Great Food and Amazing Customer Service. I have utilized their catering service several times and I'm never disappointed.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken (4/5): Decent fried chicken. I didn't expect it to be a boneless breast. Dark meat would've given it more flavor. The potatoes were flavorful and creamy. The collard greens were too acidic for me. Cornmeal Fried N.C. Catfish (3/5): The catfish wasn't anything special but the grits were very good. Lots of flavor and good texture. The collard greens were too acidic for me. Fried Adluh Yellow Grit Cakes (3/5): Would've been a lot better if it was fried more and had a crispier exterior. The herb goat cheese was good, but there was a little too much of it. Loved the roasted garlic (great for spreading on the complimentary bread!) Buttermilk Fried Shrimp (2/5): Only came with 4 shrimp. The shrimp itself wasn't very meaty and it also wasn't fried long enough. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this)

What an amazing concept. I can say that the food quality is pretty awesome especially considering the buffet style restaurant. I've been twice now and both times the food was awesome and they don't pull back on anything here. The only issue is they do have some weird hours but for what you get and how they do things it's totally worth a trip during lunch. I highly recommend hitting this spot if you're a fan of BBQ and have ever felt like you didn't here get enough of your favorite BBQ dishes.

Easy to locate with gps though. I went with the buffet and could have probably went back five times. Everything was good. The pulled pork was amazing and they had "real" baked Mac and cheese. None of that fake stove top stuff. I didn't get a pic of my second plate but I also got dessert and second serving of fried okra and pulled pork. For the price of the buffet you get your bang for your buck with a whole lot of flavor with it.

It was an experience - some good, some bad…read more They do things a little different here. You wait to order in an indoor/covered outdoor line. They don't have a set menu but what's available that day is posted in a couple of places, while you wait to order. They mark out things as they run out. I arrived just after 1 pm and there was already no more dessert. Not cool. Seating is odd and limited. Great for groups of 6 but horrible for 1-4 people unless you want to eat with strangers. Indoor has AC and outdoor is upstairs with narrow tables and it's stupid hot even with 2 fans. To order, you request your meat then slide down and order sides and desserts. They put it on a tray then you order drinks and pay. A tip was requested at checkout. A staff member did check on me 2 times for drink refills. Unfortunately it's clear you are to bus your table. Everything I ordered was really good and really expensive. Brace yourself...$33 for one person. I requested "a pound of ribs" which equaled to 2 ribs and was priced according to weight -$14.40. Good flavor and sauce but not very meaty. It's good that the smallest sides ARE large enough for 2 to share. There were no smaller single portion options, so I enjoyed the $6 cornbread pudding, $5 collard greens, a good sized $2 piece of cornbread - you get to choose center or side/corner - and a $3 sweet tea. Read that again: $14.40 for 2 ribs and $16 for 2 sides, bread and a drink. Overall good food but stupid expensive and unwelcome seating options. Posted hours: Saturday 12-5 and Sunday 12-3. Closed Monday to Friday.
