Such a cute coffee shop by the beach! The parking can be tricky if its crowded and almost all metered. I got lucky and didnt have to wait with only a few people in line, but there was a pretty long line out the door once i got my drink, worth the wait though! We heard good things about this cafe so decided to check it out. There is plenty of street parking during the weekday mornings. It has a cute aesthetic, but the seating is limited inside the cafe. Honestly it is right near the Strand so why not enjoy the beach! What makes this cafe unique is that it is connected to a laundromat so you can have a nice drink while doing your laundry. I ordered their Iced Americano which had a nice flavor - very smooth and had the right amount of ice. We also ordered the Banana Bread Latte. This drink was also very nice, but it could have had a bit more banana flavor. The staff is very friendly and willing to make suggestions when we asked. I am looking forward to going back and trying their tea lattes and spam musubi. read more

Wow! Just wow! I did not expect this drink to be as good as it was but it's so freakin' good!!!! Service was phenomenal. The cashier was super friendly and you can tell just has an incredible personality, definitely like a good neighbor. Parking was not bad. I also went in the morning but I was able to find a parking nearby. I could definitely see parking being an issue depending on the time though. Would definitely recommend! Surprisingly great! Lots of metered street parking available, inside is a half cafe half laundromat so if you don't have an in unit come here! It's cute and the coffee is great. Got the Honey, I'm Green with Espresso and the Not My Mama's Banana Bread with Matcha and they were both great! You can really taste the banana, cinnamon, and brown sugar in the Banana Matcha. Also thought the bee pollen was a nice addition to the honey latte. I do wish the jasmine flavor would be a little stronger, but the honey flavor was balanced. My friends and I came here on a Saturday morning and we were blown away with how good the coffee was! I love how the options of lattes were very unique. I got the Not My Mama's Banana Bread - it was delicious! Perfect balance of banana flavor / coffee / milk. I added the house cold foam which is a must to add that extra creaminess! The banana was also tasty and didn't have that artificial taste. Only downside is the parking here. There's street parking but you do have to pay for parking. If you're looking for a pick me up before, between, or after a beach day Good Neighbor is the spot. The staff was welcoming and knows their regulars well. I was just here this past Sunday for my second visit, and I am officially hooked! I get the hot Cabana drink and the Spam Musubi--the consistency is spot on and tastes amazing every time. During this visit, there was a minor delay with the Musubi delivery due to a carrier issue, but the employee who took my order kept me updated the entire time. As a big matcha lover I found their iced matcha latte super delicious! I got the signature honey latte. Forgot the official name but it was sooo good. Perfect sweetness and good matcha flavor. Not super strong but still strong enough where I'm happy and it doesn't feel like mostly milk. Great service, location and friendly people. Definitely make a stop here for a beach walk drink. they just opened recently so it was my first time. I look forward to the spam musubi next time. read more

The best coffee in the South Bay! I usually get the Flat White with Oat milk and it's perfect! The espresso they use is outstanding ....does not taste bitter or sour, which for some reason is hard to find around here. I have also tried their house made cream and it's dangerously delicious!
