I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and always appreciated the service--until recently. The other day, I needed to scan a full set of legal-size documents, around 140 pages. To avoid any issues, I split the documents into three smaller batches, just in case the scanner couldn't handle all of them at once. All the pages were the exact same size, and I fed them through carefully. Each time, after the scan appeared to finish, the machine threw a fatal error message. Not once, not twice, but all three times. This was clearly a technical issue with the self-service scanners. After the third failed attempt, I brought the issue to the front desk. Instead of acknowledging that their equipment wasn't working properly, they told me I would need to pay a fee to have the documents scanned behind the counter. That makes zero sense. Why should I have to pay extra because your machines failed? This isn't just about me being a frequent customer--it's about customer experience and common sense. When your tech fails three times on a simple scan of same-size documents, and your response is to charge the customer more, that's a terrible business decision. It shows a lack of problem-solving and a complete disregard for loyalty. Something has definitely changed here--whether it's the culture or the people, I'm not sure. But I used to rave about this location. Now I'm second-guessing whether I should keep bringing my business here.

I finally took it upon myself to investigate and see if I could possibly fix it but to no avail the cluster box seems to be a vintage and unrepairable. But I did find out there's multiple websites where the cluster boxes could be purchased and installed within 2 weeks???. I don't get it... The service at the actual place though is somewhat decent. More than half the time I get other random peoples mail, the door says they close at 1:30pm but Apple Maps says 2pm, packages will say delivered but then aren't there. Good place to drop mail with already attached postage though, don't know how much of a silver lining that is lol.
