To top it all off, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended whether you're taking a drive break or looking for a cozy local spot!

I don't usually love chai but it was that good. Still, it wasn't the only good part: So was the coffee, and so were the sandwiches since we wanted something a little more filling than pastries. The cafe has a relaxed, welcoming vibe that fits perfectly with the laid-back feel of Sequim. Definitely a nice little local spot to grab breakfast or coffee if you're in the area. I'd happily stop by again next time we pass through the area and try more from the menu!

The coffee was outstanding, and they offer a great selection of freshly roasted beans, from light to dark roasts. The pastry case looked amazing, and they also feature daily specials. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and I'll definitely be coming back for it--it was excellent! My wife had the spinach frittata with cheese and bacon, and she loved it. We only wish we had a place like this closer to home in Seattle. There are plenty of great coffee shops there, but this café has a special hometown feel that makes you want to come back. I always eat this pie while I'm driving and regret not getting two slices. I got the Bedford ginger beer and it was pretty tasty. (unheated double smoke bacon breakfast sandwich - yes, i'm gaming the buy seperately 3 times, get 90 stars). i was surprised and my BS light lit brightly. When i asked the poor young barista to state which health code (state law) it violates, their response pivots to its against company policy. When i mention i have made this purchase many times before the response is those employees didn't know company policy. Now, i cant attest to the factuality of that statement, but considering i travel a fair bit, and have not ever experienced a surprise like this before in 20+ states and literally 100's of starbucks i have visited, i'm left to feel sorry for all those uninformed Barista's OR maybe .... this is a new company policy or simply this stores policy. i'll have to run a double blind experiment to find out.
