Our washer empties into a utility sink next to it and had been draining slowly for a while, then started to overflow and flood our garage every time we tried to wash laundry. I called Plumbing Solutions and they were able to come out very quickly. I was hoping for an assessment but they fixed the issue on the same visit, adjusting some wonky piping and thoroughly snaking out a major clog and some roots. It runs more smoothly than I've ever seen it, and I got recommendations for how to maintain the clean drain without having to call them again. This was my second time calling this company for a major plumbing issue, and it was incredible again! They are extremely personable and thorough and always do great work. I had another plumber come out to address a bathroom sink leak who ended up coming back out about 5 times because it just kept leaking, albeit a very, very slow one. He'd fix it, it's great for a few days, then I'd find a pool of water. He essentially just jammed the pipe into the p-trap. Jose came out within the timeframe they guaranteed, looked at it, went out to get supplies, and replaced everything in less than an hour. With a 90-day warranty, I feel at ease knowing I can reach back out if the issue is still not resolved. So far after one day, there is no leak, but we'll see how things pan out. read more

Overall, as a homeowner of a house that has needed lots of work, I have been happy with my experiences with Sacramento Plumbing Solutions. I do a decent amount of DIY, however these are the plumbers I like to call for their professional skills beyond what I could do reliably (sweating copper, changing out main valves, etc). Justice came out for several leak and valve repairs, and he was skilled while also sharing his rationale for certain steps. Just as important is behind the scenes, at the home office, you have Lauren, who is amazing beyond words. We had purchased the equipment and took a chance hiring Sacramento Plumbing Solutions. They are rated 5 Stars and now we know why! Our Plumber "Jesse" communicated with us to keep us in the know when he would arrive. He was on time, kind, friendly, very professional and extremely thorough. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. When he took the old toilet off he showed us that there was a large crack in the flange. He said he would need to come back to fix that part at a later date. All went well with the installation and also with the installation of the faucet in our garage. He was able to come back in a very timely manner and again communicated with us so nicely. He was on time and handled taking the toilet off again and was able to replace the flange from inside the house! (That saved us some money ... instead of him going under the house) My husband watched and was very happy with every single thing. After our water heater started making mini explosions, we new we were due for a new one. Mike was able to come out and install our new water heater and get everything up to code. His work is excellent, his knowledge was useful, and we are 100% satisfied. We tried a few other Sac companies, including two of the biggest, and got nothing but runaround and outrageous quotes (one was over 3k!) for just a water heater and install!!! My line was blocked and sewage was spilling into the front yard and of course it was on a Friday. My neighbor had used this company and raved about them so I gave them a try. I can not remember the name of the person but he was very sweet on the phone the night before when I called at 4:30 but I do know he mentioned he was the owner and came out the next morning to take care of me. Update: Called Plumbing Solutions on 12/21/18, the Friday before Xmas eve because our water heater wasn't working. Mike squeezed us in at the end of the day to diagnose the problem. Calvary arrived at 4:30ish and found it was dead. Instead of leaving us high and dry before going into a holiday weekend, the crew worked until nearly 8pm to make sure we did not have to wait until after Xmas to get our water heater replaced.
