Parking can be a little tricky during lunchtime, but it's still easy enough to access. There's some seating both inside and outside, though the place isn't very big. I usually get my order to go.

I decided to try your deli for the first time today and was not disappointed. Service was amazing, ambiance was wonderful. My son and I both had the Wednesday special, the NY Steak sandwich. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly, and the combination of arugula, balsamic, and horseradish aioli was delicious. We even brought home a lasagna for dinner tonight. But at BK subs, not only do they do it right, I'm not sure if it's because of the ingredients, the type of bread they use, or if it's the extra love, support, and care that they add into the sandwich that makes it taste oh so much better. I'm not a sub-sandwich expert, but I will say for the price and the taste, BK subs has always been consistent. I was able to afford their sandwiches when i was back in highschool, and as an adult coming back to the IE from the bay, this sandwich will always be my WELCOME HOME. My only issue is that it does look a bit run down. It's an old local spot, but it still feels very welcoming and a good area for some catching up conversation that you can have with an old friend. Although outdated in looks, the taste will remain timeless. Ryan is still there making sandwiches and (Ron I think) is still there! But that cashier chick is gone! She used to jump in and make hoagies too. It was really cringey and I couldn't believe how immature this guy was acting. I just figured I'd rant about how unpleasant my experience was today. That employee needs to be more mindful of where he is at and how he communicates and comes off with people. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. Life's hard enough, I shouldn't have to deal with weirdo/vibes when I'm just trying to enjoy my break.
