With over 5,000 reviews, I would typically doubt that this review would ever even be read...However, after searching for a while, I didn't really see any that were for to-go or take-away or take-out, so if you are thinking of having food delivered or ordering and picking up your self to go like we did, this review might help. We arrived on a weekday evening to find a line of about 20 people waiting so -PRO TIP- I got on the phone and booked the earliest reservation, which was about 20 minutes later. We waited a few minutes and then walked passed the line and advised the hostess we had a reservation. There were two seats available at the bar so we were seated right away. The customer service was excellent. We were brought waters immediately and our order was taken. We ordered The Fish & Crisps Sandwich, The Stout Burger and the 24 Hour Burger. We also tried regular and truffle parmesan fries. We asked if they could package everything to go. The wait was about 30 minutes for the food and our order came to around $100. We left a $20 cash tip and headed out. All the burgers were good, though I personally liked the stout burger best, which was the least expensive. In that vein, I wouldn't pay extra for the truffle fries again as the flavor was light and the plain fries were actually crispier and well salted so they tasted better imo. My husband really liked the fish and chips sandwich because it was innovative, tasty and had a crunch to it. All that being said, were our three burgers worth $100? Of course not but it's Gordon Ramsey! We used to really enjoy this restaurant, but our most recent visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. 1.Rewards Card Issue: They downgraded Caesars Platinum Status rewards card to "go behind the line please" which means we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes just to get seated. In the past, that card helped speed things up, so this was already a frustrating start. 2. Poor Communication and Long Wait: The hostess never mentioned that there would be a 45-minute wait for food. After sitting for about 50 minutes, I asked our server what was going on, and he simply said the kitchen was running behind. We eventually had to find the manager ourselves to complain. In total, we waited roughly an hour for our meals which were only hamburgers and fries. 3. Smaller Burgers, Higher Prices: Last year, the burgers were large, juicy, and filling -- you could barely finish one. This time, the burgers were noticeably smaller, easily about a quarter less meat and just tasted damp, we actually left still hungry. Despite that, the prices have gone up since last year. 4. Decline in Service and Value: The overall service felt indifferent, like no one really cared if guests were having a good experience. I enjoyed the ambiance of this location. Recommend making a reservation in advanced, we attended on a Wednesday night and the walk in line was quite long. For the prices, I was a bit disappointed by the dishes. It took a long time to receive our orders, once we did the you could tell that the food was sitting out for a bit. The onion rings (7/10) would have been 2x as good if they weren't cold, our truffle fries (4/10) with the burger was also cold and didn't have truffle incorporated. A truffle aioli was provided which you could dip your fries in. The burger (8.5/10) was classic and yummy. I'd recommend trusting them and getting it cooked medium as they hit the nail on the head with the cook. Staff was friendly and plentiful, bathrooms are located outside of the restaurant. We ordered truffle fries, onion rings, I had the ultimate cheeseburger and my fiance had the 24 hour burger, that consisted of shredded short ribs, arugula, cheese, brown sugar, bacon! He absolutely loved it. The flavors combined were absolutely amazing, the burger was wonderful and juicy! I had the ultimate cheeseburger and let me say how have I gone through life and not put borsin cheese on my cheeseburger... Passed by Gordon Ramsay Burger and decided to make a reservation at 5pm for a nice little date night. It was easy to make a reservation online and they do ask for a card as a $25 hold in case it's a no show. We arrived a bit earlier around 4:45pm and checked in with the server and was seated quick. It wasn't too busy so with ordering and the food arriving to the table, it was about 15 mins. I ordered the Stout burger with the upgraded truffle parmesan fries and my friend got the Hellfire Chicken burger with onion rings. Everything was flavorful and pretty big portions! I could only finish half of my burger. With 2 drinks and food, we spent a total of $93. Pricey but we wanted quality food. I will say the prices here are not cheap by any means but like they say you get what you pay for. It was hard to choose which burger to get so my family basically ordered something different all around me we shared each others burgers. I was surprised that one of the best ones I liked was the celebration burger and the fish & chips sandwich! Both are must try. The place is beautiful, the staff are professional and nice. This was our second time here and while it's been a few years, a lot can happen in that amount of time. I'm a huge Ramsay fan and a lover of good food so my expectations were high. I ordered the Truffle Burger and for a $27 burger I expected a burger that was at least up to temperature and somewhat juicy. I think it was held a bit too long before service so lost some temp and juice so for this foodie, not quite up to my liking. There were other flavors that helped, like the fried egg and hints of truffle, but still... We also ordered the sweet potato fries as well as regular fries. The sweet potato fries were luke warm. I will mention the catsups and sauces that accompanied the fries that were unique. The sweet potato fries were served with a honey jalapeño mayo. It was a bit different, not too hot from jalapeño and not too sweet from the honey, to me it was mayo. The regular fries were served with chipotle catsup that was not too much chipotle but you could taste it above plain catsup and the curry catsup which was very curry forward. This place was jam packed. Pretty big line outside to get it. I walked up to the host desk to see what the process was to put my name on the list and she asked if I had a reservation, and if not that we were welcome to wait in the "walk-in" line. So I bust open my phone and was able to get a reservation within 30 minutes time from when we arrived, which was awesome. Made the reservation and then went walking around the shops for a bit to kill time. Not sure why anyone would bother to wait in line when getting a reservation was super easy. Anyway, we opted to sit at the counter by the kitchen so we could watch all the action going on behind the scenes so to speak. Man, this kitchen brigade is on point. Super efficient, fast, organized, constantly communicating with each other and they cranked out food like a well oiled machine. I mean in the hour or so that we were there eating/watching, they probably pumped out upwards of 100 hamburgers alone, not to mention all the other options on the menu. The menu - its a burger joint so no fancy options, but they had something to please everyone. A good variety of different burgers, option to upgrade the patty to wagyu beef, fish and chips, hot dogs, salads etc. The hubby ordered a wagyu burger with roasted peppers rare, and it came out perfect. I opted for this crazy looking chili cheese dog and man was I blown away by this thing. I mean its a hot dog right? This was the best damn hot dog I have ever had in my life and I will absolutely crave this thing, that it would make me want to make the trip back to Vegas just to eat this dog! It had a toasted buttery New England style roll (like the kind they use for lobster rolls), the hot dog was salty, but in the best way ever, the cheese sauce was really really tasty, the chili was not hot enough for my taste, but that's not a negative for me at all, the crispy onion tanglers added a nice crunch and the presentation of this dog was crazy good. I upgraded to onion rings instead of fries. They were a tad bit of a let down, because they were not crispy. But they did fry a giant banquet sized lexan of them all at once, so I assume you would loose quality/crunch because they had to make so much of them all at once just to keep up with the crazy volume of this place. Usually, the food on the Strip is overpriced and overrated, but we were told to try this place, located inside Planet Hollywood. The restaurant offers both indoor and semi-outdoor seating. I have to say the service of this place is top and our server was so fast even though we had a large party of 15. It was pretty crazy that even the burgers were all given around the same time. My first choice was their Hell's Kitchen burger because I love avocado in a burger. But this was somewhat of a nice flavor with all roasted vegetables inside. For having reservations for weeks, we were still seated in the smack center of the restaurant on a tiny two person table with people on every side of us instead of a booth or a quieter table at minimum. Our waters were always filled and our food came out in a reasonable time. The food was SOLID. The black Caesar salad didn't make it more than 5 minutes on the table before it was empty. Hence me forgetting to take a photo. I got the Stout burger and my fiancé got the Hells Kitchen Burger. He said, and I quote, it was "the best burger he's ever had". The fries were bland but nicely paired with the curry ketchup and garlic aioli. The sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich was delicious.
