Not quite 4 star but somewhat close. Flavor is good staff if friendly. Ordering a bit weird you have to make all your decisions at the kiosk which takes away the dine in experience a bit. Seafood quality isn't bad slightly underwhelmed with consistency of shrimp. Overall pretty solid wouldnt be too disappointed with food and service but paying before factoring the experience and quality a little deceiving. Seasoning good enough to come back just not sure I'd spend a premium compared to competitors. I added, potatoes, corn and sausage to the bag. My order probably was ready in 15 minutes. A lady brought it to me from the kitchen and smiled as she handed it to me. Though the crabs were hard to crack without scissors they still were enjoyable. I should have gone to Del Taco instead ( I hate Del Taco)! While waiting with an E.R. family member situation at the hospital for several hours. I hadn't eaten in or slept in about 36 hours. Place was empty, but didn't look nasty. I put my order in of 1lb of peeled shrimp ( I was going to eat in the car), medium with all the seasonings, Cajun fries, hot ginger tea and a canned Coke. I must have been more sleep deprived than I thought. I didn't notice that anything and everything was considered an add on. My shrimp had no garlic, veggies or anything else that should be in a shrimp bbq. Sauce was extremely oily, greasy and flavorless. There were maybe a dozen shrimp, if that much. Fries weren't cooked thoroughly and Cajun seasoning was only enough to give it a small amount of flavor. Catsup was definitely helpful in this situation with the fries. I usually dip my fries in the shrimp sauce, but there was no point with this sauce. I paid $37.24 for this. I would usually be glad to pay this price without skipping a beat, but I have finished my meal and I'm still hungry. Other Cajun BBQ joints at least give you garlic and butter in the sauce, potatoes and corn. To top off my meal the greasy food dripped on my blouse while eatind and the only gave me 3 thin napkins!
