Today my wife and I decided to give it another try with a couples massage, but unfortunately it confirmed our concerns. There was no focus or passion behind the massage. It felt rushed, large portions were skipped, and the technique was inconsistent. The therapist spent about 30 minutes walking on my back, and the second half of the massage felt half-hearted. As long-time customers, this was disappointing. Overall, the quality has clearly declined. We don't plan to return and will be looking for a different place where the therapists take pride in their work and truly care about helping clients relax and relieve stress. Do not recommend.

I had already left a $10 tip, and being questioned and made to feel like it wasn't enough was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I don't mind tipping for good service, but I don't think customers should be pressured about the amount they choose to leave, especially when the advertised service wasn't fully provided.
