I had my garage floor done. Communication on their part is awful. I had to call multiple times to a…read morevoicemail (Lou) in order to get on the schedule for a quote. Finally I called Mike. He came out and was very nice, professional and gave me helpful tips not related to the job. I sent in my deposit and waited for 3 weeks before giving Lou a call since he apparently does the scheduling. Lou isn't good at calling back (see first multiple attempts for quote). Again, I had to call Mike to get any response. Lou then called back and got me on the schedule within the week. Pro tip - only deal with Mike. Come the day of work, the two-team squad came over an hour late. At one point their grinder broke and had to be replaced that day. Later that afternoon, the two guys started to REALLY argue with each other - it was embarrassing, and the older gentleman told the younger one to go home and "he'll find a ride - JUST GO!!" About an hour later, another team came to pick up the older guy and clean up. To be honest, the younger one definitely seemed to be slacking most of the day. Anyways, the older guy came to the door and said they couldn't finish today (he did not tell me what happened, even though I knew) and that someone will call later to say when they'll be back out. There was no guarantee they would be back the next day! What?? So... back to you know who, Lou - because he's the scheduler. Fancy that - no call that night. I called Lou the next morning and asked what's going on -- again, on VM. Does Lou ever answer his phone?? At 11am, another crew was at my house - no call or anything. I was out running errands and left the garage open - good thing! They finished up and the outcome looked really good. However, I'm a bit of a perfectionist and this wasn't perfect. There's noticeable areas where the clear-coat is thicker than other spots. They said it would be level but it's not. They also scuffed up my walls - thankfully in areas that will be hidden. The ONLY reason they got 3 stars is because of the finished product. If everything else was handled better - 5 stars. Overall, they were much cheaper than the competition and so dealing with the hassle for the price was OK to me. Perhaps that's their motto? Oh. Lou called me that afternoon to make sure his team came by to finish up. It was a quick call, just to verify, and never apologized or asked how everything was. This company gives the impression they just want to turn and burn as quickly as possible - proper customer service is non-existent outside of Mike. I do really like my "new" garage, though.

Sitz construction is stealing money from multiple people and not completing the work. My husband…read moreand I signed a contract to have a deck built and put down a $9200 deposit in February 2025. We had a hard time getting in contact with them for months afterwards and have since been completely ignored. We have filed a small claims suit against the owner and he is avoiding being served by the sherif. A CCAP search will prove everything I am saying as it shows multiple people have judgments out against him and his company. According to the BBB there are also multiple complaints against his company starting in 2024 so it appears he has been scamming people for a couple years at this point. Do not work with this company.

On June of 2024, a contract was signed for a laundry room remodel and down payment was made. The…read morecontract stated that the project was supposed to start in September of 2024. After contacting them several times and after several excuses, the project started with a demo in January of 2025 where another payment was due. After hearing nothing for 2 months, they came to do some more work on the laundry room. I have not heard from the business since April and my laundry room remains unfinished. The business never answers the phone and responses take at least a week.
