Went to this location per craigslist to interview for anything they were hiring for. I would have scrubbed the floor with a toothbrush so long as it paid. I'm 42, my situation is a lot dire than anyone could possibly believe, went in for an interview and while waiting over heard a young woman being told her cabin air filter would cost her 58 dollars. Now I get why my lack of automotive industry experience is a problem for the owner Rick, perhaps I'm the idiot as I could have done that job for less than 39 including parts. Cabin air filters are almost as easy to replace than just a plain air filter. Bear in mind while I was being picked apart by the owner of this shop, Rick, his experience has shown him that someone without professional mechanical experience wouldn't even be a candidate because his past experiences with training hasn't ended well, I'd be hard pressed to find anyone more desperate for a job. So ma'am with the 58 dollar cabin air filter charge which you didn't elect to get thank god, I'll be happy to do it for 30 including parts. Rest assured I'll be letting everyone I know to stay away from your overpriced too good for someone as desperate as I of a shop. Your ad on craigslist stated customer service. If I can wrangle Amazon I can surely wrangle your system. I highly recommend this Goodyear shop on Baseline. I brought my car in to this shop because I was told I had an oil pan gasket leak. Todd the manager here told me bring them the car back to check for any leaks after a degreasing. Javier their mechanic here gave my car a thorough undercarriage and top motor degreasing beyond words. I returned a few days later and they pinpointed exactly where my car was leaking. It turned to be a minor leak from the oil pan gasket. I was impressed on how professional they treated me and how well they explained to me what I had going on and broke down to me prices for the leak and for other services my car needed. I plan to return to take car of the issues soon! I'd like to also thank Mary the lady at the front counter for treating the customers courteously and professionally . Hands down i give this shop a 10/10 in cleanliness all around. Everything is in order. The workers are keep the shop clean and organized. They have a nice AC cooled clean waiting room with TV and plenty of seating. A+ car service shop! The prices of their tires are competitive! I dont have the right words to express how amazing this team is. Very compassionate people. I brought my Ford in with 4 different engine codes, they fixed them all and kept me updated with everything. When they couldn't figure out why the engine light kept coming back on, Todd went above and beyond to make sure he could tell me what was wrong with my car and what my options are so that I didn't walk away with nothing. He checked Different things and ruled things out, he called other professionals to get their take on it. Now, my car is at Ford getting the recalls fixed That I didn't even know they had. Drake Goodyear Tire center on 590 Baseline in San Bernadino. I taken my car for oil change couple times. They de program my car. I took in to fix heater holes that came off on a 200 Chrysler. Cost me $566.My car was running when I tow it in cause I didn't want to mess up the engine, now it not car running at all,my electric system all mess up.They took the battery off,which his mechanic said he did take it off why I don't know. I told Todd not to mess with my battery,they had my car for 12days. They mess up my car bad. Todd has told so many lies, i have had my Male friends call and he has lie to them, he don't call back when he said would,having me just waiting. Now I am stuck with No car that they can't fix with there so called computer man. They trying to blame it on the antifreeze,car fob, engine was working just fine when I tow it in, I check my car b4 3 tow it there. He lie and told me he drove the car and come pick it up it's ready. In September I purchased four tires from goodyear and I also purchased struts, the installation took longer than expected so I was given a free oil change. I returned Saturday April 24 to redeem the oil change and first the guy act like he didn't know whose signature was on the card and one of his coworkers stated it was Ryan's signature. Even after he was told whose gave me the card he wouldn't honor the oil change he told me I had to come back when Ryan was in . I told him I work Monday to Friday and Saturday was my day off he didn't care just stated he wasn't going to be able to help me. Todd is the man. He's a friendly and helpful guy. He doesn't overcharge for his services. He's always willing to tell you what you need to keep your car running when you take your car in for basic maintenance. I come here for oil changes and any issues regarding my car. His mechanics do quality work. His assistant Jessica is friendly as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a mechanic. Took car in for a cheap oil change (as they have coupons in the newspaper all the time). Told the guy I didn't want any other checks, just the oil job. After awhile, the guy calls me in the back garage telling me they checked my oil filter. Showed me a beatup, worn, filthy, dusty, black filter ready to fall apart. I told them I couldn't afford it at that time. I told them to put it back in the car. Guy and mechanic looked at me like 'what?' -- I couldn't believe it was that black and flaky. -- So months later I had it changed at Midas in Redlands and they showed me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, not so worn out oil filter. So the black, flay one was NOT EVEN MINE. This auto place will RIP YOU OFF FOR SURE. Never came back to this place after this oil filter rip off. It's not right to scam your customers. read more

Everyone is very respectful and I know that no matter what the problem they can fix it right. Where to start with this place, went in to have my tires rotated after all that's where I purchased them at. The sales man told me I needed to buy an additional tire protection plan Ok? So I did only for my tires to later 3 months later need new tires! So Ok, you took my money for what than? Only to buy new tires months later. I also asked them can you please check my oil and if needed please do an oil change after all I commute over 100 miles a day, His response Know your ok, the miles don't match you needing an oil change. Phew. So they Refused to check my oil. I went back to my shop closer to my house and I was dry as a bone. Now my oil change went to double. Never Again! read more
