After pointing out that a wheel was missing the covers, they brought them out and put 4 of the 5 back on and didn't care to mention that they were missing one. Luckily I double checked on my last walk around and noticed. Unluckily, they don't care about their customers so they aren't taking responsibility. They took my information and submitted a claim to their insurance who took weeks to get back to me only to say this damage doesn't line up with having your tires changed. Terrible way to do business and I will not be a returning customer.

The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done by the end of the day, which is quick considering the amount of work needed to be done. By the time I picked up the truck, everything was buttoned up exactly how I asked. All tires were properly assemble, balanced and programmed with new sensors. The old tires were disassembled and thrown into the bed with the old sensors and lugs. They even took the time to mount the spare underneath (something I told them they didn't need to do). Friendly and understanding staff. Cool guys. Couple months later, the tires hold air perfectly and ride great. These are my second set of tires installed here with no problems. They refused to give us the paperwork showing what they did. Refused to reset the error code. They had my car for an hour and a half and did nothing. I should at least get my paperwork when I've spent $150 to have an error code investigated. How is this business still functioning? Reporting to the BBB. I think my $150 entitles me to the paperwork regarding the work done on my car. Even the dealership provides a detailed account of the work done - that's how they show that they didn't just steal your $$.
