I do not recommend. Poor service. Went in for an oil change. Got my car back with warning lights on! Then they did not correct the problem thay caused. Please never take your car to this place. The guy at the front desk named Omar is rude and condescending. I took 2 different cars there in the past and they over charge ( increase the bill for repairs) after they agreed to match what the dealer wanted to charge me. Beware of one of the guys at the front desk. The average built guy at the front desk is super nice. But if they repair your car they do a very excellent service. However, they tried to rip you off and take advantage of you, by over pricing or increasing your bill after you drop of your car. read more

BEWARE!!! This Goodyear is not affiliated with Goodyear Corporate. They are Care Care which is independently owned, per a Goodyear Corporate rep (800-321-2136). They are only allowed to have the Goodyear name because they sell Goodyear tires. We had front end work done at this location because of an accident. Our insurance company paid a portion of the bill and we had to pay the difference. After picking up our vehicle, we noticed the car was bucking and pulling to the left, which is where Goodyear performed the work. We went to Ford and was informed, "the left front control arm bolt was loose." Also, Ford had to remove the lower control arm and reinstalled with proper hardware and locked tight the spindle. If we had not taken our vehicle to a reputable place, this could have been a huge disaster. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! If you have any issues, Goodyear Corporate will not be able to assist in a resolution. This is an independent owner. read more

I brought a new tire on my 2020 kia forte on the car it said the tire that was damage couldn't be fix it should have been on the passenger side in the front but he put it on the drive side on the front. Initial impression of this business was great. After actually having the recommended work done to my car ( a master cylinder ) my experience declined. I do believe there is great staff here. But my experience should have and could have been better. They tried to return my car, and send me back into traffic with my brake system functioning the EXACT SAME. I was told that the reason I still needed to push my brake peddle allll the way to the floor is due to still needing need pads and rotors. This was unacceptable because I was SPECIFICALLY TOLD WHAT I NEEDED TO RESOLVE THE PRESSURE ISSUE WAS A MASTER CYLINDER. After becoming extremely upset and voicing my opinion about how I'm now feeling cheated out my money the manager ( respectable guy) assured me they would not let me leave unsatisfied. They took the car back in to address the problem. They bleed the brakes . After bleeding the breaks there was a extremely noticeable difference ( now the car actually feels somewhat safe ). Though I had already paid a 100 dollars for a "Master bleeding " in order to have the problem diagnosed. Was assured because I was going to have the part replaced I would be waived the "master bleeding " the second time around.I honestly don't think it was ever performed a second time around. (Careless ) My problem with this business transaction is , why would you send a paying customer away KNOWINGLY BEING AWARE that this job was half done ???? I overheard an employee stating that he told the mechanic that the breaks needed more attention and that it felt the same as when he initially drove my car.. and he said " it would be fine ". And also that the mechanic had Been "frustrated lately" . That is not okay. I do respect the shop for resolving the issue. I am now satisfied with the work.. Yes, I did also need need break pads, but initially the primary job I hired them for was simply bad customer service. It's horrible to think just because your a WOMAN people will try to tell you anything . I came to The shop with NO break pressure and initially they would have been just fine with sending me back out the same, with NO break pressure . Simply because they replaced the part. Trying to blame everything on still needing more work. But again, I will state I am now satisfied with the work. But I should not have to yell and become upset to get good customer service. I won't be returning due to carelessness. I had legit intention on making the shop my regular for all my car issues. But I believe this carelessness was only okay because I'm a young woman. I had my two rear tires replaced this past Friday eveNing. They promised to give me one of the two tires back so I could keep it should I need it in the future (the other has sidewall damage). I noticed Saturday morning that the old tire was not in the vehicle so I called and I was told by the young man I could come get it. I had to work so I didn't go until Monday when Abu said his tire disposal team took the tire yet he had the sidewall damaged tire still. Why wouldn't they take both tires? Abu tried to give me an old Goodyear tire but I want my Michelin tire. Mistakes happen but just be honest. We are not dumb. . read more

I went here on a recommendation from my husband and was pleased with their friendly and honest treatment. I had a slow leak to get checked out and repaired and a blown tire to get replaced. They fixed the leak and then ordered the new tire (they didn't have my size in stock) quickly and efficiently. I went on with m day and they called me about 4 hours later when the new tire arrived. I went back and they had it all done in a few minutes. Jimmy or James was helpful and explained everything from pricing options to resetting my pesky tire inflation indicator light. Normally, I dislike having to deal with car repair shops as I feel vulnerable not knowing a lot about cars and don't want to get taken advantage of but this place was great! read more

Disappointed. I have used this establishment for the past few years... even with the higher prices compared to other establishments... because I trusted them. Unfortunately this has changed. I walked in to have an issue resolved with changing my front brakes. I was later informed I needed back brakes... which means they let me know something was wrong. I was asked if I drove and heard a loud clicking noise. No, I didn't.... until I pulled out the lot. I called back within minutes of leaving. Informed him that I hear the loud clicking noise... was told to bring it back ASAP. I go back. I was told it happened when the car was lifted and the strut was allowed to uncoil (please forgive me because I had no idea what a strut was even for) and it must have shifted, taking it out of place.... but it's not our fault. It was probably bad already is what I was told. Yet the other one, on the other side was fine. Because I trusted our costumer/provider relationship... and the fact that they said they would help rectify the situation... I left...but I was upset, I was crying... because how do I take a car with one issue to come out with an issue that occurred after the work they performed in the same area... only to be told "we can't fix it at no cost...we have to pay for those parts and labor... that's out of my pocket"... just disappointed. I mean I have my oil change there, purchased my tires... I trusted them for the care of my vehicle... which impacts the safety of myself and my children. I will say this, the customer service is great. I have never been disappointed prior to this experience... but I will say this had me walking away like a break up. I recommend you use this place for oil change and tires... but if you need brakes done, I would strongly suggest another business. Also, educate yourself of your vehicle so you understand what's being communicated when results are being provided. read more

This place is a scam! All they want is your money for no work!! I go for a front wheel alignment they kept my car for three hours then call to say they can't do the wheel alignment because of my tires but wait you owe $45 because we did an assessment for other issues!! What!! I didn't ask for an assessment nor did you initially ask if I wanted one or that they were going to perform that service because I would have declined the service because I didn't need it I just asked for a wheel alignment!!!! I asked why did you perform a service I didn't approve of? No coherent answer just rambling, because when you looked at the tires and you couldn't perform the service I requested why would you take it upon yourself to do anything else? No answer never again!!! Don't waste your time, especially your money!! Scam artists at its finest! I took my car to Firestone on South Chicago avenue and another customer confirmed this they had a similar experience at Goodyear as well. The more I talked to others they agreed!! Never go there just keep driving that extra mile to Firestone!!! I wish I could give them no stars but you need one to write a review. I forgot to mention that when I received my car back from Goodyear it was making a loud shrilling noise when I would turn or reverse in the car!!! read more

Listen. These guys are the best. I got a flat tire thanks to the lovely Chicago construction. The shop didn't have my tire in stock so the manager drove to go get a tire for my car instead of making me wait until the next day. That's some next level service and it is beyond appreciated. They are professional i can say that. The only thing i don't like is the fact that they up charged me each time. I get the groupon then they charge me additional fee's every time despite what kind of car i bring. My car is extremely traditional and I've never heard of needing a special filter for this car before when I've gotten oil changes before. I don't like companies that try to be slick. Even if i pay the same price i would rather know upfront than to be told after the fact that my total will be more than what i agreed on. Just a tip to the company: we would rather know upfront than to be tricked into doing business with you. The up charges defeats the purpose of the Groupon. read more

Bad business! The proclaimed owner at the front counter told me he would Not honor the Groupon and that my Business was Not wanted!....he said this after telling me it would be a two out wait and could I come back at 4pm. That was strange I thought. He then looked up my Groupon of 19.00 for an oil change of 5 gallons and told me that my car took 6 gallons so I needed to purchase another gallon for approx $11.00. I told him my Groupon said oil change not see how much my car took?!?... I told him his Groupon should cover the cost of an oil change and the Groupon was a fraud. The Groupon needs to be modified to cover an Oil Change not this holy poky mess and jewing me down at the register! I left his shop because he doesn't have the capacity to handle this type of service. I do not recommend this business as he has a Very Nasty Attitude to be in a service Business. read more
