They had workers cleaning the…read moreparking areas, a worker assisting at the check in kiosks, workers swapping out the dirty towels. It was a welcoming environment. That was only just a month ago. Perhaps the weather and cold has affected the services?! Not sure what it was today during this visit. I love that they accept tap to pay. That made it super convenient for me to just tap my phone and get a quick wash without having to look through my backpack for my wallet. When I arrived at the kiosk, the arm was already up. We didn't see anyone to assist. It almost felt abandoned. After paying and checking in, we pulled up to the tunnel, no one was there to guide us in or pre-wash the front/back like they usually do. I just pulled in anyways. Then a girl comes out from the door nearby and finishes guiding me in and spray my car. We go through the tunnel. It was nice! I got the highest paying wash thinking it came with tire shine...I was disappointed when drying my car, that my tires were not "shined". No big deal. Here's where I deducted the two stars from. The parking areas where the vacuums are, trash in the stalls. Peoples car mats left to freeze over, trash near the trash cans (never made it into the empty bags/trash bins), 3 vacuum hoses didn't have tips on them. It was just a hose. I moved my car to a stall that DID have vacuum tips on it. But then the suction on those vacuums were crap! Barely vacuumed anything. Bummer. I went walking around to check the suction in the other stalls and finally found one. SO, I moved to that stall. Got my car cleaned and wiped down and we headed out. It was dead. No music playing (like they did the first time ) no one cleaning or maintaining the lot. This round was a bad experience. Even my son (who pointed out the music not playing) was disappointed. He loves going to car washes and cleaning, all I gotta say is, I hope the next time we visit we'll have a better experience.

The caveat here is that you'll never get the nooks and crannies of your car clean unless you drive something that looks like a block of cheese with no windows, mirrors, or seams. Every car wash like this has left some of my little car crannies -- uh -- less than sparkly. This one is no different, and definitely no worse than some of my other faves. So, that being said, I am pretty satisfied with the quality I got for purchasing a base level wash ($14). It's really about the amenities for me. I was surprised to be offered a selection of different scented car fresheners before I even got started, and a dash wipe, AND no one tried to upsell me on a fancier wash or subscription I didn't want. THANK you. We really f'ing hate that. I got some complimentary sprays with the hose from the attendant before heading into the wash. I saw some things at this car wash I haven't before; there's an emergency plan if you're stuck in the car wash and need to let someone know (honk). You can actually see how your car lines up on the monitors showing camera feed of your vehicle from both sides. What a smart idea! The wash itself was good. Light-show, spinning mops, all that. I appreciate the dryers, they do a good enough job if you're ready to drive off with a few droplets, but it's a great head start if you're a towel dryer. The real fun starts at the vacuum stations, this is what really makes or breaks a car wash in my book. Shiny Shell really excels in this area; they have both pointy AND flat vacuum heads on both sides with extremely strong suction. I unintentionally lost some change and hair ties before I truly understood the power I wielded -- I even sucked up one of my seatbelts at one point. There are stickers by the vacuums that let you know what to do when a hose is clogged (maybe it's a button? I can't recall, all of my hoses were working 200%) The compressed air guns are *chef's kiss* SO powerful. Strong enough to clean mats, blow debris out of the tightest corners and carpet edges, blow pandemic-era dust out of your vents, and definitely strong enough to blow some of those extra water droplets off your exterior. I didn't get the chance to try some of the extras out, but I noticed clean towels (dirty towel receptacles provided and labeled) and an assortment of sprays. I could spend all day here. The service was quick and friendly, the facility looks nice and new, what a great experience. Can't wait to come back!

Never had any issues with vacuum suction either. If you go through the window line, you can get free air fresheners. On the last visit there was something wrong with the wheel cleaner and they happily let me go through again and spent extra time pressure washing the wheels before I entered. I've never been in but they also have a room with free soda and a playground for kids.

My truck was dirty, it definitely needed a wash, and I wasn't expecting a miracle but....One side of the car was coated in water spots, it looked like the spinners hadn't even touched it. The wheels looked like the wheel shine was spritzed in a couple spots. Overall it just was a half a** job. I took advantage of many of their microfiber cloths and essentially re washed half of my truck in the detail area. The detail are was nice and well stocked which earns a second star but I would not recommend this place for a membership.

Even when the guys are in task mode and it's very busy Alex is so friendly and welcoming while he's got his hands full. I usually get the $40 full interior/exterior detail and if it's not a busy day it doesn't take more than 25-30 minutes. I once spilled my entire drink in my car and called nervously asking if it would be ok to come in with only a few minutes before closing. They let me come up and did what they could for the night, and we talked through the plan for me to come back within two days to finish getting the floor fully cleaned. It felt so intentional from all the guys who I talked with and the follow through on plan and pricing was intentional as well. I tell everyone about Prompt and the unbeatable value. When I have the ability to down the road I'll absolutely be getting a membership. If you're brand new to the experience it's just mildly confusing at first. Entrance is to the south west and you'll wait for someone to come talk to you before driving through the car wash. Then someone will direct you where to pull up. They don't tell you this because they're in task mode and assume you're a pro at this part: once you're parked in the lane they've directed you to, just leave your key but grab your wallet, phone, other essentials, and head on into the waiting room. Someone will come in and call out your car make/model when they're ready to take your payment, and again once they're done with your car. My friend first told me about Prompt a year ago and I'm so thankful. It has really been a godsend for my overwhelmed brain that I can steward car ownership in this way that's so accessible financially and from a fantastic team, when I'd otherwise let way too long go by without cleaning and sink further and further into guilt and overwhelm about it.

BEWARE!!! My tire was perfectly fine when I entered the car wash but somehow was damaged by the…read moremachinery operating during the wash. I went into the office after the wash to notify of the issue.  I asked if I could use an air compressor or if they would put my car on the lift so I could change the flat tire quicker.  I was told that there was not an air compressor on site, the lift was "broken"  nor were there any tools available to change my tire.  I had a work appt that I needed to get to and would have appreciated some help with the unforeseen flat tire.  One of the workers walked out to the bay to check for any sharp objects, nails or screws that could have caused this damage.  Nothing was seen, I explained that I believe the flat was caused by the metal leads on the ground since the damage was on the side wall or the tire.   There were 2 able body workers just sitting in the lobby that could have helped me but refused to.  I was told sorry but have a good rest of your day. So I drove over to the Maverick Gas Station across the street to change my flat tire.  Surprisingly, 3 people came up and offered to help me.  Random strangers are willing to help me and not the employees of a car wash that damaged my tire.
