    Hours say open until 7pm, however I arrived at 5:41 and was advised that the head tech leaves at 5 PM. Very bad customer service!!

    Top notch service at this Goodyear service center. I brought in my company vehicle and was trying to use a special fleet credit card to pay for an oil change and tire rotation. It's an odd credit card that needs a phone approval which apparently can only be done between 9-5. The assistant manager was very helpful in trying to get the approval and when it wasn't possible said he would save all the info and try again tomorrow before I came back for the service. I was impressed with his willingness to help and his professional customer service skills. Most repair shops would just say "we don't take that card" and throw you out. The prices are very reasonable too. Best in the area by far!

    Star -- Terrible Experience at This Alfa Romeo Dealership…read more I took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio here for service, and it was one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. The service department did not communicate properly with the insurance inspector and failed to represent me professionally. They told me the ABS system needed replacement and tried to charge me $7,000 for it. When I refused to pay and said I wanted to return the car to Alfa Romeo, they offered to buy my $30,000 car for only $5,000 -- completely unacceptable. My service advisor was extremely rude, and when I dropped off my car, the hood release handle was not broken. But when I picked it up, it was broken -- and they claimed it was already like that. After getting the car back, I started hearing noises from the front wheels. When I called them again, they wanted to charge me $500 for a diagnostic fee, even though any service should be covered under warranty. The advisor, the manager, and the entire service team were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Don't bring your Alfa Romeo here.

The cashier almost charging $800 dollars more than what the invoice indicated, assigning the wrong VIN # to the app so instead of my car I can control someone else's? etc, I will never come back to this dealer, I will go back to the one in Palm Beach.

He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was ready before we arrived, which made the entire process seamless. This is our second Volvo XC60 T8, and I can honestly say our experience at Weston Volvo was significantly better than the dealership where we purchased our first Volvo. Everyone treated us professionally, and the entire buying process was straightforward and stress-free. The finance process was also a breeze, especially when purchasing the Volvo Extended Warranty. If you're buying a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo, I highly recommend adding the extended warranty for the additional peace of mind. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences we've had. When it's time for our next Volvo, we'll be returning to Weston Volvo. We already plan to purchase our next Volvo through their Overseas Delivery program, and after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip from Fort Myers again. Took a roll of the dice and chose first available service representative, and up popped Jorge Rivera! Upon arrival at Rick Case meet with Jorge who seemed both pleasant and knowledgeable; first time that I ever spoke to anyone there who actually understood the mechanics of an automobile. Then it got even better with a no hustle explanation of what was required for this particular service. Jorge has saved Rick Case a customer and quite possibly the dealership. What a turn around, I actually departed with a smile. Oh, and he completed the service in record time, shaving 2 hours off of my last visit. Kudos to Rick Case for finally getting it together, and hiring the proper personnel!

Of that $10K, $6800 is labor charges. That's after a $500 diagnostic fee that you pay even if you don't do the repairs. Disgusting and criminal. Took the car back, brought it to the garage that I have used for years (should have done that in the first place) and they diagnosed it with an oil-related problem that an oil change fixed for a couple of hundred dollars.

After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.
