Overview: After being at the Chandelier Bar, some of us stopped by here for a quick dinner. The sandwich was good, I especially liked the sesame bun. Good for a quick bite. There is bar seating as well. This restaurant is located in the food hall of the Cosmopolitan. You order at the counter, pick up your food, and there's food hall seating. Ordered the "Beeria" Grilled Cheese to share and I wanted more. This was my first time having birria in a sandwich because I don't usually like sandwiches. I want to come back and try the dirty fries!
So much to choose from in the food court! We decided to settle for Lardo. Their menu includes a variety of unique sandwiches. I decided to get the pork belly banh mi combo with Lardo fries. The food court was busy, but we got our food fast. I've had banh mi sandwiches at other places, typically in a Vietnamese sandwich shop. The pork belly banh me tasted a bit bland, and even with all the fixings the sandwich came with, I thought there was more bread than there needed to be. The Lardo fries include parm and garlic, but it still tasted a bit bland to me as well. It was not terrible. I just think it could use more flavor. Seating at the food court was a bit tight. The tables and chairs seemed too close together, and there wasn't a whole lot of walking space.
If you're in Vegas and craving an unforgettable sandwich, make sure to stop by Lardo. The birria sandwich is absolutely packed with flavor juicy, tender meat with the perfect balance of seasoning and richness. Every single bite somehow gets even better than the last. You can tell they put real care into the food here. Great atmosphere, awesome staff, and easily one of the best sandwich spots in Vegas. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!
The Birria Grilled Cheese and Dirty Fries were super greasy and heavy, which makes sense for a place called Lardo. However, the flavors weren't that great, a chunk of my bread was missing, and the green sauce they gave just tasted like lime juice. The fries were underwhelming and just had a ton of pepperoncinis. The pork scraps it came with were so small, they were hard to eat together with the fries. There was so much cheese in the sandwich that it got difficult to eat more after I ate half of it. My wife and I got acid reflux from the meal and had a ton of leftover fries which we took to go.
First time trying lardo's sandwiches while staying at the cosmopolitan. I was a bit hungry and my girlfriend recommended lardo's and mentioned she's had it before in Portland so I decided to try out one of the sandwiches and I'm glad I did! The crispy bread, flavorful vinaigrette and fatty meats really put it all together! I got the porchetta sandwich which was recommended to me by an employee! Excellent recommendation! The setting is in a food court type of environment with plenty of room and seating but just plan around the busy brunch schedule as seating may be hard to come across during that time.
I came here to try the birria sandwich. I wasn't disappointed in the melt bc the sandwich was really good by itself, but the "consome" was awful tasting. The soup tasted more like a mole than a saltier birria flavor. This is why this place gets a 3. The sandwich was cheesy and the toasted bread was nice. If it had not been for the awesome cheese, this sandwich would fall flat for me. The green salsa was also too sour. Service was fast enough and the place was tiny at bloc 16. My husband liked it so that's all that matters.
The Bronx Palmer was very good. Flavorful and tender. This one I would get again. The BANH MI was a tad disappointing. The meat was fatty and not tender the way that I imagine it to be based on my previous years of banh mi eating. The pickled carrots and daikon were not really on point for the flavor. The cilantro was lacking. The jalapeño peppers weren't really spicy. The bread was OK. Perhaps I am coming from more of an authentic viet perspective. However, it definitely does the job. But I personally would go down to the Chinatown strip to get one of the other banh mis there. This is much more for a convenience of being in the resort and casino. The vibe is that of a chill sports bar except there's no TV. They have booth and stool seating in the back since this is a bit of a cafeteria style set up. We walked a mile for the sandwiches, so with that context, I felt slightly disappointed. We especially came for the Korean pork shoulder and kimchi sandwich which is supposed to be really unique! However, they were sold out by 1 PM on a Wednesday, but it is CES 2026. Lesson learned to plan ahead!! One more thing, I thought that the price point was a little bit on the deep side for sandwiches. The banh mi came in at $18 and the bomber came in at 19. So once again, not my go to place in the future, but for the bomber, it was good to have tried it!

With that first bite, "juicy" immediately popped into mind. The Porchetta Sandwich ($17) drips with a delicious gremolata sauce; creamy garlic and lemon zest flavors flow forward. With a bright smile, I hastily devoured this thick & unique pork sandwich. I arrived at Lardo (Las Vegas) on Thursday (around 4:45pm). There was no wait. Staff immediately helped me. The cashier (Le' Vonia - name on receipt) is professional, welcoming, and hardworking. Le' Vonia happily answered all my questions, and Le' Vonia clearly communicated with a consistent, bright smile. I ordered the Porchetta Sandwich ($17). However, I upgraded to a combo. I added a beverage (Pellegrino Seltzer Water) and the Dirty Fries. This upgraded combo cost $27.50. The food was completed in four minutes and 47 seconds. Very fast! Wow! As mentioned prior, the Porchetta Sandwich ($17) is hefty and memorable. It contains thin slow roasted pork, caper mayo, arugula, gremolata, and parmesan. The primary taste is garlic followed by its firm & thin pork. Next, the brightness of its fresh arugula shines. I happily enjoyed this sandwich's complimentary flavors and textures. The Dirty Fries ($8) contains pork/bacon, marinated peppers, fried herbs, parmesan, and fresh fries. It's humongous and fresh! The fries are fluffy, fresh, and thick. In addition, this large side isn't too salty. It's simply generous, good quality ingredients. My only nitpick is that these fresh fries became dry quickly, so don't forget to pack some of the nearby condiments. Regarding the ambiance, Lardo (Las Vegas) is comfortable and casual. It's a food vendor within the Cosmopolitan Casino's Food Court. Despite the shared space, Lardo (Las Vegas) is very clean and well-ventilated. Guests can dine by its counter or the nearby tables. I also appreciated the upbeat and energetic music. However, Lardo (Las Vegas's) limited seating can become an obstacle to some guests. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Lardo (located in the Cosmopolitan Casino). The food is huge and delicious; staff is friendly and diligent; and its ambiance is comfortable & welcoming. If searching for some good & affordable eats, I enthusiastically recommend. 4.7 out of 5

We decided to divide and conquer and make a buffet of sorts. After wandering around, I picked Lardo as one of my stops. I've had their sando before and enjoyed it, so I figured I'd have it again. It is just as I remember - savory, meaty, and a touch too salty. The arugula does cut into that a bit. I could've used more greens, but that's just my own preference. I like the freshness it adds. This sandwich spot is solid. I got the beef birria grilled cheese with dirty fries and a drink combo. The sandwich is huge and the fries are a large amount. I was hungry but it was way too much food. Honestly the sandwich itself was plenty filling. The dipping sauce was perfect as it made the grilled cheese a little bit softer. This food court area is very lively but still plenty of seating.
It's Vegas and we're on the strip. So many restaurants to choose from! We wanted to eat at the Cosmopolitan food halls. There were many choices and we all could have exactly what we wanted. We came to Lardo for the "Beeria" grilled cheese sandwich. The beef has been simmered in Modelo beer and has a good balance of jack cheese and another cheese.. My daughter chose Lardo in the Block 16 Food Hall at the Cosmo (2nd floor), while I chose Hattie B's. Order: The Bronx Bomber - 4 stars - bread, to the meat, to the toppings were a flavor punch. I asked my daughter if we could trade lunches - she turned me down I can't comment on the staff since I was ordering from Hatties at the same time she ordered from Lardo. Really good sandwich. I got the Bronx Bomber and it did not disappoint. Similar to a cheesesteak with some pepperoncini. I'm not the biggest fan of the peppers in there but I know people go crazy for it. Generous portions, friendly staff and fries are great as well. read more

This was one tasty sando! Went with the beeria grilled cheese with fries. Tons of flavor in the sando. Cane with the consommé and a green salsa that added some great acid to the richness. Ordered at the kiosk and order was filled quickly. Was able to snag a table to enjoy my lunch. read more

While I was just walking around searching for what I wanted to eat. I saw this amazing porcetta on the counter. I asked the server where I could buy this. He said we are having a private event but feel free to take one to sample. It was juicy moist and delicious. He told me this is a soft opening for Naughty Patty. And I can go to Lardo and order more. I also tried the chicken Caesar sandwich. It was moist juicy, and not greasy at all and the hot Italian sandwich was also very good. Plenty of tables on the side to sit. read more
If there's one thing I truly love about Vegas, it's the fact that I can revisit all my favorite friends in different cities in one place. And Lardo? Oh how I've missed you from Portland! I ordered the Porchetta for reunion-sake, but how could you not? It took about 10 minutes to make but my goodness! Everything from the bread's pillowy texture to the aggressively peppered (but melt in your mouth unctuous) pork to the bright, peppery arugula...it's all so well thought out and tasty! If you've never been to Portland and pass by Lardo, don't write it off as another sandwich shop. Grab a seat at the counter and enjoy yourself! read more

Decided to try to birria grilled cheese. it came with a side of consume, which was fantastic. The sandwich itself was not salty, but had tons of flavor and had a side of salsa every day. This was the highlight of our lunch. Can't wait to come back and try it again. read more
We dropped by for some sandwiches as we weren't in the "sit down restaurant" mood. Sometimes we just want to bring food up to our room, change into pajamas, and unapologetically gorge. For those who need the location... 2nd floor of the Boulevard Tower, within the Block 16 Food Hall. THE FOOD. - Porchetta Sandwich. Slow-roasted pork that's rich and tender, layered with just enough caper mayo to give it a tangy, salty punch. The arugula adds that fresh peppery bite, balanced by the brightness of gremolata. Parmesan--nutty, sharp, and slightly melty. I liked it! - "Beeria" Grilled Cheese. Beef braised beef with melted cheese and chili consommé in between toasted bread. Every bite is melty, meaty, and dripping with flavor. - Lardo Fries. Sprinkled with herbs and Parmesan cheese, this side dish perfectly complimented our sandwiches. THE PARKING. Located underground at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Fee is dependent on MGM card status. THE RETURN. Yep, we've actually been here a few times before. It's a great sandwich shop with unique sandwiches and worth coming back to try more. read more
Lardo is a great option if you are looking for truly incredible food in a no-frills ambiance at a great price point (especially when you consider that you are in Las Vegas). The staff here were very friendly and again, this food is definitely pretty amazing. I went with the porchetta and had it over French fries. This meal pretty much blew me away. Everything about it was top notch. I really can't think of a single negative about this place and I would 100% recommend Lardo for an incredible meal at a fair price point. Go. Go now. You will not regret going here. read more

The meat was tasty and soft. A little lean serving for the price of a sandwich. The Dirty fries were good with a lot of flavor. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Prices in Vegas are very high for what you actually get in return. read more
Lardo is in the food court at the Cosmopolitan. There wasn't too long of a line when we were there around noon on a Saturday. We got the Dirty Fries and honestly, I liked the fries but it needed more flavor, sauce to be specific. It was a large portion which I appreciated. read more
located inside cosmo food court we tried: - pork belly banh mi: pork char siu, pickled veggies,cilantro, yuzu mayo, baguette this was okay as the sandwich wasn't toasted and was the complaint of the day with my vietnamese in laws. - beeria" grilled cheese: modelo braised beef, chili consomme, oaxaca and jack cheeses, cilantro, onion, lime, sourdough. this was good but it could have used at least three times more cilantro and onion. - dirty fries pork scraps, marinated peppers, fried herbs, parmesan. this was okay. portion was huge. overall, a quick and easy meal. with so much competition on the strip. this gets 3 stars in my book. read more
My friends and I were looking for breakfast. The line was long at most of the places in the Cosmo. We decided to try the pork belly breakfast sandwich. We got lucky to put the last order for breakfast service. The sandwich was ok, it felt like there was a lot of bread in every bite. The has brown felt like it was the frozen ones from the grocery store. I did enjoy the IPA for breakfast with my sandwich. read more

Located in food court at the Cosmos Hotel on the 2nd floor. Pay at counter, pick up food and grab a table. Great customer service. Food is super heavy but tasty. Got the Birra sandwich and dirty fries extra crisp. I would have preferred were crisper and had less preserved peppers. There were literally chunks of lard in the fries and the bacon was too dry. read more

Our first visit to Lardo introduced us to their "Beeria" Grilled Cheese and Dirty Fries. It was a savory delight to eat. It was hefty, calorie-laden. We will order this again, BUT after we try all the other sandwiches on their menu. So many sandwiches, so little tummy room! It's located at the food court at The Cosmopolitan. Order at the register; pick-up your good, get seated and enjoy your feast. Enjoy! read more

Lardo is one of my new favorite places on the strip altogether. If you're a fan of french fries, they had some of the greatest french fries I've ever had in my entire life. We ordered the "dirty" fries which is what I'm speaking on. They had bacon pieces, pieces of fried chicken crust, and banana peppers YUM. Try not to finish the entrie basket of fries. My bf and I both could not stop eating it! Their food overall was just delicious. I ate the hot Italian sandwich, and loved the flavors! Bread, amazing. Meat, amazing. Each bite was flavorful. My bf ordered the double burger which we both liked, but the Italian sandwich was much tastier to us. The food came out pretty quickly. Price of food is fair considering it's on the strip inside of the cosmopolitan. They have to go boxes that are perfect and prevent the whole thing from falling apart if you don't finish your meal. read more
I tried the Porchetta and it was ok. The flavors and the pork were decent. i wasn't a fan of the bread. Parts of the bread were tough and hard. I thought I chipped a tooth after one of my bites into the sandwich. I saw some people ordering their sandwiches on top of fries instead of bread. That may be the way to go. Anyhow, my experience was a 4/5. Prices are relatively fair here. I also like how they take MGM rewards cards so you can charge it to your room. SERVICE: this is a quick service spot so there isn't much to say. They take your order at the register and then hand you your food. This was the first time my husband and I dined at Lardo. We heard wonderful things about this restaurant. This restaurant is located in Cosmopolitan Casino in the urban hall of Block16 food hall. Although I enjoyed the sandwich which was filled with flavor, I was not excited about the layout and the design of Block 16 urban hall. The dining area is so small and tight. When we were there, there were long lines in front of many restaurants. I felt a bit of anxiety being around too many people. We were literally eating our sandwiches with people waiting in line directly behind our backs. Lardo gets 5 stars but Block 16 gets 2 stars. read more
OMG. Obsessed is an understatement. Lardo is one of those spots where the line is long, and now I know why. L= Located in the Cosmo, on the level 3 Food Hall, Lardo provides diners with delicious takes on comfort sandwiches and good ones at that! A= Amazing options to choose from! Barria grilled cheese? UM YES. Pho'Rench Dip for a Thai flair? HELL YES. Porchetta Sandwich with freshly shaved pork and caper mayo? GET IN MY BELLY. R= Realllyyyyyy big portions! I opted for the Porchetta sandwich, which was piled high with all the fixin's and a side of parmesan fries - which easily fed me for 2 days! D= Delectable fries! Cut large and perfectly fried makes for one delicious bite! O= Outstanding service! From cashier to cook, each interaction was pleasant and enjoyable! Had a great stop at Lardo in the Block 16 Urban Food Hall of The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The sandwiches are fun and flavorful,we tried the Porchetta and the Dirty Fries and both delivered. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick, which made the whole experience smooth. The only thing to note: seating is limited since it's a food-hall setting, so finding a spot during peak hours can be tricky. But if you're willing to wait just a bit or grab to go, the food is well worth it. Definitely a place I'd come back to try another item from the menu. read more
The porchetta sandwich was great - perfect balance of roasted pork, caper mayo, and arugula. And the bread? Delicious, tasted fresh, somewhat crispy outer and most inner. The bad? The first time I came here they had a pho sandwich that was DOOOOPE! I am a pho fanatic so definitely planned to go back when I was back in town. Its no longer on the menu I tried the beeria and it was good but not pho level good. My friend had the pork belly banh mi and also enjoyed it. The server sympathized and also said the pho was a fav of hers maybe we can sign a petition to bring it back. Anyway I am always down for a good sandwich and this place is legit. read more

Will this Lardo ever carry the crispy pig ears just like the Portland locations?
I don't know if it's the same thing, but they did have a crispy buffalo pig ear sandwich featured on the menu when I went last weekend- the whole crispy pig ear is on the sandwich itself.
