Disco, Dance floor and Delray! This place is an excellent venue for a private party, or just a night out dancing with friends. The attention to detail pulled me right back in time, teenage years listening to vinyl records in a friend's smoky basement. This place is worth a visit for the nostalgia alone. A nice size bar mixes up cocktails, beer and wine to break through inhibitions and get you on the light up dance floor. Lounges available throughout if you want to cool off your platform heeled feet and chill. Give yourself time to find street or private pay parking. Highly recommend a visit!

We had plans nearby in Delray for dinner, so we decided to try John Boy ahead of time. What a great call. It was pretty early in the evening, maybe 6pm. When we walked in and took in the whole 70's disco vibe, I was surprised there was a decent amount of people already. But we were the youngest people. Seems like the older folks likes crashing this place before it gets dark. It was nice to see em out on the dance floor tearing it up. We grabbed our drinks and hung out. The drinks were fine, served in a plastic cup. We saw a photo booth and scooted in a for an impromptu shoot. That was a great call. We only stuck around for a bit, the first shift. But I'm sure we will try to stop back. It sounds like it gets ripping at night, they had a line forming when we left. Good times

Our friends and hubby wanted to come here on a Saturday night. We parked in the garage above the venue via ParkMobile as there was no street parking available. There was no line or fee to get in but it was absolutely packed inside. We found our friends dancing close by the DJ. Very mixed age group but still not my jam. Reminds me of an upgraded version of platforms/cosmos in the downtown Boca area. I can tolerate disco music but I definitely wouldn't choose to come to a disco club. It's great for people watching though.

This is the ultimate night out/dance club for all ages. We came here to dance for my friend's bachelorette, we ran into two other bach parties, college students, and people over 60. It's mainly music from the 70s and 80s, with a few other hits from recent decades too! It truly is for 21+ and 21+++! We came around 10:30pm on a Friday and were let in for free as a group of women. I loved the bartenders here. My group did a few tequila shots and they were about $15 each. It's such a fun vibe. It was packed, but with enough room to dance. There were even groups dancing on chairs sometimes. Each song was a hit! It was lots of fun. It was very loud, so if you come, expect more dancing than chatting. Everyone on the dance floor was so friendly too. I loved this spot so much, I wish we had one in our city.

Fun spot to dance at! Went a little early on a Saturday night (8:30 pm) with my girlfriend, before hitting the ave for dinner. Heard later the crowd gets a little young and busy, so we wanted to avoid that. They were jamming 70's hits and some 80's and people had energy on the multicolored dance floor. Much older demographic (55-70's) but people were really enjoying themselves. I think cover charges start at 9, but all in all, a good time to be had.

Danced the night away. Disco inferno! Great crowd of all generations. Quick service at the bar. Easy to navigate. Highly recommend this stop on a Delray night out.

This 1970-80's nightclub in Delray Beach immerses guests into the disco era with retro details like a Farah Faucet wall hanging and a disco ball. The dance floor was crowded with all ages when we walked in just after 8pm. The vibe and atmosphere is upbeat. The DJ just plays music that is upbeat and you can't help but to dance.

The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

I ordered the teriyaki bowl with chicken and it had no teriyaki flavor or sauce anywhere. The chicken was probably slightly marinated but I wish it tasted more like teriyaki. The grilled salmon was tasty but the poached egg that came with the Brussels sprout Cesar was full of water and undercooked so I literally didn't even eat it. The strawberry lemonade was 80% water, stick with the hangover cure. The hangover cure was very refreshing. The servers split the tips so they were all pretty helpful and attentive. Probably a good spot for cocktails but I went with my grandma so virgin drinks were the way to go. All in all I'd be back for a cocktail and the fries. The food is also pretty pricey. $11 French fries, $9 for a non-alcoholic beverage. Also when I went, the menu was limited. They weren't serving any of the 'Shareables'. I went at 3pm on a Sunday so you'd think this is prime time to have a full menu available. Service 9/10 Food 6/10 Location & ambiance 8/10 Would I go back? Yes. The server was friendly and the food was very good! Only complaint is the portions were small for the hefty prices. We ordered a few appetizers and two pizza pies. Chicken cutlets - these were nice fresh and juicy. I like that the lemon wedges were seasoned and gave a nice kick to the cutlets. Portion was a bit small for the price 4/5 ($16) Shrimp oreganata - shrimp, parsley, garlic, lemon, breadcrumb. These were cooked nicely, shrimp fresh and flavorful and not overcooked. Although good, these were just 5 shrimp. Overpriced. 4/5 ($20) Burrata - Filone bread topped with burrata, strawberries, balsamic, brown butter, and there was something crunchy on top that was good not sure what they were. This was good too but also overpriced. 4/5 ($20) Honey ryder pizza - mozzarella, pepperoni and hot honey. Very good pizza. Nice and fresh 4/5 ($23) Johnny Utah - bacon, pineapple, mozzarella and red onion. This was alright. Toppings were a little sparse. 3/5 ($24) Usually I would take off two stars when there's a hefty price tag and small portions but beach club will be an exception because the food was all prepared very well and tasted great. If you're in the area and want a nice vibe with good food, stop on by.

We were sat at a table near the bar which was great as it was inside and had a nice breeze with the fans and AC. Damien was our server and was wonderful at explaining the menu and the concept of their scratch kitchen. For our drinks we tried the classic and guava-habanero margaritas. We ended up liking the classic more just because the fresh ingredients were reminiscent of those we had in Mexico. It was a little too warm out to be doubling down on spice in our drinks too. We ordered a brisket quesadilla and for our tacos: carnitas, chorizo, and crispy fish. For our second round (not pictured), my husband tried the spicy chicken. He was warned the spicy chicken is exceptionally spicy but he didn't think that warning was warranted so maybe don't be afraid to try it if you're not big on spice. We had tap water that they left a large bottle on the table for. Even though we didn't drink too much of it, they still replaced it with a fresh bottle after a while since it probably got warm. One staff member even came to wipe up the water that had sweat off our drinks. Overall, El Camino exceeded our expectations. All of the staff was kind and courteous and the food was off the chart.
