I'll make it short (ish) and to the point. I own a very nice F 150 Raptor SVT. The heater element blew. No biggie, its a truck. 1. Made an appointment for 10:00am Monday morning. Had my truck delivered via tow truck at 9:30 am. They didn't even look at my truck Monday, said "the service guy who that was sent to was off on Mondays. So, an other service rep took over. Said he would get my truck looked at immediately. At 6:00, I called. He left early. My truck sat with nothing, not even a phone call. 2. I received a call at 8:00 Tuesday morning.....We'll look at your truck. 30 minutes later, and a $1100 quote. 3. Called another reputable mechanic in Temecula, quoted @ $760.24 4. He called to order the heater element from Rancho, they gave him the run around, insisting that they needed to VIN to order any part for a Raptor. Really? (think they knew it was for my truck?) He called another Ford dealer and had the part delivered immediately. No VIN needed..... ever. 5. Bottom line....They are dishonest, I will not ever use their service for anything.....ever. Car wash is HORRIBLE- do not ever let your car get the free wash after service. It will look worse than when you arrived for service. At Rancho Ford, you are required to speak to the service tech that checked in your vehicle for any question, even after the service was completed. If the tech is off for the day, you (the customer) has to call back when they return to work. I say call back because they don't return voicemails. I waited a week and a half for Debbie to call me back. After no return call, I called Tom the Service Manager. Tom was helpful but didn't know the answer related to my tire warranty question. Eventually had to call the tire manufacturer myself. Frustrated with the service I received, I left a message for Mark Gosch as he was on vacation. That was in August and still haven't received a call back. Lead by example which must be why service techs don't return calls. When on the lot looking at new cars, my sales person had no clue what True Car pricing was. He asked another sales person driving by in a golf cart if they match True Car pricing. Without stopping the golf cart rep yelled no. Why wouldn't a customer drive 37 miles to a Ford dealer that does offer True Car pricing saving literally thousands over Rancho Ford's prices? Rancho Ford is worse than my experiences at Fritts Ford. Maybe time to buy a different brand of vehicle. It's very sad that Gosch owns so many Ford dealerships in the Inland Empire as I will not buy or have my car serviced at any of his dealerships again. You, the customer, are there to service him and his incompetent sales & service team. Will stick with Ford dealerships in Orange County next time. read more

Can't thank Nick Adkinson enough for going above and beyond for me! My Edge had full brake system replacement at previous dealership, less than 2 years later my brakes went out in the middle of the freeway! Nick made himself personally available to me when I arrived to drop off my vehicle, and when we discovered a torn brake line he offered a solution that saved me over $500! Then, Nick went above and beyond by dealing directly with old dealership to handle my repairs at no out of pocket cost! Never expected this kind of customer service from a dealership. We took my 2008 Ford Expedition here about two weeks ago for servicing. The service dept. took care of the 60k mile servicing, rotating/balancing tires, alignment and a "check tire pressure" sensor that was out of whack. We are readying ourselves for a 2500 mile cross country trip so it's important that our vehicle is prepared. Firstly, I explained to them that I couldn't come during the week because their courtesy shuttle wouldn't have a carseat for my son. They completely understood and were able to get us in on a Saturday even though they were full up with appts. Secondly, Kenn, one of the service managers, was fantastic! He touched base with us throughout the day letting us know everything that was going on. He was very thorough and forthcoming about all our expected costs. Lastly, they were able to correct a "shimmying" problem that I had when I drove at higher speeds...the place where we bought our last set of tires never balanced them (surprise, surprise...and that's a different review). They don't know what they're doing with diesel engines. I took my 6.7 in because it had no boost. They told me I needed a turbo that was going to cost $4000.00 after charging $104 for the diagnostic and refused to give me the report. I took it took Alternative Dealers. They analyzed it and it turned out to be an air cleaner. read more

Excellent Customer Service!! I had an appointment at 8:40am on a Monday the week of Thanksgiving. I arrived on time and my car was taken back immediately. Chris (my service writer) was great. He welcomed me when I arrived and recommended services that my vehicle was in need of. He kept me up to date on the progress of my service and even had a tech drive my car to see if it needed an alignment. Everybody always says the dealer is way to expensive to have car work done unless it's warranty work. I learned years ago that's just not true! The staff here has always been great and have always been priced better then most private mechanics. I feel confident getting my work done by a Ford certified mechanic. Recently they had to fix a botched alignment job I had done at a tire place, they totally gave me a discount because they felt so bad. And for 40 bucks you get the "works" package which is an oil change, tire rotation and all fluids topped off, way cheaper then a jiffy lube! Do yourself (and your car) a favor and go somewhere else. I took my car to Gosch Ford after moving here. The check engine light had come on and the engine notice said it had overheated. Gosch fixed it, but I hadn't driven it even 10 miles and it overheated again. I called Gosch and they said they would send a tow truck to come get it. I waited 2 days, and finally drove it over myself. It turned out that they had left an air bubble in the cooling system. After waiting 2 days, I called and asked when my car would be ready. The service guy said it "should have been ready" yesterday. He said he would have it washed and ready that afternoon. After waiting another day to hear if it was ready, I finally went and picked it up myself. The car was not washed, but I assumed that it was fixed. A week later the engine splash shield almost fell off. I managed to save it. Another week later and as I was driving on the freeway, the car blew a cooling hose, leaving me stranded 80 miles from home. I got it towed to a local shop, and they showed me where the hose had not been clamped down (this was part of what Gosch serviced). It cost me another $400.00. Gosch service (if you can even get an appointment) is sloppy, don't care about the customer, and don't back up their promises. Stay away for your own good. read more

Kory Foster has been my Advisor for quite a while. I could not be happier for the service. I've had people question why I continue to go to the dealership. Simple! I pull a travel trailer and my truck must be at peak performance. My truck is a 2002 F-250 and runs like a charm. I know when I leave the dealership that ALL their work is guaranteed. I used to take my vehicles to other shops but stopped when I had an engine come apart due to short cuts taken by the shop. I no longer deal with those issues. I have a 2006 Mustang that had 2 recalls on it for air bag issues. After a very bad experience with Sunrise Ford in Fontana, I decided to call Rancho because it's close to my daughter's home. From the moment I phoned them I was so glad I did. From the receptionist in the service department who quickly and easily found my recall information - to her call back less than a week later to advise that the needed parts were in (after which she scheduled me for a service appointment 2 days later) - to the actual service department where I was helped by Ian (extremely professional and knowledgeable), the experience was honestly the best I can ever recall (and I'm no spring chicken!). You'll find that from the moment you pull up and they direct you where to park your vehicle and get it squared away, you already know it's going to be an efficient, organized experience, and very customer friendly at the same time. As a side note, we've been discussing the new Mustangs and whether we want to buy a new one so I went to the Sales Dept. and met their salesperson, Connie, who showed me the new GT. As it turns out, my husband's not sure he wants to buy a new GT right now (we may be stepping up to a Class A motorhome this year), but if our plans change, I will definitely drive the distance to Temecula to shop. For me getting my car serviced is stressful. Car parts and services needed is the world of unknown to me! This leaves me to trust the person advising me what needs to be serviced. I came across Brendon Salisbury. He took the time to check all parts of my car. Wanted to help me save money. Educated me on the serviced needed and why. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. When I drove my car for the first time and felt the difference, I was so happy. The work was done quickly, he communicated well. First off, I wish to thank the Gosch Family for their many kind and generous contributions to the Hemet and Temecula Valleys. Many people living here are unaware of the truly good deeds this family has done. That said, I am sadly commenting on my last experience at Gosch Ford Temecula Service. I was given a five thousand dollar estimate by Gosch Ford for what I was told was not one, but two worn out turbochargers on my F250 truck. I declined the work and took the truck to an independent repair shop, where they replaced the broken turbocharger return hose for $290 including parts and labor. The vehicle has continued to run great for over ten thousand miles since then. About 8 months earlier, I had previously dropped nearly five thousand dollars for a multitude of issues including all of the engine seals at Gosch Ford Service, taking it for granted that I was being given honest information. I now have serious doubts, based on the most recent experience. I suggest finding a local, reputable, independent repair shop for maintenance and repair. We have had to do just that with both of our vehicles and feel we have saved a lot of money since doing so. Buy a Ford from the Gosch Group if the price is right, but beware of the Service Department. read more
