    Took my commuter in 2 days ago to see if they could take care of the recall situation with the door latches. Stopped by on a whim and the young man who greeted me as I pulled up to the service center was friendly and told me to go in to see a service advisor to make my appt. Went in and talked to service advisor David Sanchez. He was nice and made my appointment for Fri at 11am. The service area was clean and covid prepped and all employees were wearing masks. I didn't see anywhere to sit down, but maybe it was in another area. Came in for today's appt. and was once again greeted by the same young man from before. Checked in with David and he got me up and running with a lyft that picked me up and dropped me off at my gym. I was there for about an hour before I got a call saying my car was done. I called back and David set up my lyft to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. I like how you get a text message confirming your ride is on its way. I waited about 10 min before it showed up. Got back and David had me sign the paperwork and said they would be bringing my car up in a minute. I was happy to see they are definitely taking covid precautions by covering the seat and steering wheel with plastic which they disposed of once they brought it out. The guy pulled them off too quick before I could get a pic, lol. My experience here was sweet! Fast, friendly service and the best part is when you don't have to pay because recalls are usually under warranty. Thanks guys, 5 stars for being awesome sauce!!

    I will only service my 2019 Ford Mustang GT Temecula Ford but read the following as to the nightmare before I got to Temecula Ford and THANKS NICK ADKISON for a great job and the TRANSMISSION TEC at TEMECULA Ford: So year and a half ago I bought a brand new 2019 Ford Mustang GT "performance package" let's just say I bought the car originally from Hemet Ford the sales people were awesome the service after the sale quite frankly sucked azz! It was a "performance" car that ran like a 1971 Pinto the shifts were horribly harsh and the car ran like crap trying to shift. I took it back to Hemet FORD and they of course gave me the traditional "can't re-create the problem! I return to Hemet FORD, with an appointment, after the problem continued for 10 months; Even with an appointment the service rep said it could be one or two days before they could get to it and we'll call you when we get to it. needless to say I left and made an appointment with Temecula Ford and I can tell you this thanks to Temecula Ford I may consider buying another Ford. Nick ADKISON, should be thanked by the Ford motor company for actually doing his job they found the problem with my car and I can tell you it's never run this good! they reprogram the transmission and did some thing with the software and this thing runs better than the day I got it! I cannot thank Nick ADKINSON enough for his patience and understanding and making me a happy Ford GT owner for the first time in a year and a half!

    Hard to find as this location is tucked away at the back of a parking lot. So glad we came here…read moreinstead of attempting another Autozone location. We were greeted by multiple employees when we entered, Sascha was extremely helpful with looking up different engine filters for us and giving us options between quality and prices. We were in and out in a matter of minutes during to his assistance and not having to bubble around the store blindly. He was very friendly and happily gave us a military discount which they display loud and proud on their store front unlike their other competitors. Highly recommend this location!

    Came in this morning helping a friend pick up some coolant for her car. She wanted to make sure…read morethat she was purchasing the right product. When we approached the counter the manager shook his head and laughed at us. Then said "well it's gonna be one of those Wednesdays!" WTH?!! Then shook his head and laughed again when she didn't know all the details of her car. He then tripled down and "mansplained" coolant to us! Again... WTH! When I made my purchase I told him that I have military Id and under his breath said "ohh of course". This is not the only time I've heard of the petty and rude behavior of the manager. My husband had an equally distasteful experience. I'm sorry if you are having a bad day. But that's a you problem and not a me problem. None of us (neighbor, myself and my husband) will not be back to this location if this is the type of customer service to expect. There are so many competing companies within a mile of this location. I choose to spend my hard earned money with a company that appreciates my business
