I was walking my sister out to her car tonight at about 8:30 PM, and saw a man going to the next door neighbor's with a headlamp on. He said he was a locksmith and I said "We're in need of a locksmith. Can you come by when you're done?" He said, "Sure, I'll be done in 15 minutes. I'll come over." He did just that. He came over in 15 minutes and fixed our dead bolt lock in about 15 minutes. He recommended a type of dead bolt that was better for our use than the one we had, which he pointed out was usually used on glass doors and we have a wood door. I always wondered why it was a strange lock. Who knew? And he chose a new deadbolt with a finish that blended in with the wood door. Nice! Then, I asked him if he could fix a doorknob on another door. When he was finished with the deadbolt, he came upstairs and fixed the doorknob which had fallen apart, since it's an original glass doorknob in a 1927 house. He knew exactly how to fix it and put it back together with new screws. It's an old house and there's always something to fix. I felt great that I got another thing fixed and so quickly, unexpectedly and efficienty! I will definitely use Tal again. He said that he is available 24/7... He's on call! This man is a guardian angel who came to my rescue late the other night when I was going through the last stages of a year long nightmare with awful disgusting tenants.
