The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better. She also showed me a few simple stretches I can do at home, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Laura! I'll definitely be back and am excited to try more of their services. They took my late request without any complaints. Upon check in they give you a sheet to pick your selection. Then shortly afterwards a male nail technician picked up my sheet and then worked on my nails. Overall he did a good job, and was pretty quick. After prepping the normal nail cleaning, they use a nail adhesive and then put on two coats of polish. No additional top coat, but it was fine as it's been a few days and no chips yet. So if you want a basic late evening manicure because you have no time, then this is a good option.
