Can't recommend. Had my brakes replaced by them. Brake pad/shield replaced incorrectly. Called back due to a scraping noise coming from the front tire where brakes were replaced (brakes were scraping against the brake pad/shield). Was told that they fixed it. They would not admit fault that they replaced it incorrectly. Drove the car home and had more scraping sounds the next day. Called back asking them to inspect the brakes. They would not inspect them but instead told me my air filter component is rattling. Still have the scraping sound of the ceramic brakes rubbing against the brake shield/pad. Would not recommend. Go somewhere better and less inconvenient read more

Went here to get my suspension fixed. They gave me an estimate and after it was fixed it was time to pay. They ended up overcharging me $500 more than what they told me. They definitely took advantage of me knowing I desperately needed it done and I was in a rush... or maybe because I was a woman. Never going there again, EVER for ANYTHING. I've gotten the same repair done before at the DEALERSHIP and they did not overcharge me. If I could give them a 0 star I would. read more

This shop was not forthright about their availability/schedule and I had to reschedule with so little notice that it caused me to have to continue to rent another car for an extra 4 or 5 days then it was still faster to go elsewhere anyway. When I canceled the reschedule, I was told the date they actually put in was 3 days after what I was told in person... work in my experience has been ok but I've been a bit shorted on oil once and alignments could be better - they need a few more qualified techs on hand to make the price increases competitive for their customers, especially if they are now apparently struggling with turnaround time. read more

Barry is a good honest salesman so far, we've had a problem with the headlights and they are waiting on it to come in, so far it's been 12 days, and desperately need it fixed so I'm a little impatient. So far everything else is as he said and I trust the headlight will be fixed as soon as it comes that I have no doubt. I'll keep ya posted. THEY WILL TELL YOU TO REPLACE THINGS THAT DON'T NEED TO BE REPLACED, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!! I took my car in for a quote for a snapped parking brake cable. They told me that I ALSO needed to replace all these other parts of the parking brake system (of course I expected this as I am a woman) then they told me that my parking brake shoes are "low." I had JUST REPLACED THE SHOES MYSELF LAST MONTH! When I told him this, he condescendingly assumed I was talking about the pads, but no, I put them in myself and I know what I am talking about. He then told me that the shoes come pretty low and thin, so he was not recommending them to be replaced, just that they were low. They were BRAND NEW!!!! Obviously saying the shoes are low is suggesting they should be replaced. He was clearly taking advantage of me because he assumed I didn't know what I was talking about. The manager and staff are personable, professional and knowledgeable. They take great pains to fit you in their schedule for emergencies, and let you know what's going on every step of the way when doing repairs. I observed them fit a tourist in who had tire issues, fix the issue, then not charge them anything. (It wasn't even a warranty repair, just goodwill on their part). Static wheel balance only (really???) and replacement of a connecting rod dampener failed to remedy the problem. Took vehicle to Meineke and they fixed the issue in short order. Took my car in for an inspection; everything passed except my taillight. There was a small hole in the plastic cover but the lights all worked fine, I had even patched it with a kit they sell at any auto store. Manager refused to pass the inspection because of the light and said I would have to pay $200 more to have it replaced because "no mechanic is going to pass that." We took our car here for inspection. They told us our struts we're keeping us from passing inspection and the repair would be $1100 because they would also have to repair a support bar. We decided to get a second opinion and they said the struts were totally fine and passed our inspection. You never know the truth, but this place left me with the feeling they were trying to hose me. Unfortunately I can't leave zero stars. No one here seems to know what they are doing. We were supposed to get a military discount. Was told we had to go in to get the discount, when we got there we were told we didn't have to go in. After our service was done, they still forgot to put on the discount. We had 4 new tires installed, for home (2 miles away) to a psi of 9 on one tire. Went back and sure enough had a leak. Didn't get even a "sorry for the inconvenience". Stay away from this place. I recently found this place and I thought it was great as one can drop the car, and go to the nearby Panera, but they will not ever see me in that scamming place. I had my car inspected and they did not want to pass the inspection supposedly because the corner of the passenger side wiper was scratched less than a quarter of an inch. I took my car to other inspectors, and no one considered it an issue. They asked for an extra $45 to change the wipers. I took my car to another place to change the wiper, and the person who changed it was surprised how I was asked to change that specific wiper as it was in great condition. Total RIPOFF. For all I know, the inspector might have damaged it himself to get extra work, as I had not noticed any issue with the wiper. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Bought 4 tires and an alignment in May 2020. Tires have 65k tread warranty. Because of the pandemic I was working from home for the past year. I may have put 7k miles on my car during that time. I took my car to get inspected May 2021 and was told 2 of the 4 tires just barely passed inspection. I contacted Goodyear and the gentleman on the phone said there is nothing they could do. My husband called Goodyear and the same gentleman made an appointment for us to bring my car in and they would inspect the tires. We went in and the person behind the desk would not talk/look at me but was very friendly to my husband. If I asked a question, he would answer the question while looking at my husband and not me. He had my husband sign the work order even though my husband's name is not on the title of the car, not the person who bought the tires a year ago, and not financially responsible for payment of repairs to my car. After the mechanic inspected the tires he did agree 2 of the 4 tires tread were worn but it was not worn enough to honor their warranty. I was told to come back in a couple of months when the tread is worse then they can honor the warranty. Well after a year of the original purchase they do NOT replace the tires 100% but prorate the amount they will apply to the next tires you purchase. They do not care how many miles you put on the tires (as long as it is under 65k) and the fact these tires could not even manage less than 10k. They absolutely do not stand behind their products AND they have a male chauvinist employee working for them! I contacted corporate and am still waiting for a response from them (probably won't ever hear back from them). I do not recommend this place for any consumer needing tires but especially women who they will definitely take advantage of! read more

After Goodyear installed the new tires and performed an alignment (they did not do a test drive after) I noticed on the way home that there is a "slapping" noise like something slapping the ground which becomes pronounced around 30 mph. At 55 and above it turns into a noticeable vibration in the car that is so severe that I do not feel that it is safe to drive. I took it back (45 minutes away) to have it checked. They said that the balancing was off but not enough to make a difference. They first tried to blame it on my right front wheel bearing being bad. When I explained the symptoms further they tried to blame it on the left front wheel bearing. By the end of the conversation they were trying to blame it on the transmission being bad. There was NO vibration or poor handling of any kind until AFTER the new tires were installed. I have a witness that there was no vibration prior to the new tires. They did not fix the problem created by the new tires. read more

I caught these guys lying to me twice about work they said they performed but actually did not. I went to grab a coffee across the street when they said it'd be about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. I returned about 45 minutes later. My car was parked in a different spot. I had previously scrapped my right front rim on a curb, and that wheel was still on the right front (it was a new car and I was really angry with myself, so I remembered). I went in and asked them if they had rotated the tires and they said they had. I showed them the tire and they brought it back in. The car was inside the garage for about 25 minutes (I don't think they even had changed the oil). They brought the car back out. The manager was about to ring me up, but I decided to double-check the car. The scrapped rim was still on the right front! Either they are incompetent or just deceitful. Even if you give them the benefit of the doubt that it was some sort of miscommunication, don't trust them with your car. read more

I think any place has it's mechanics who will milk you for everything your car needs, but I think it's unfair to make a review on the entire business based off a few. Anyways. I noticed this Goodyear has new management and everyone is very friendly. I brought my car here because it was pulling to the left and making a vibrating sound when I made turns. I know it sounds like an easy fix, but it turns out I had some other things that needed fixed and they did that with very little extra cost. I was satisfied with the work they did and the technician that did my car was outstanding, helpful and friendly (He told me his name was Matthew-tall thin guy). I would definitely come here again and have my car serviced. Their prices aren't that much higher than anywhere else. No complaints. read more
