Absolutely HORRIBLE that we were sat upstairs on the 2nd floor for a birthday celebration! I was completely shocked they even had a 2nd floor for dinner. The point of this restaurant is to have a view of the kitchen! I would never go back to this location. So extremely disappointed. Never again!! A surprisingly wonderful experience! I am always skeptical about "fine dining" because it usually results in overpriced yet underwhelming food that doesn't leave you feeling full. While Hell's Kitchen still has a decent price tag, the money was well worth it. No one in our party finished their entire meal and we all took home leftovers! The risotto, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding stood out to me and I have been craving it ever since! Considering how much preparation goes into a Wellington and the fact that you essentially get a 8oz sirloin in addition to the rest of the meal, the price is completely reasonable! There are far more expensive and mediocre places to eat in Miami. Will try again! read more

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The short rib was super dry. Only took a couple of bites. Lobster risotto portion was tiny, luke warm but delicious. The filet was perfect. The beef Wellingtons were excellent. The Mac and cheese was barely warm and therefore the cheese was like glue to serve. The sticky toffee was amazing but had a tiny dollop of ice cream. Not like pictures I saw on yelp. Key lime pie was good. Not excellent. So the food gets mixed reviews. The service was really lacking. While our server was super nice, we only saw him a couple of times and then would disappear for 20 or more minutes at a time. Overall, glad we went but probably not returning. For $500. + there are much better options. read more

A truly disappointing dining experience. My husband and I, with our 21 and 18 year old children, went to Hell's Kitchen to celebrate our 25th anniversary last night. As fans of GR, we were excited to celebrate this important milestone event at HK. Upon arrival, we noted how beautiful the main dining room was and the great view of the chefs working in the kitchen. The staff was advised of our anniversary at the time of the reservation weeks in advance, and we were hoping for a view of the action in the kitchen as that is what HK is famous for. Instead, we were taken upstairs and sat in the far back corner with literally the only view from our seats being the waiter's station and the glow of 2 bright red emergency exit signs. Needless to say there was no viewing of the kitchen from the upstairs corner. Noting my disappointment, my husband tried to save the day by asking the hostess if we could move to the main dining room since it was our 25th anniversary. Unfortunately, we were told, "sorry, it's a busy Monday night." We decided to let it go and enjoy our meal with our family. Unfortunately, numerous mishaps ensued. Mistimed appetizer and soup service, soup cold as we waited for waiter to come by to inform him we were not given a spoon, cocktails missing garnishes, and main meals being served on the heels of appetizers being cleared. Frankly, small things that would have been no big deal if not for what came next. My husband had ordered a medium rare filet. He cut it open and it was well done (hockey puck well done). We showed the waiter, he said "Yes, that is definitely well done. I am sorry". He took it back to the kitchen. It took approximately 20 minutes for them to bring a new steak. The manager came over and apologized while my husband was waiting but made no offer to get him a drink or anything while he waited. I was completely done with my entree and our children were on their last bites when my husband's steak was finally delivered. So, he sat and ate his steak with the now ice cold a la carte sides he had ordered (no offer to replace) while the 3 of us sat with our dirty, finished plates in front of us. The one highlight of the meal was the short rib entree both of my kids ordered. Truly an exceptional dish- meat was fork tender, wonderfully seasoned and served with fantastic spinach and potato accompaniments. We ordered two desserts to share, sticky toffee pudding and key lime pie. They brought a candle in one and acknowledged our anniversary. The waiter delivered the bill and said he did not charge us for the dessert. We looked at the bill and saw they had taken off my husband's steak AND THEN PUT THE $55 CHARGE BACK ON THE BILL!!! We are not "not scene making people," so we just thanked everyone and quietly left. Insult to injury, valet ($20) lost our car keys and delivered us the wrong car. My husband had to go through the valet box and find the right set of keys (after over 25 minutes of waiting for the car). I am upset that instead of enjoying our 25th anniversary celebration, we now will only have negative memories of the disappointing table with no view, eating our meals separately and paying over $400 for this experience! Hell's Kitchen simply did not make a special night feel special at all. read more

I am writing today to express my dissatisfaction with Hell's Kitchen Miami. At first, I loved the ambience and decor. We sat in the front of the kitchen because we were a party of 8. My husband and I joined our friends for this memorable night. I love Gordon Ramsay and his values, but that night, was not up to par. I spent so much money that night, $300 for two of us. I ordered the fixed menu $90 and my husband ordered alla cart and drinks. The scallops were thin, but tasty. The beef Wellington, was well over cooked, only pink in one small area in middle. It was very dry and I have pictures to show it was over cooked. I was so excited to try the food, and for that much money, I expected the cook to be correct. Sticky toffee was excellent. As far as staff, it was very disgusting to see a man fanning his shirt because he was hot and wiping his sweat into his hair, constantly. Then, he handled food because he was a waiter. For a man that strives to perfect the process of how the food is handled, there was something else. The sous chef calling orders, would go and cook raw scallops and then come back out to handle food. Is that ok? There were so many waiters touching their hair (one had corn rows) and was itching it by patting. Overall, to pay $300 for my husband and I, for overcooked steak, and all of the above, is not acceptable. read more

The decor and ambiance are beautiful and consistent with other Hells Kitchen locations that I have dined at. The menus were sticky when handed to us. The food was terrible. If I could give the food zero stars I would. The risotto was mush and incredibly overcooked. The salmon was overcooked, with a rubbery (not crispy) skin. The beef wellington was under cooked and flavorless. The only positive food choice was the side of brussel sprouts. The service was adequate but not memorable and management stared creepily lurking in the corner but never actually came over to see how our meal or experience was. This is not what I expect from a Gordon Ramsey establishment and I was embarrassed to have brought my guests; the worst $350 spent on a meal in a long time. read more

The food was great And the venue was great but the service was not great. They sat me and my fiancé outside in a patio with construction trash and car traffic as our view on our anniversary, which we specified and then when I ask if we could go inside, our waiter said that he couldn't help us and we had to go downstairs and ask them ourselves which I did and then had to wait an extra 30 minutes to be seated inside the food took like 40 minutes to come and the gratuity for the waiter was automatically added to like $40. Fantastic! Called for reservation, but they were booked. Told us we could eat at the bar. Went to the second floor bar. Ronnie was our bartender- he was AWESOME. Even "smoked" my boyfriend's bourbon. The restaurant (including food and service) was amazing, I would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. Our trouble started when we went to the valet to get our car back. It took over 45 minutes, the valet lady kept telling us our car was next and it would not be. When we asked she would brush us off. There were at least 5 people who came outside after us and got their car before ours. We drove 2 hours to Hell's Kitchen because we thought it would be a fun dinner for our honeymoon we were having in Florida (we are from Toronto). The valet situation was so bad that it honestly ruined the whole experience for us. My husband and I highly recommend the restaurant but suggest parking your car. read more

*please note, the star rating is for the food* This place is very nice. Food is amazing - I highly recommend the lobster risotto and the short rib. The service is really good - maybe a bit too good. By that I mean, sometimes you go to a restaurant and you're hunting for the waiter/waitress to come back to refill your drink - not here. It really was TOO much. My group and I were enjoying the evening, ambience, catching up with each other and enjoying ourselves as this was our FIRST visit to the restaurant. We received our food in a timely manner however before we even had the first bite we were hit with, how is everything so far - ummm we don't know yet, the plates were just put down, but thanks for asking. From there it was a continuous line of staff come to our table, no joke every 10-12 minutes asking if they can take our plates (we still had food on them), asking if we needed/wanted anything else - yes, I wanted them to relax and move along so we can finish laughing or completing a sentence. It was very overwhelming and very uncomfortable, it was as if they were rushing us to eat and leave. Please note, the restaurant was not overly crowded, there weren't people standing outside waiting to be seated - it was a regular Monday night. While everything is great (food, drinks, ambience) I would recommend that the staff allow people ENJOY the night. Maybe if we didn't feel rushed to move on to the next course, or to clean our plates in 5 minutes we would have ordered dessert, coffee, tea .. heck, maybe even more food. By the end of the night I was more than happy to exit. I will order from there, but I will be taking my order TO GO so that I can eat in peace and enjoy every bite. read more

The food was ok, the Filet Mignon was not as good as I expected it to be. The cheeses on the macaroni and cheese didn't taste that good and was rather meh. However, the valet outside absolutely sucks. The valet takes forever and forgot that we agave them the valet ticket. Not worth the hype. Party of 4 for my bday. First day and they did not have my favorite drink listed on the menu. Server was soft spoken and could not hear her over the noise. They do not explain flat water is $9 a bottle. $26 for brisket grill cheese. Hardly any meat or flavor. Seemed like food truck food. Bun on the burger was not warmed up. $200 bill. I had been looking forward to visiting the famous Hell's Kitchen since I first heard they were opening in Miami. As a huge fan of all the Gordon Ramsey shows, it's hard to state the anticipation when the night of our reservation finally arrived. I have to admit I was slightly concerned if I had hyped myself up too much and would be disappointed. From the moment we were sat down, our waiter Trent was extremely friendly and informative. He even went out to meet us at the balcony as we were exploring to tell us about the Aston Martin building residencies across the street where apparently every floor comes with an Aston Martin. Welcome to Miami! We started with the lobster risotto and scallops (two must haves if you're a fan of the show). Risotto was extremely flavorful and delicious, not to be outdone by the scallops. Both 10/10. Beef Wellington was next of course. It lived up to every bit of my expectations and despite already feeling like I needed to be rolled out of the restaurant, I was able to will myself to finish it. Amazing flavor and the pastry is to die for. 10/10. So dessert. Simply said, the sticky toffee pudding was without a doubt the best dessert I've ever had in my entire life. Meal was served at room temperature, really did not enjoy the meal. Would say the food was cold but actually it was not below room temperature it was at room temperature and not warm at all. Paid $200 for the prix fixe wine pairing. Scallops were room temp, wellington was room temp, mashed potatoes slightly below room temp, ate half the wellington before giving up. Best part of the meal was Sticky Toffee Pudding best ever. Mentioned my food was not warm so they gave me a comp of churros but the churros were hard and crunchy also room temperature, when I have Churros in San Antonio were I live they are always warm and soft. The restaurant was not crowded so there is no excuse for serving room temperature food at these prices. Really looked forward to eating here at least the Toffee Pudding was awesome. read more

The food, at least to me, was perfect the beef Wellington even without enhancements was delicious. The octopus was also fabulous and was an actual appetizer and was small as to actually appetize. The last thing I had was of course the sticky toffee pudding. It was rather good successfully put my hunger to rest. However I came with a party of four and while I loved my food and another was fine with their's, but the other two called the food mediocre and not worth the price. One got a risotto with no enhancements and very much disliked it, however I've seen others review the same dish with extensions and they adored it. And the other guy was the one who payed so. The service was actually a bit below par and was awful at explaining things or answering simple questions. We came here on 4/24/24 for my Grandma's 82nd bday and we were so excited to get a good meal and celebrate. The only good thing about this restaurant was our waiter Mauricio, he was great but the food was TERRIBLE. All 6 of us in our party were EXTREMELY disappointed. Everything was overly salted and almost inedible at times. I don't understand how a Caesar Salad could be so salty when there were no traces of anchovies. The music was loud and terrible, and the scallops were cut in HALF. So you get "5" but it is essentially 2 1/2. Everything was so underwhelming and extremely overpriced. I don't mind paying money for a good meal, but it was so lame and we all left so disappointed and with stomach aches. I got the beef Wellington and it had absolutely no flavor it was bland. The only good thing on the menu was the sticky toffee pudding but it was way too sweet none of us could finish it. Such a gimmicky place, Gordon Ramsay should be ashamed that he is even associated with this place. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place go somewhere else. Beef Wellington at Hell's Kitchen Miami to celebrate our son's 16th birthday during Super Bowl. We valeted ($20). We walked in and they wished my son a happy birthday. They seated us with a VIP view of the open kitchen. From the moment we were seated, our table was constantly attended to with the finer details. They wiped up condensation puddles from the glasses of water, changed utensils and sharing plates for our 11 yo son who wanted to try our dishes, to paper napkins if they saw our hands dirty (sugar from the churros). We came for the Beef Wellington and they offer a price fixe $105. We additionally ordered tuna tartare, one of the best cut and quality, it had a little kick to it. They had 2 options for mocktails, the birthday boy chose the Hibiscus drink ($10). First course options: scallops (thin sliced, I enjoyed this preparation much better) or golden and red beets with ricotta, both are winners. Then came the Beef Wellington, cooked perfectly . The beef was moist and soft, the crust was not soggy, the cooked radish and carrots, so delicious. We added Foie gras to his entree and glad we did ! Our younger son tried a kids cheeseburger & fries ($16, not on the menu). He shared 1/2 for the 3 of us to try The burger was medium rare, closer to rare , the cheese was added as an after thought and was cold, otherwise, it was good. Dessert was included for the 3 of us. I am not a fan of toffee, this was a first for me and enjoyed it. The waitress apologized for the kids meal coming out late and she comped us for his meal and offered a complimentary dessert (note : we did not complain, Jaylene offered).
