Their authentication expert pointed out three separate signs that the shoes were not genuine. So, not real real after all. When I took the shoes to The RealReal in Larkspur, I was directed to a text-based chat with a "specialist" who told me that because the return window had passed, there was nothing they could do. I'm now out over $400 for two pairs ( one with a broken heel that they said I should have come in right away about). Extremely disappointed. A company that claims to care about luxury and sustainability should at the very least stand behind the authenticity of what it sells. This experience makes me seriously question their values.

What....hidden halos are incredibly common. Whatever, I went to another jeweler 10 minutes away and had my beautiful ring fixed up perfectly in 30 minutes. The woman provided such a gross experience, definitely will not ever be back or will not recommend to anyone.
