Locked out of home then called a locksmith(Pronto locksmith service) to come out and unlock front door, but unfortunately 20 minutes later he couldn't and left . Charging me $65 for nothing. Waste of time. Called Goodlock. Tal came out and less than 2 minutes he was in. Wow I just couldn't believe it!!!!! I had to give him a group hug. I was very grateful. We used Good Lock to install our office door locks. A front door key pad lock for an industrial metal door at the front and a regular lock for the back door. He couldn't be more pleasant & helpful. I recently purchased a new house and Tal came out to re-key the whole place. I called him in the morning and we made a same day appointment for that afternoon. There were more locks on this place than Fort Knox. And some of them didn't make sense-- i.e. most of the deadbolts were double-cylinder, which means they lock with a key from the outside AND inside. Tal recommended I change those to single-cylinder locks so I don't need a key to unlock my doors from the inside (he said if there is an emergency in the middle of the night and I need to run out, I don't want to be messing with keys-- great point!). So, he re-keyed all locks on all entry doors (12 total), changed out 4 deadbolts, made 4 keys, re-keyed an interior door and made 2 keys for that, and padlocked the gate to my backyard. It wasn't cheap but I have no idea how his prices compare to others. I can just say that I feel like my house is secure and I greatly appreciated his professionalism and expertise. I would absolutely call him again if I need a locksmith! read more

So ... I left my bike locked up outside my office for a little too long, and when I went to unlock it, the lock had rusted shut. I tried WD40, prayer, and brute force, nothing worked. SO I called Good Lock thinking I just needed to have the lock cut. Tal showed up less than an hour after I initially called, sat around and played with the lock for a bit, and had it open! He also cleaned out my lock and showed me how to keep it working properly. Saved me the trouble of buying a new bike lock AND having to actually lug my bike to a store to get the lock cut or fixed. After looking on Yelp!, I found Good Lock!! Called another locksmith a year ago to fix the same problem - sliding patio door lock was broken and these parts aren't obtainable at a local hardware store (Home Depot., Lowes etc). He had to do some research on where to locate these parts and not fix the lock's broken components to re-use again (like the previously locksmith).
