Very bad service. I made an appointment for an 11:00 A.M. oil change and sat and waited for the service to be completed. At 12:00 P.M. noon, the car was still sitting in the parking lot waiting to be serviced. I asked for my keys back and left. Very bad management. I will not be taking my car there again. read more

Arrived for my appointment to find out they didn't have my tires and ordering them would take 4 additional days, over a holiday weekend. Idk whose job it was to check that they had the tires on hand, but someone dropped the ball and messed up my holiday plans. After months and months of dealing with the world's slowest leak in my left rear tire, I made an appointment online to have them take a look at it. Being so close meant I could drop it off, walk home and take care of the dog and then walk back before they closed. Staff was great and they fixed my tire for free. Not a typo. F R E E! They said it was a very small piece of metal, the size of a stick pin and that it was patched easily. Weeks later, the tire pressure warning light is off and did I mention that they declined to charge me? I would have happily paid $20 for this and still feel like I got a screaming deal. I ordered 2 tires on Friday through the website. They said I can get them done on Saturday. My tire has a leak, and I thought it would be okay. Saturday morning at 7:28, I get a call that they are too busy. I ask them about the leak. They said if the light pops on after 24 hours, I should be okay. I finally had the tools, and I was losing 10 psi's every 24 hours. Not okay. He said that he might have time on Monday, if it gets bad to call him. I put the spare on my car on Sunday, and with anxiety waited until Monday morning. He said he might have time. That I could check at 2:00. Went in at 2:00, and they said they are booked. He was willing to repair the old tire for free. But if I am getting new tires, I rather not waste my time. They can get me in tomorrow. But these people really need to know that people have anxiety. We only have 1 car. I drive my family everywhere. I have 2 beautiful girls. What if I got into a car accident because they did not have time? Anxiety is real! read more

Crappy tire repair and damaged rim. Immediately ordered me a new rim, but still. Subpar service to begin with. They should know better than to try and repair a run flat tire. They're the experts! Ended up finding out from Google that replacement was the only option in my case. Due to their ineptitude, couldn't drive my car for the better part of a month due to tire stock shortage and not being able to find a replacement tire that matched the other 3 tires. Ended up just getting a new set of 4 tires. Corporate office refunded me the cost of 1 of the tires, but still unnecessary money spent replacing the other 3 tires, which were like new. Went somewhere for new tires. Too much anxiety from the first and only time I went there. Won't be a repeat customer. read more

Service was friendly and quick, but they forgot to tighten my lug nuts on one wheel, wheel almost fell off while driving had to pull over when I did only one lug was left and almost completely backed out. I had steal one off each of my other wheels to safely get home, I'll be returning there today to file a complaint and get a new set of lug nuts to replace the missing ones, I learned is ALWAYS check your lug nuts whenever leaving a shop. UPDATE: they claimed to have never touched them even though I talked them myself the day before using a torque wrench. read more

I first made an appointment with this shop for Monday (7/18/22), which they denied existed, so I scheduled for the following day. When I returned the next day, I checked with the manager to make sure the specific tires I had ordered were in shop (Cooper Edge Plus tires), and he confirmed. However, when I checked my car, I found the shop had put on their cheapest tire (Starfire Solarus AS). When I asked why they did not use the tires I ordered, he informed me that they did not have the tires! After I confronted the manager with their mistake and demanded they rectify it, they agreed to put the tires on the following day for no additional charge. Additionally, I was informed by the tech who worked on my car that my drivers side tie rod needed to be replaced, and would do so for an additional $135, which I declined. When I checked the part myself (and had a licensed mechanic confirm), I found that the part did not need replacement at all. This shop is run by scam artists, and I warn you to stay as far away from this shop as you can if you value your pocket book. read more

It seems every visit is different here.... I have been taking my car here for years. At first I had some bad experiences. Employees being rude, not knowledgeable, and other things. Then for a few years everything was great. The staff was nice, they always looked at everything and made suggestions, quick, just a good experience every time. Now I don't know if there was a change in management but my past few experiences have not been good. It takes forever for a basic oil change, with an appointment, multiple people stopped in who appeared to be friends with the employees and their cars took priority over those with appointments, the staff is rude or not engaged. The only reason I continue to come here is because they have all the history on my vehicles however it may be time to change car service. read more

My boyfriend brought our car in for a coolant leak. Tom called back and told us we had to replace the radiator. We asked for specifics on why the entire radiator needed to be replaced as it was originally just the coolant resivou tank that was leaking. Took it to another technician. We were right. Instead of the 1600 he was going to charge us after already charging us 90 just to LOOK at the car we got it fixed by a decent human being for 300$. Don't go here. Classic auto scammers. Rude Rude Rude. I Bought Goodyear Brand windshield wipers at Costco. Yesterday at other oil change chain I asked for them to install them. They tried and tried. So, I drove over to Goodyear. Who can install a Goodyear product? A Goodyear store - right? 1) they said yes they could, but I needed to make an appointment for the next day and I was given a quote for the work. 2) ok, now go to appointment. They don't install Goodyear brand at Goodyear, they only install Valvaline brand at Goodyear. 3) yesterday I was told yes, to come back today and today I am told no - what is up with that? 4) Was I just given the Woman run-a-round treatment? Should they pay for my time and gas to go to a prearranged scheduled appointment only to be turned away? Who owned this store? I will never go back. They lost a prospective future customer. Great price & service on mounting / balancing my 37"x13.5x22" Toyo tires & 12" wide Fuel wheels for my bigass Ford Superduty. The techs were eager to work on my install, I think they dug my $4700. in tires & wheels I had purchased online. They knocked them out right away & even helped me load them into my SUV. Balancing required less than 3 ounces per tire & wheel. Absolutely unbelievable for a 90 pound tire mounted on a 35 pound wheel. The shop looked busy. But, still clean & organized. Go Goodyear! Never in my life have I felt so cheated. Background - Spent over $1200 last year on new set of tires & more maintenance on kids minivan (2002 Kia Sedona). Chief among the repairs in June 2013 was 4 brand new tires with Road Hazard and asked that it be aligned. Fast forward to Spring oil change & tire rotation to learn left front ball joint shot, tie rods along with both front tires and that it was NEVER aligned!! (Have call report notes from last year noting authorized repairs.) Now Goodyear tells me I have to pay over $908.98 to fix and that 20% discount off repairs is going to cut it. Are you kidding me?! If Goodyear had done their job right in first place we wouldn't be sitting her paying even more for same repairs. read more

Looking to install low profile winter tires on existing rims. They were very busy and could not get in for a week.. Vague about when to drop off the car or when they would be able to finish.... However, was able to wait. Upon dropping off the car I noticed a "help wanted sign" on the door. The managers were nice, but did not instill confidence that they were used to working on my car. In fact, they told me how difficult low profile tires are to work on. Even mentioned the potential to puncture the sidewall during installation. yikes! Too may bad data points for me to leave my car with them. Promptly took the car to tom at Concours.... He assured me they do this all the time, gave me a tour of the shop and introduced me to the techs (including their certifications). I'm sure this is going to cost me more. However, competent people and customer confidence is not free. read more

My GFs car has a tire that won't hold air. So I took to the gas station it had 15 psi. I seen a dry wall screw in the tire. And told her it would need a patch. She called on a Monday. Couldn't be seen with out an appointment. So she dropped it off on Monday night. Had it for an entire day. They not only said the tire is fine but then said it need a new timing chain, struts, oil change and new rotors and pads are recommended. I can almost guarantee that ''tis was because she went in there as a single female. This place sucks. If you are not mechanically inclined. They will prey on you. Worst customer service experience for vehicle maintenance in recent memory Goodyear may have good tire products, but the customer service at this particular installation location is TERRIBLE! Any small savings in price isn't worth the extra time and headache you will waste with this team. Week 1: Arrived to my prescheduled appointment (scheduled 1 week in advance) to get my tires replaced and they had ordered the wrong tires by accident. They left my hood unlatched by accident adding additional time/troubleshooting. Had to wait in long lines 3 times during the day (drop off, pickup, post pickup trouble shooting) to get nothing done. Week 2: Came back to my prescheduled appointment at 10:30 on a Sunday (after making the appointment in their lobby exactly 1 week prior) and the clerk said they could not do the tire replacement today because his store manager never printed my order and he didn't have the ability to print it. He said the only thing I could do would be to call on a weekday to make a 3rd appointment later this week, but that "they were pretty booked up". I think he was making excuses because he had a mechanic no-show today During my multiple visits to this location, I saw this customer service person at the front desk turn away multiple interested customers because they were "too busy" Calling the Goodyear customer service 800 number was no help. The agent called and spoke to the desk manager onsite, and she was just as baffled as me about his explanation for why they my confirmed appointment had to be reschedule and they couldn't install my tires that day. She confirmed the tires had arrived to the location, so that wasn't the issue. read more

I repaired the air conditioner in this shop 25 days ago.The problem that really needs to be solved has not been fixed.Instead, I spent some money repairing some equipment that should not be repaired.Because I am Chinese, I can only accept this fact. Then they told me they needed to get the parts from somewhere else.During the time I made two phone calls, they told me that the parts have not arrived at the Milwaukee.I called again the day before yesterday and they told me there was no spare partsand let me go somewhere else to fix them.I was so angry that I thought they were cheating.I really don't recommend you to repair the car in this repair shop. read more

Mixed to negative review. Fay is great: pleasant, works hard, tries to keep things moving. But the shop here is slow and inefficient. Had 2 tires replaced, including tire pressure monitoring system, which was faulty. Took two visits just to diagnose and reset. Then less than 24 hours later the warning light is back on. Then another problem- ignition coil went causing car to shake and flash check engine light. On a Saturday of course. Called Goodyear and Nate was so helpful on the phone! He got me in that afternoon and reassured me on the phone. It was done that same afternoon. I picked up my car and spoke with Nate again. He had the mechanic look over my car, including the part the dealership fixed, knowing that I needed the reassurance that my car was safe and ok! I didn't even ask! He went above and beyond!! Horrible service. I went on on Friday Nov 27th and ordered 4 Goodyear Assurance CS All Weather tires. I was quoted and had the tires ordered to be installed today December 1st at 3pm. When I arrived, I told them I wanted an oil change as well. They took my key and said it would be an hour and a half wait. I noticed they didn't actually go move my car into the shop for 30 minutes. So I'm sitting there and after a hour passed, the employee comes over and tells me they can't install them because they don't have any tires. They were supposed to order them on Friday. The employee says he personally was not working on Friday and it was the responsibility of the guy who was. He wouldn't be back until tomorrow and I'd have to talk to him. I rescheduled for tomorrow. Then I drove to two Honda dealers. The second dealer had comparable Goodyear tires and guaranteed they would have them ready in the morning. I said do it and called Goodyear and cancelled. I expressed my frustration to the employee who answered and he said he agreed 100 percent. Not that this solves anything. It's a problem because there's no communication between employees. No matter who I speak with, they should take ownership of the situation, not pass the buck to the next employee. These workers are not communicating with each other. I even received an email this morning reminding me of my appointment. You would assume they would actually have the tires. I should have recognized it as a bad omen when I sat down in the lounge and Fox News was playing. They had no other news channels available on their satellite tv package. Spooky. read more

Avoid this Goodyear location. They are always over committed and under staffed. I just had an oil change, tire rotation and alignment done that took 3 1/2 hours instead of the 2 hours that I was told. Normally not the end of the world but when you don't have another car and are stuck walking around with your 6 yr old it is less than ideal. I told them that I would be waiting and was assured 2 hours would be plenty. I had even made an appointment in advance. This is not my first issue with this place but it will likely be my last. Maintaining a vehicle should and would be simple if there were any honest and reliable car places left in this industry filled with lying and cheating companies. If I could give this place 0 stars I could. I came in to get my tires done because it was the closest place to me and boy did I make a mistake. I listened to whatever the staff recommended and even bought the protection package. Next day after brand new tires were put on I get a flat tire... so I go back in and they try to "fix it" and give me issues about replacing it even when I had a protection package and while "fixing it" they broke my tire sensor and told me I had to pay to fix that AND the tire that was suppose to he covered. They were telling me I had to pay some absurd amount... and the manager was so snotty with me making me feel like I didn't know anything. Fast forward to now... I call because my tire is flat and they say no problem bring it in you have the protection we will free! I think how awesome!! only get there and then tell me I owe $160. Well... never going back there. And you shouldn't either. read more

I got a tire here earlier this year after my dealership (Umansky) couldn't be bothered with a blown tire on my lease. A week ago I got a puncture in another tire and this Goodyear location tested and then repaired this tire for free. That's right - FREE.
