The prices here are slightly higher than some of the other resale shops. Like any resale or thrift shop the merchandise is always revolving so it helps to go more often to see what they got in. The store seems to be divided in a few different areas. One area is a thrift store area and there are other areas that are consignment areas. The consignment areas may have new items, vintage items, or collectible thrift items.

When I suggested a courtesy call so people don't have to sit around all day waiting, she replied "We're doing a free pickup. It is your responsibility to call us to get a time." I replied the items you are getting are free to you in which you sell and make money. She replied Yes but we don't call. Some people wouldn't respond when we called in the past so we don't call. I recommended automated calls and she again said we don't do that. I have donated to your organization many times and after this, I will not do so anymore. It is obvious that Salvation Army does not appreciate the people who donate and their employees are rude.
