I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing replacement on a Saturday morning. The told me they could get it done same day. Figured it was a repair shop so they should have proper equipment to do it. Dropped it off at 11:30AM, but by 4PM, I hadn't heard anything. So I head to the shop around 4:15, only to find that 2 mechanics where taking turns beating the hub assembly into the hub unit, and every 3 strikes or so, trying to force fit the axle shaft. After they finally beat everything into submission, and reassembled the rear, the tech takes it for a test drive, returns and says something to the lead. The lead walks into the shop, and comes back with a tablet scanner. After a few minutes of having the scanner plugged in, the lead tells me my car is ready, but doesn't tell me why he had the scanner on it. I asked him why he had to scan it, and he tells me the ABS light was on, but he turned it off, BUT if it comes back on, I'll have to bring it back. Guess what- Saturday after 5PM (and they close at 5), I drive 2 minutes back to my house....and the ABS light is on again! I took my car back to the shop this morning (Monday, because of course they're closed on Sunday) a little after 9AM, and was told the wait would be an hour. I let them know I'm leaving it with them. 1:30PM rolls around and no update, so I call them. I'm told that it was a bad bearing so they'll be getting a new one, get it put on and test drive it, and then call me. At 4 o'clock, I get a call, and now I'm being told it was a special order part, and they hadn't received it yet, so my car will not be ready until sometime the next day....perhaps 11 or 12. How were they able to get this part on a Saturday initially, and now on Monday it goes from a bad replacement bearing they received Saturday, to a special order part during a weekday, that they weren't able to get by 4 o'clock when they had my car all day?? Needless to say I'm bothered by this, but I tried to keep my cool. I'm told it will be covered by the warranty. Oh wow, that's such a relief considering the ABS light wasn't on before I brought it in, and in my observation it was likely the banging that destroyed the bearing to begin with. You're damned right it's covered by the warranty- I wasn't going to pay for anything....clearly they didn't know what they were doing, and weren't equipped to do the job. It's so rare for me to leave reviews only when it's really good Or really bad went here to get an alignment they told me they could do it now as he pulled it in I asked to do an oil change also he said sure had me sign a repair order for both when they pulled the truck in the used a regular lift I wondered why they didn't just use the alignment lift and it was because he did not want to do the alignment on my truck which is just a regular sized pick up truck but waited to tell me until after the oil change was done so I could at least pay for the oil change because he knew I came in for an alignment and the oil change was just and after thought so after a $90 oil change because they used synthetic without even asking they couldn't even reset my oil change light... do not come here read more

This is the best mechanic I could recommend. I've had a 2006 Toyota Matrix that they always helped me keep in tip top shape (it had nearly 300,000 miles by the time I sold it) I have a 1989 Ford tempo now and they go above and beyond meeting my cars needs. They're affordable and work in a timely manner and the customer service is outstanding. My favorite part about this business is that they always bring me to my car and show me any damage or needed repairs that they recommend. Worst service ever !!Left the truck to get oil change and rotate the tires. 15 minutes later they called and said they couldn't open the hood. Told them how over phone nothing out of the ordinary. 30 minutes later they called and said they still couldn't open it. Had to go back and open it. Two hours later went to go pick it up and all they did was the oil change. They did not rotate the tires. They left the hood with oil prints all over. Worst service ever. Do not go there read more

This location is okay. I came here with my mom to solve her car issues . They weren't able to fix the brake system today , so that took stars off my rating. I wish they were better magazines, but they have dish network in the waiting room. It's super noisy there so that can be improved. read more

First off whoever is saying this place is no good is obviously full of ???... i brought In my ford 250 truck in for servicing and they did a great job. Complete tuneup oil change. Great job .. Cadillac converter done another great job . Starter on my ford 350 great job. Air conditioning system serviced on both my trucks. 2013 impala was also serviced here & another great job. Young guys that are very good at what they do especially Mario who is young very professional & has a bright future ahead for himself. If your gonna complain about how clean the business is ..or about something that took a couple of hours longer to complete wawawah.. next time call Uber and go home come back later. Came in to fix a flat i had a nail in my tire. I give them the wheel lock n they say "its ok im not taking the wheel off." I asked your not going to patch it? They say no because its too close to the edge im going to plug it. (The nail was in the center of the wheel) So he half assed it with the plug n the next morning it was completely flat. I had to take the wheel off n take it somewhere else and they put the patch on. They were just too lazy to do it the right way. Never going back ! read more

This place has a sign outside advertising $14 oil change. Do not bother stopping bc I did. The owner or manager kept insisting that I go with synthetic oil at $50 plus and I told him I wanted 5/40 oil non synthetic. He refused to service my car. He wants the mark up from the synthetic oil. He did not care about me as a customer. I bet he won't be in basic for much longer. read more

Takes for every dose not fallow first come first serve. For got to put my air filter in one time and another time forgot to put my dipstick back in. Came a different time and they forgot to put my hub cap back on. They have pore customers service don't show you any respect. read more

Terrible. I dropped $800 for a new battery and breaks. I told them it had to be done by 4:45 he said no problem. It was done at 6 with me asking each 10 mins, how much longer- kept being promised 5 mins. Then as soon as I pull out battery failure light comes on and emergency break failure light comes on. Neither ever came on before. I had to go back, spent 3 hours there and it's still not fixed. Don't waste your time and money!!! read more

I took my car for oil change and wanted a rotation on the tires they suggested my tires needed balancing for $16 each tire and i said no and they refuse to rotate the tires. I drove out and they forgot to put the lock nuts on one of the tires which I almost cause and accident a block away. read more

I was told, "your car will be ready in an hour", two plus hours later the car is still not ready. Do not do business here, unless you have time to kill. 16 days ago we took our daughters car to get an oil change. We noticed oil leaking yesterday and checked it and see they didnt change the oil filter. They cleaned it and the date on there was 8/17 that means the last 2 times we took our car here they never changed the filter. Will be reporting them to the BBB. read more

Stopped in to price tires mid-week and they matched the price that I paid last time I bought tires in 2013. They needed to order them. Tires came in the following day. Tires were mounted and balanced in less than an hour total. Overall a good experience. Very clean bathroom, that tells me that they care about customer satisfaction. read more

So I went to get an oil change around 5pm and mind you, they close at 6pm. There was 3 other cars ahead of me and they (Joseph) was still willing to take me. Their service was great, guys seem to be very knowledgeable, and I was out by 6pm. The only issue I had was that it was a sauna in their waiting area because there's no separation between the waiting room and the actual work area. I must of lost 5 pounds through sweat, haha. And their water dispenser was empty. Other than that, price was great and I'd go back but very early in the morning or in the winter. read more
