Came here before last year and got the burger which was great. Got the chicken Caesar salad this time around and it was very meh. Yes, I know why come to a burger place and order a salad. Its 107 out and wanted something light. So yes, mistakes were made. The salad wasn't bad but for 28$ I could have gotten much better. Service was great otherwise appetizers were delicious and it always a good vibe when we do come here. But yeah, lesson learned.
Came here to try the burger sorry I did. Since it has Gordon's name figured would be a decent burger and reviews seemed decent. I got the Wellington burger which isn't in menu and basically comes with mushroom pate. Not sure how they could mess up mushrooms but they did. Very off putting taste. Had to scrape it all off and even then burger just wasn't good. Bun was almost a stale consistency and beef not seasoned well at all. Wife got the burger with jalapeños. She also wasn't impressed. Same bad bun and again burger flavor just off. The only saving grace were the fries and onion rings. This is why not a one star. But the burger was bad. When I say literally any burger would have been better I mean any burger even McDonald's. Upset I wasted a Vegas meal here. Very disappointed.
We made a reservation, so we didn't have to wait in line! It was busy as usual, but this time it took a while before our server came to take our order. The burgers were just as amazing as I remembered. It looks like they updated the menu and added some new items, which was nice to see. I always order my fries with no salt because it guarantees a fresh batch. Their regular fries sometimes taste like they've been sitting under the heat lamp for too long and get a little dry. My trick worked--the fries came out hot, fresh, and delicious. The jalapeño poppers were also really good and definitely worth trying. The service was a little slower than my last visit, but the food was still excellent. If you're coming here, I highly recommend making a reservation and giving the jalapeño poppers a try.
Delicious food, just on the pricier side. But then again, you gotta remember that this is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas... The place was clean and very organized. Our server was very friendly and approachable. However, service was a little slow so be ready to wait a bit for your food to come out. What we got: Wellington Burger with strawberry shake 24 Hour Burger Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich My favorite was the Wellington Burger--it was unique enough that you'd probably not be able to have the same burger anywhere else. I liked that you can still very much taste the beef even with everything else on the burger. It just made the perfect bite. The 24 Hour Burger was okay. The patty got lost in everything that was in the burger and I wasn't a huge fan of that. The bacon was a tad overcooked too, I thought. It wasn't crispy anymore, just hard and tough to bite/chew. One thing of note with the burgers though is that they cooked the patties to perfection. We asked for medium for both the burgers we ordered and they nailed the cook on them. The Sticky Toffee Pudding Ice Cream Sandwich was pure and utter bliss, and one of the best desserts you can have. I've always been a huge fan of GR's sticky toffee pudding and this version of his specialty dessert surely did not disappoint. The brown butter ice cream was heavenly. Make sure to make a reservation if you don't want to line up outside and wait a long time before you can sit down and eat. We made a reservation for our dinner on a weekend and only waited about 5 minutes or so before they had us seated.
Went to the Gordon Ramsay for a light lunch since we just woke up and started our morning. We order the Farmhouse burger with truffle fries. It was big enough for us to share. It was delicious and it fulfilled our appetite. I always love eating here since the burgers are all tasty. Customer service was quite slow considering it was on a Monday . Besides us, there were only a few of customers there. Our waiter took quite some time to refill our water and to bring our check out to us. I deducted a star for the slow service but overall my food was delish.

Located inside Planet Hollywood on the strip. Great menu items and great service. It's one of my regular stops when I'm in Vegas since they serve great appetizers, entrees and delicious milkshakes, so whether a snack, meal, or dessert, it's satisfying! The line can get long, but the vibe is loud and fun so you may not notice. Don't leave without trying the English Toffee Shake!
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend checking it out, but it falls just short of five stars. The Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had. It's an absolute must-order if you visit. It was packed with flavor and loaded with delicious garnishes. The fish sandwich was unique and surprisingly delicious. It was different from your typical fish sandwich and ended up being one of my favorite things we ordered. The burger was good, but it wasn't anything to rave about. Considering the price, I expected more. The burgers are definitely overpriced for what you get. The onion rings were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great appetizer. The atmosphere was fun, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, I'd absolutely come back for the Bloody Mary, fish sandwich, and onion rings. If you're going for the famous burger, just be prepared to pay a premium for a burger that's good--but not unforgettable.
Overall, a solid experience. I ordered the Pop It Like It's Hot Burger ($36), which comes with pepper jack cheese, a jalapeño popper, bacon, and hot peppers. The flavors were delicious with just the right amount of spice, but the burger was a little dry, the bun wasn't very soft, and the food was served warm instead of hot. The "Oh Bloody Hell" Bloody Mary was the star of the meal. Made with Absolut Peppar vodka, Bloody Mary mix, crispy prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and basil, it was creative, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. Service was excellent--our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant wasn't very busy, the line moved quickly, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. A few improvements to the food temperature and burger texture would easily make this a 5-star visit, but I'd still come back to try more of the menu.
This was my second trip to Gordon Ramsay Burger. I had friends tell me it had gotten better, so I decided to try it again. The people I went with were just as disappointed as I was on my first trip and so was I. This is not high quality burgers. It is overpriced burgers with a celebrity name on it. The 4 of us in our group went around the table and asked how they would rate the burgers. All around 3 stars. Edible yes, but for $130 for 4 burgers I expect more, including tasty French fries. I recommend going elsewhere for a good burger on the strip. Also note there is no kids menu. So little ones don't have options to for smaller meals.

We've all been there, falling for the "You HAVE to eat there!" This was me as I trudged to the restaurant of one of my favorite celebrity chefs while visiting Las Vegas. I basically gave all my food money to GR while attending a conference recently, seeking that mind-blowing foodie experience. It didn't happen. Juicy, yes. Well-seasoned, yes. Did I eat it all? Mostly. But as a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to write about delicious food-- "It's just a good burger." The onion rings were yummy, however, weird dipping sauces. And worst of all, this is a Pepsi joint. No Diet Coke in sight. There really should be a sign on the door! It would have saved me the expense of a $38 lunch.
When you first walk up to the restaurant there is a big fire display that everyone takes pictures by, including me and my fiancé. Inside there are a bunch of TVs with sports on. Also there is a big picture of Gordon Ramsey himself. The food was excellent. I got the 24 hour burger medium and my fiancé got the Hell's Kitchen burger medium well. The 24 hour burger comes with braised short ribs. I also got the regular fries. As for apps we got the chicken jalapeño poppers. I didn't really taste the chicken part of it but still good, especially with the spicy sauce it came with. We used that sauce for our fries too. Our server was nice and checked up on us. One thing I grade them on is do they refill our water before we run out. I came close to running out but he came right on time. Overall it's a great place to go. The cost is about $35 a person for the burgers and then if you want apps it's like another $18. The reason I knocked off two stars is because our waiter asked if we would like a dessert and we picked the banoffee triffle and unfortunately he said they ran out. For a big name restaurant, running out of a product on your menu at 7pm is not a great look. Gordon Ramsey himself would be furious. I hope this reaches Gordon Ramsey because I am pretty disappointed as someone who travelled to Vegas and planned a date as our first big dinner as we just got engaged. read more

I went into Gordon Ramsay Burger fully expecting a typical "celebrity chef Vegas spot"... and yeah, I was wrong. This place is actually so good. I ordered the Truffle Burger (around $33). Pricey? Sure. Worth it? Absolutely. The flavor combo was insane, everything just worked perfectly together. Honestly one of the best burgers I've had, period. I'm a big Gordon Ramsay fan, so I went in trying not to be biased... but I was impressed immediately. My husband got the French Onion Burger and was just as blown away. For a "Vegas chain," this easily hits above expectations. I'd 100% come back. Dawn was a great server, we went at 12:30 pm, quick seating, food came out fast and the overall atmosphere was laid back. read more

They could've done a better job though about checking on the table and make sure the drinks were filled. However, the food was amazing Those are probably some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. Seriously I've eaten wings all over the place and these are the best. Came here for a late dinner (not by Las Vegas standard) and were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started with the buffalo chicken wings, a solid choice to kick things off. For my main, I ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger cooked medium with truffle fries. The burger itself was well cooked, though I hoped for a more spicy kick. The fries are the thick cut style, which are not my favorite, but still decent. For dessert, I got an Oreo shake to go. It was very good, just what you'd expect from a Oreo shake, rich and creamy (best not to think about the sugar content). Was it amazing? Not necessarily, but there was nothing wrong with it either. Prices are reasonable compared to other spots on the Strip, and it's a solid option if you didn't secure a reservation elsewhere and need a last minute dinner spot. read more

We ordered the hell'k kitchen burger with the side of truffles parmesan fries (just add $3.99) for sub. The burger is so yummy. I love the avocado and the grilled jalapeno in it and i ordered medium. They only have medium or well done for the burger. Fries is very good as well. The best also is the chicken wings. It has a kick and flavorful I love the ambience and comfy booth that we had, facing the big screen yay. Our server Freddy is very attentive, friendly and funny as well. I just feel bad to the guy on the podium, he did do a great job in between the customers line up, answering phone calls and answering the customers whose confused how to get in ( including us lol) Cuz the the line is not literally visible when you enter the front entrance But I suggested you guys to make a reservation before you come because the no reservation line is crazy lol read more

Our late night dinner here this week was great! The idiot burger and breakfast burger were great. Tots were pretty basic, but truffle fries were very good. Alcoholic mixed drinks were unique and delicious. The sticky toffee pudding and strawberry and cream shakes that we got to go were thick and creamy and great. We had such friendly and fast service from Heather, even around 11pm when you'd think she'd be too tired to care! If you are a Caesars rewards member level that gets 4 free $25 or under drinks per day, this is a great place to use it. All of our drinks were under that limit. Came here for a friends birthday, service was amazing! They were so nice and friendly, definitely caught on to my friend's humor. It's pretty nice inside, looks very elegant. The food was amazing! I got the southwest burger, honestly a little spicy. My friend got the brunch burger, super flavorful even tho it was later in the day it was still a delicious burger. My other friend got the steak dinner burger, it was incredible and fulfilling. The tater tots were amazing and the friends were good, better without the truffle parmesan in my opinion. Service was amazing The only confusion I had was when we got sat on the table there was a shift change and by the night we ended with three different servers that we had seen, and we don't know who to ask for additional items. Food: burgers was very bland in taste it Could have more flavor but it was fulfilling . The most disappointing part was when I got my onion rings. I receive them very oily and greasing, and when I spoke to the server, he apologize and offered me another option in which I went for the salad FYI: I still got charged for the onion rings on top of the salad I had ordered because I did not want a new batch of onion rings . read more

Not the place if you're eager to try their take on a plant based burger. It was quite crumbly, over-salted and under seasoned. Our server, Elijah, was the highlight of the experience for us-- kind and attentive. We enjoyed him hosting. I ordered their plant based burger, which mind you, nears $30 on the menu and swapped the regular fries for truffle. My partner got their Hell's Fire replacing the patty with the plant based patty-- which interestingly so is an up charge of $6 of an already $33 dollar burger. Adding on the fact that it seems their plant based meat is uncared for, disintegrating in your mouth, not cooked at any preferred temp as intended with impossible meat-- it seems like such an afterthought in the menu. I'll go back to this because it baffled me: If you order a regular burger (all costing more than the plant based) and swap to a plant based patty, for some ungodly reason there's an up charge of $6. It feels.. Greedy and predatory to those who don't partake in cow and chicken and want to try other flavor combos on the menu. My brother liked his cow tho. Said it was good. For those of you, like me, psycho enough not to drink in Vegas-- they have one non alcoholic beer and it was loooovely with the fries! Hand cut is a favorite of mine and they nailed it. Ambiance is weird, Gordon's face is literally everywhere-- We know what he looks like. The team's wearing McDonald's style tshirts, menus are dirty and flimsy. Gordon Ramsay Burger (Las Vegas) is a magical experience if you splurge. I ordered their famous Luxe Royale Burger ($49.99 - Medium Rare). It's a 10oz wagyu beef patty, dubliner cheese, caramelized onion, foie gras spread, and two buttery & perky buns. Biting into that explosion of juicy, savory flavor is a memory I will forever cherish. I had a 10AM Reservation (opening time) on Sunday. Gordon Ramsay Burger (Las Vegas) is located in the Planet Hollywood Casino. It's an 11 minute walk from the Bellagio. Staff communicated clearly and professionally. The ladies at the counter politely informed early guests about a five minute wait since the chef was getting ready. When I requested a table instead of a counter seat, Staff quickly accommodated me. I had a table at 10:05AM. My server (Paul) was a delight. He'd smile and say, "If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask." Paul is charming, clear, and carries a steady smile. Having planned ahead, I immediately ordered the Luxe Royale Burger ($49.99 - Medium Rare) which came with fries. My dish arrived in 15 minutes. (Important Note: The complaints about long food wait times are valid. I observed many customers getting their food very, very slowly since they used time to peruse the menu. Study that menu before entering.) As mentioned, I found a slice of heaven in that Luxe Royale Burger ($49.99 - Medium Rare). This specific burger's grandeur felt comparable to the Beef Wellington at Hell's Kitchen. My eyes rolled back as my teeth glided into its wagyu patty like butter. This wagyu patty is rich, thick, and juicy as it breaks apart easily in the mouth. The bread bun is toasty and buttery; its loaf is perky like a supple cloud. And the dubliner cheese completes this experience with its soft and bold taste. All in all, the primary flavor profile is high quality, rich meat and cheese. Then, there's the crisp & golden fries. It's thick, fluffy, and created a crackly crisp sound when bitten into. It's lightly seasoned fries that use fresh potatoes. Dunking them into its clingy ketchup, and greedily biting into them felt euphoric. (Quick Note: I want to give a brief thank you to my friend, Yelper Angela C. I wouldn't have chosen the Luxe Royale Burger if it wasn't for her scathing reviews of the other options.) Concerning ambiance, Gordon Ramsay Burger (Las Vegas) is ugly if you have a bad seat. It lacks walls, so some tables have customers staring at slot machines and a Starbucks. The ambiance is definitely a low point; however, there are still charming aspects. For example, there's a beautiful Gordon Ramsay logo with fire, a huge golden portrait of Gordon Ramsay, and many televisions playing the football game. At the very least, Gordon Ramsay Burger (Las Vegas) is very clean, well-ventilated, and tidy. Although it looks like a food court/sports bar inside a casino, I appreciated the upbeat music and vibrant colors. Overall, I had a magical experience at Gordon Ramsay Burger (Las Vegas). My first time here and for me was disappointing. Our server was the most positive part of our visit. For $28 I expect a pretty great hamburger. I'm a vegetarian so opted for the veggie burger. Unfortunately the patty was so overly salty. I couldn't finish it. I would've loved more vegetables on the bun. I upgraded my regular fries to the Parmesan truffle and honestly the regular fries were much better. They weren't crispy and didn't have much flavor as opposed to the standard. French fries were nice and crispy. The drinks were just too expensive and when I saw the size of them, I knew that I would not bother ordering one. If you're on the Strip and craving the perfect burger and don't mind splurging a little, I highly recommend Gordon Ramsay Burger. The atmosphere strikes that sweet spot between casual and elevated, making it perfect for a fun dinner with friends or an easy date night. Our party of eight was greeted warmly by the hostesses and seated right away, which was such a great start to the night. Our server was attentive and efficient, and our drinks and appetizers came out quickly. Everything felt seamless. We shared the nachos to kick things off, which were perfect for the table. My family and I came here for dinner. We were excited to try this place as we had just had yummy Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips for lunch. We made reservations on OpenTable for dinner that evening and were seated right on time. Our server was very nice and brought out everything we needed. We ordered: Farmhouse burger ($26.99) Hell's Kitchen Burger ($26.99) GFC Burger (fried chicken) ($26.99) Black Garlic Chicken Caesar salad ($26.99) Oreo Creme Brulee Shake ($11.99) For $27 per entree at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, we were kind of expecting our minds to be blown with every bite, as this was the most we have ever spent for a hamburger, but unfortunately everything was mediocre. First off, our food came almost an hour after we ordered. When we got our food, my family wasn't really impressed. They said their burgers tasted ok, but disappointed that it wasn't better tasting. It wasnt easy flagging down a waiter. The food was really good. Everyone enjoyed their burgers. My son who is the pickiest eater loved it. This was quite a disappointment, especially since we've been to the Gordon Ramsay Burger locations in London and Seoul while traveling. My previous experiences in those locations were fantastic. The food here the Las Vegas location did not meet any basic satisfactory level, and it baffles me how Ramsay's name could be attached to something so consistently bad with every dish. We are a fan of his work, but this was next level bad, like worse than any pub burger. It seems like they just don't care, from the kitchen to the waiters.. Everything was served below or at room temperature, like it had been sitting out for a long time, and cooking was very uneven on everything. The burgers were so inconsistently cooked, just old meat. We had to send the truffle fries and onion rings back, they were soggy and gross, not edible at all. I haven't sent back any dish at any restaurant for over 5 years, but this made that low bar and smashed it. We endured the other burgers although they weren't very good. There were some nice flavors, but the meat was dry, possibly old and sitting out, and definitely not made to order. ...and made me question my thinking about how it is actually difficult to mess up a burger - and some of the burgers here were $37 plus $5 upgrade for soggy truffle parmesan fries. I don't know how that can be justified when the food has no effort put behind it. Our server didn't care when we returned some of the dishes, like it happens all the time, no apology, didn't care. This might be ok if someone is drunk and doesn't care, but our family just wanted a nice simple meal. Would not recommend and I would not give this location another chance! read more

Second time visiting Gordon Ramsay Burger, and unfortunately this experience was very disappointing compared to the first. The fish and chips lacked seasoning and tasted very bland. The burgers were just okay, nothing memorable or extraordinary, especially for the high price point. For the cost, I expected much better flavor and overall quality. Sadly, this visit did not live up to the hype. The only saving factor was the excellent customer service we received from our server. I'll skip this experiment the next time I'm in Vegas. read more

Overall I enjoyed this Planet Hollywood hotel and casino restaurant experience. Warning: it's not cheap! Drinks are $25 and burgers are minimally $27. But they are delicious! Highly recommend coming here. The burgers are delicious and even the fish and chips looked good. It can get pricey dependent on the burger you get but it's Vegas and a Gordon Ramsey restaurant so makes sense. We were greeted quickly and provided our drinks. I surprised my wife with a weekend in Las Vegas and booked the Chef's Table at Gordon Ramsay Burger Planet Hollywood. We sat at the chefs' counter, great view, but the speakers above us made it a little hard to hear. Chef Caesar welcomed us and took our order, keeping the busy kitchen moving. Our server, Kristopher, was friendly and explained that dessert was included keeping our drinks topped off. My wife had the French Onion Burger and I had the Blue Cheese Burger, both medium rare. They were cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and so big we couldn't finish them. Dessert was a delicious sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich. Overall, a great experience with excellent food and service. We'd definitely come back. read more

I got the blue cheeseburger and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had! I absolutely loved the figgy jam and sauce that it came with which made it tangy and sweet to balance out the savory. The burgers are very large and thick so you get a good portion along with sides. I subbed fries for onion rings for an extra $5 and I love the white sauce and Parmesan truffle flavoring it came with. Our server was friendly and he even brought out a dessert to celebrate my birthday which was nice! It did take about half an hour just for our food to come out and it is a bit pricey. They have Gordon Ramsay's face plastered all around the restaurant and lots of seating. Overall this is nice to try but there are definitely cheaper alternatives. read more

Amazing experience beginning to end. If you're a burger lover, this is your place when visiting Vegas. There's a variety of burger options, but salads or fish and chips are available too. We had four different burgers, but all crazy delicious according to the consensus. Our server was a really lowkey dude, very friendly. The atmosphere was lively and busy, but staff moved around the place with efficiency. We finished off our meal by sharing a caramel toffee cake with ice cream. Good stuff! read more

We reserved ahead of time and were seated right away. This time, we ordered the French onion burger with truffle fries. The burger was tasty but I recommend sticking with the regular. Definitely not worth the additional $4.99 to upgrade to truffle fries. Overall , the prices are on the higher side. While the burger was delicious but it still felt expensive for what you get. The service, like last time, was slow. It took a long time for the food to come out and it was difficult to find our server when we needed something. read more

Inside Planet Hollywood on the ground floor near one of the two front entrances. Just look for the gas flames in the window. You can't miss it. Gordon Ramsay Burger is a table service restaurant and I ordered the Backyard Burger for $27 that comes with Just Fries. You can sub for a salad, Parmesan fries or onion rings for a few dollars more. My meal arrived about 15 minutes later. The burger had a dark colored top bun with sesame seeds on it. Along with the 10 oz. wagyu beef patty was butter lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese. It was a very good tasting and filling burger. In particular, I remember the pickles and tomato flavor wise. The butter lettuce was very soft and it all tasted farm grown. The fries were served hot and salted and were good too. Yes it was a good tasting meal and the table service was very attentive. With a soft drink, tax and tip my bill was $44. I guess that means if you come to Vegas, my hope is that you will be lucky at the tables....Geez! read more

Came here while on vacation I got the farmhouse burger and my husband got the brunch burger. The burgers were really good but I've had better fries I got the truffle fries and I could barely taste any difference from regular fries so that was disappointing. We made a reservation for 9pm on a Saturday, and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't very busy. We were even able to check in a bit early, which was a nice bonus. I ordered the Farmhouse Burger, and my girlfriend got the Backyard Burger-both were really good. Each burger came with fries, and there's an option to upgrade to truffle fries or onion rings for an additional charge. There was plenty of seating, the decorations were nice, and there were lots of employees on hand. Overall, it's a great little spot to check out while in Vegas. read more

Well, I was here for a layover so my son and I scratched "eat a $50 burger" off the bucket list! In short, it wasn't worth it! It was just a meh burger with terrible service, but thankfully Delta picked up to the tab since I was there as part of the CrowdStrike mess.
