My daughter had gotten her last set of tires from here 4 years ago so when she needed new tires, we came here. The tires my daughter wanted weren't in stock so they had to be ordered. Christian kept us informed about the status of our tires and let us know when all 4 tires were in and confirmed that we were set for our upcoming appt. We dropped off the car on the day of our appt and were told that it would be ready in 2-3 hours. The car was ready within that time frame. My daughter picked up her car and was happy with how her new tires felt. Later that night, her low tire pressure came on. When she was able to pull over in a safe area, she got out to check her tires and saw that one of them went flat. She normally has an air pump in her car for emergencies but we had taken it out and forgot to put it back in so we drove to where she was and filled the tire back up with air so that she was able to drive it home. Since this was Saturday night and they were closed on Sunday, she had to wait until Monday to call. When she called on Monday and told them what happened, they told her to bring her car in and they would look at it. After checking with their Corporate Office, they agreed that they would replace the tire at no cost. It was very simple and so nice that we didn't have to argue with them. What a disaster. I was the first client at this store and have brought nearly 20 cars there since its inception. Management was fantastic until recently. Now, they have an impossible time quoting high-performance tires, never call back even after visiting the store for a quote, and refuse to provide any discounts; it's unbelievable. Within 15 minutes of leaving Goodyear, I went to two competitors on Weston Road and had immediate quotes. They lost their entire management team, and it shows. I wish them well! read more

They are crooks. If they can patch a tire they wont. They just want to charge you $600 a tire and not help you. My father took hos car elsewhere and had his tire patched for $25. I've been coming here for a long time, since 2018 at least. The staff is great and there's not much turnover, which is good. We get to establish a rapport with each other and its just nice. Everyone here, Enrique, Rafael, Christian, is very respectful, patient and kind. I ask A LOT of questions because I want to be informed and get the best deal of course and these guys are really great and do whatever they can to help me out. They always do a great job on whatever service I'm having done which is typically tire service, and my vehicle is always ready when promised, and most recently it was ready earlier than expected!! Goodyear offers great deals via email and stand by the offers. They even price match with goodyear online. I have been going there for 3 years for oil changes and service. They would never take times to come in. Just first come first service. I made it a point each time to come at opening to get my car back at a reasonable amount of time. I drop it off this morning at opening as usual. My car is the only one there. I ask how long and they said give an hour since they still had to open the shop. I said okay and left the keys. I come back in an hour and the place is busy but my car hadn't moved. Other customers are getting services done and coming and going. I ask how much longer they said I'm next up. I wait another hour and my car hasn't moved. I could have just gone to a drive through oil change or did my self. I asked for the keys and they didn't even acknowledge the amount of time they wasted of mine. Not going back again. read more

No stars. I've been using this Goodyear for about 15 years and was great in the beginning under old management. I have a business with multiple trucks and personal cars that I always brought to them. Being work trucks they always did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Not anymore, they don't care about their customers. I was there a week ago and had 2 tires put on with new valve stems and an oil change. Wake up this morning with a flat. Realizing it's just the valve stem I head up to Goodyear and explain they just installed a week ago. Their response we will have to charge you and you'll have to leave the vehicle for about 4 hours. Are you kidding me. Piss poor customer service. Drive to discount tire down the street. Never been there before. In and out in 20 minutes and no charge. read more

Top notch service at this Goodyear service center. I brought in my company vehicle and was trying to use a special fleet credit card to pay for an oil change and tire rotation. It's an odd credit card that needs a phone approval which apparently can only be done between 9-5. The assistant manager was very helpful in trying to get the approval and when it wasn't possible said he would save all the info and try again tomorrow before I came back for the service. I was impressed with his willingness to help and his professional customer service skills. Most repair shops would just say "we don't take that card" and throw you out. The prices are very reasonable too. Best in the area by far! read more

Place is a rip-off. Gave me estimate for $437 front brake job on an 2011 Audi replacing front pads and rotors. Did it myself for $162 in parts from advance. They even tried to scam me by adding a sensor for $54 that is as easy as unplugging from the old pad and transferring to the new pad. What exactly is shop supplies of $25???? Wanting two new Goodyear tires installed on my truck, I phoned and spoke with associate "Enrique". I was told my tire size was not in stock however Enrique said he'd order them and asked when I wished to come in. When I advised "Enrique" I could come in "tomorrow or the day after", he informed me I could come in the next day at 8AM for the installation so we went ahead and made the appointment. I showed up the following morning as scheduled and met with "Enrique" at the front counter. He fiddled on the computer first, then walked back to the installation bays for a couple minutes before returning to tell me the tires had not been delivered! I have had nothing but honest and reliable service from them. Last year I thought I needed a whole set of high end tires for my corvette. They took a look and told me my tires were fine. They could have sold me a fortune. But they didn't. Then the other day I just needed air and the guy stopped what he was doing, checked all my tires and even reassigned sensors because they were wrong. Free. I made an appointment for today and the price that I made online was less than he quoted. He honored the online price and it was awesome. When I picked up the car he told me my alignment was good and I didn't need one. Outstanding and honest. Very refreshing. They will always get my business. read more

Easy, went in for a tire patch and was made aware that they do not charge for this service. With no charge I decided to get a full synthetic oil change and was quoted at $77 which I agreed to. Dropped off my vehicle at 9:30 picked by 12:30. What I really loved were the zero hidden charges. Will need brakes soon now I know where to go. read more

Goodyear broke my windshield!!! I took my car for service at the Goodyear in South West Ranches Fl. It needed basic oil, filters, tire rotation, and balance. The Manager called me asking if I wanted to change the wipers there were old and I agree to do it. After paying i get in my car to drive and the windshield is completely crack in the left button corner just in front of the wiper. After complaining he tells me that I brought the car like. So at the end is his word against mine, my insurance did not pay for the new windshield so it was a $325 expense out of my pocket. read more

My new car came with set of Good year racing tires -they had to be replaced at 16,000 miles- Goodyear gave me a deep credit on that as I was very disappointed and really upset-had appt today for tire rotation and had a nail in the back tire- spoke to a guy named David several times he was very nice told me no problem it would be covered and they would take care of it-of course today David wasn't working and the guy running the front no smile on his face seem to kind of talk down to me questioning my appointment cuz I had changed it a couple times due to them being busy on the last time-I asked him to please come outside and look at the nail which he refused to do-so of course an hour and a half later he tells me that they don't bug tires and that I didn't buy the extended warranty on the tires and that I have to buy a new tire-I was boiling at that point-I told him I assumed they were covered as they were expensive tires to begin with and it was the second set of tires in under 27,000 miles-he offered to call corporate went in the back room came out a few minutes and said they offered me nothing-pulled my car out he left the windows open and came inside- Im inside and can't see the car why are the windows down? As soon as I left I called corporate explain what happened they offered me 50% off a new tire-in the interim I also called Sam's and two other tire places and they can patch the tire for $30-Sam's will patch it for free since I'm a member-although the guy at Goodyear told me any patch of a tire would cancel my warranty- really disgusted at the customer service, very disappointed- not sure if I'll ever buy any more Goodyear tires again I got a bad vibe with the whole situation-and my bad to sit there for almost too damn hours don't even know if they balance the tires or not? read more
