While my initial experience wasn't great, their customer service after the fact definitely made a difference. I'm really disappointed with my experience here on 03/29/26. When I arrived, the space looked clean, welcoming, and professional, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the massage itself was the complete opposite. The therapist used an excessive amount of pressure from the start. I asked him to ease up three separate times, but he continued using extremely heavy pressure. I actually enjoy deep tissue massages, so I'm not sensitive to firm pressure--but this was beyond that. It felt like he was digging his elbow into one spot at a time with no flow or technique, making the entire experience painful rather than relaxing. By the time I left, I felt worse than when I came in. Today (03/30/26), I am in significant pain and can barely move around normally. I'm even considering seeking medical attention to make sure my back wasn't injured. A massage should never leave someone feeling this way, especially after clearly communicating discomfort multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my experience. I would appreciate being contacted by management to discuss a refund.

I enjoyed the hot oil and hot stones. Both were included in the massage price. My back was feeling the relief too. So we will keep this place in our Rolodex as they were very accommodating and able to take us at short notice.

They make it very relaxing by playing music overhead. They have a variety of massage services including Thai and Swedish. I don't think I'd recommend this place. But I do know a couple people that love it and maybe if you haven't experienced better this place will suffice.
