Spent $1350 on 4 tires for my wife's bmw. One blew with less than 7000 miles on the tire. They told me it's discontinued and they can't help me acquire it but we're happy to quote me on different tires. One look on Amazon showed the tire readily available. Not angry, just taking my business elsewhere. Avoid place at all costs. Just got a $60 used tire so that I can get my wife's car home (her model doesn't come with spare). Ordering tire I need no help from or thanks to Goodyear. Sad state of affairs the way people do business these days.

My car started having problems on Interstate 95 and i.pulled off the highway and saw this Goodyear. I pulled in and they immediately got my car in. We put a new battery in and upon further testing, it turned out that the problem was the alternator. I had to stay in a hotel overnight, but the important thing is they have the car done for me by the next afternoon. I think it Bears mentioning that this place was very busy and yet they understood that I was hours away from home and could not wait to accommodate their schedule, so they accommodated mine. Everyone on the team was incredible. They made me feel welcome and again, they understood my plight. One of the problems when working with the public is that we forget that we are dealing with people who are coming to us for a reason. I understand that the public is not always nice to the workers, but I would hope that more people are nice then people are nasty. The staff at this Goodyear I believe understands what people are going through I went well out of their way to get me on my way.

Initially was pleased after having all 4 tires replaced on my 2019 Ranger. After looking at my rims the following day I noticed gouges in 2 of my rims. I was asked to bring my truck in for inspection. It was looked at, photos taken and was told there was no way the tire machine could make the damage and that it could only happen if they were dropped. I was told someone would call me and no one did. So they damage rims and wash their hands off the responsibility. Another review I see here also mentioned rim damage.

Right rear tpms not working since spare doesn't have sensor

The place to go if you want them to not do what they tell you they will. Got an oil change and a tire repair set an appointment for Friday at 2pm. When I get there Friday I'm told it will be 3 plus hours they are behind. If I come back Sunday they will get me right in and out at noon. I took it back in and was told it would be past the appointment time again. Thankfully I took it in 2 hours before and had my wife bring me back home . Told the manager right rear was the spare and the right rear main tire was flat in the back. They said they would fix it swap it and put spare back under the vehicle. I get a call that the battery is bad and they only get batteries from advance auto and while advance auto would install for free Goodyear charges 40 dollars to install the battery that you buy from Goodyear . I get there to pick it up and stand for 10 minutes Brenda is taking calls and the manager calls a guy up from the waiting room in front of me sends him on the way. I get in the car after paying almost 400 dollars and see the tire in the back. I stop and ask and they said bring it back around we will put it under. I didn't have time so I left, thankfully I didn't because the tire that was in the back was the regular tire with the TPMS in it. They didn't even put it back on the right rear they just patched it and threw it back in the back. Seems the tech would have noticed the right rear sensor was still reading error. Sat in traffic for over half hour to get home and wasn't taking it back. Especially after explaining to him we were driving the suv to New Orleans on Friday. So when it stops raining I have to jack up the car swap the tires and put the spare back under the suv to get our luggage in the back. Thanks Goodyear proving I won't be back ever. You can't keep appointments and you charge to install a battery bought from you, and you can't even do the work you said you would do.

Free coffee and water while waiting.

I took my civic in because it turned off in the middle of the road. I took it in, and it took a few days to hear back. Finally they told me nothing is wrong with the car. Well a few months later same thing happens. I did a pretty simple diagnostic on the car and several errors came up regarding the ECU. I have no idea how they didn't catch this or even mention it- and it easily could've caused me to be in a wreck. Probably won't go back and a little disappointed because I heard great things.

Charged $39.99 instead without knowledge of that. They said here it's only an "add on price" of 9.99. it's interesting because every other RPM locations in the area unanimously agreed that 9.99 is the tire rotation price regardless of the appointment, but if you bought tires there it's an even better deal. Apparently not the case here. They continued to mention that "they are the busiest store" and maybe the other stores just need to drum up business - despite the other stores having more + better reviews. I'm open to deleting this if they make it right but otherwise I'll probably avoid in the future.

This location is continuing to operate as RPM or a Pep Boys/RPM Hybrid at this time. When one walks into this location one will experience a brightly lit and very clean waiting area. I was greated in a professional manor even though both counter guys were answering questions on the phone at that time. I had called earlier to get a time estimate for a radiator flush on my truck while I waited. I was told an hour and a half to get me in so I took the couple of miles ride to Pep Boys/RPM because I wanted this done before an upcoming trip. After one of the counter guys took my and the truck's information it was driven to the back. That was much faster than the hour and a half I was promised over the phone. Within a few minutes of the truck being in the work area I was given a vehicle inspection report. They informed me of a couple of small issues I was aware of and I asked them to take care of one of them today. At 11:47am I was texted a link to follow the progress of my repair. At 12:42pm, it was less than an hour after the truck was taken back, and the work was already complete. Much better than the amount of time to get the truck into the workstation that I was promised over the phone. I was charged a good price and was happy with the service. Even though there is another repair company closer to my home going to this location it is a much better choice.

Gabe and Skyler serviced my vehicle. They both were professional and personable as well as gave my dog some attention. I wanted an oil change, new air filter, wipers along with coolant check. Gabe agreed with everything except air filter and showed me it was still in good condition in which after I looked, I agreed. Gabe also showed the coolant was just showing signs of weakening but also would last a bit longer also. That built a level of trust to start with. If we just had more techs like this. I have over 328k on my Explorer and turning over responsibility for servicing to others, it's nice to find a team I can trust. That makes this a great value! The service was accurate and after I got home I saw no issues but one, wrong email that I will correct tomorrow. I also like the warranties for any issues. I have been servicing my vehicles at this location for the past year and, up until February 2,…read more2026, I was satisfied with the work being done. Unfortunately, on that date, Take 5 made a serious mistake during my oil change--approximately 5 quarts of oil erupted out of the reservoir like a volcano. Despite this, the staff did not take the necessary steps to properly address the issue before sending me on my way. The next morning, I noticed fluid on the ground beneath my vehicle. I immediately called the store, but no one answered. I drove there in person and was told that no manager was available, and the staff made it clear they did not want to be involved. I was instructed to return at a later date. I then contacted their corporate office, which provided minimal assistance, though they did notify the local District Sales Manager (DSM). He called me the day after my visit. When we met, he apologized, inspected the vehicle, and found excessive oil throughout the engine bay and chassis. He cleaned both areas and assured me the vehicle should be fine. The following day, the leaking continued. I reached out to the DSM again, and he informed me he would file a claim with their insurance company on my behalf. Now, a month and a half later, neither the insurance company nor Take 5 has taken responsibility or provided any resolution. My vehicle has been sitting at the mechanic's shop and will not be released until their bill is paid. I have escalated this issue to Take 5's executive team and filed complaints with the BBB in hopes of finally resolving this fiasco. My recommendation to future customers: avoid taking your vehicle to any of there locations. Yes, the oil changes may be quick, but the risk of damage--and the lack of accountability if something goes wrong--is simply not worth it. Additionally, their staff is not ASE certified. For the small amount you might save, you're likely better off going to your dealership.
