu chicken ($13.95) -salt & pepper tofu ($13.95) I've never had moo shu anything before and I am now a moo shu fan 4ever. Apparently the version here come pre-wrapped, but I didn't mind since I was a first timer. The wrapper functions a lot like a tortilla, but much more delicate. I like the mixture of chicken, wood ear mushrooms and cabbage maybe? Textually it's crunchy and I like that in the soft wrapper. The salt & pepper tofu is sautéed with jalapeños which give it a nice kick. It's not your classic version of the this dish because the tofu is cubed into bite sized pieces and tastes a little more peanut-y than salt and pepper-y, but I didn't mind it. It was great over white rice. L V is perfect for a quick Chinese fix. Lunch specials are just a bonus.
