Unfortunately I had high hopes for this cleaning service but they let me down. The entire time they were cleaning and had to go back and ask them to clean areas they said they cleaned already. I called back because the cleaning wasn't done well and I am having to clean again. My floors are still dirty to the point I have dirt all over my feet when I just walk around in my place for a while. When I called back they told me if I was that disappointed then why didn't I call the next day or right after the service. My cleaning was done at 9pm and most offices close at that time and when I said that she said "well they were there weren't they so you could have called". Then when I told her the reason I didn't call was because I've been barely home to even look at everything because of work she said she understood at first but then kept repeating that most people would have called right away and why didn't I. She offered for someone to come for 30 minutes or give me back $20. How would they even be able to reclean the areas I needed cleaned again in 30 minutes? And giving back $20 dollars for an $80 an hour service? That's just ridiculous. Eventually, I told her that you know what this is ridiculous you can give me back the $20 dollars and I will just write a review about this experience. She tried to say I was threatening her by saying that and that if I can't afford to get my house cleaned then I should have never got a cleaning service. I told her I can afford the service but the cleaning service that was done for my home was not done well. I will never go with this cleaning service again. She was so rude and insulting. Edit: they just called me back after I wrote this review saying they won't give me the $20 back and that if there is an issue with my payment they would put a mechanics lien on my home. I told them that I can afford it and that it isn't an issue. When I trying to hang up she was trying to make another insulting comment to me. While looking for a job, my apartment became really messy as I spent less and less time cleaning and more time searching for openings. By the time I landed a job, it was an utter disaster of a mess! I found Got It Maid on Yelp and decided to book an appointment to have a team come over and deep clean my ~700 sq. ft. 1-bed 1-bath apartment. I was able to schedule an appointment for the upcoming weekend. The pricing was $70/hr. with a minimum of two hours per appointment. When the weekend came around, I was greeted by Hugo and Estella. They were very friendly professional, and on time - right in the middle of the two-hour window that they were scheduled to arrive at. They asked me to show them around and asked what my priorities were for the cleaning service. I described to them all the details of what needed to be done in my apartment, and they got to work. I took a small break to go shopping. I came back a little less than two hours later and they were finishing up. Just as the two hours were about to expire, Hugo asked if I would be alright with a 30-minute extension so that they could get the finishing touches done. I said it was totally OK because I knew just how messy the apartment was - it was a lot of work! After they were done, they asked me to take a look around and see if everything was OK. I was impressed! The carpet looked like it was brand new, there wasn't a bit of trash in sight, and all the table tops were finally clear again, with my clutter now neatly organized and set into neat piles. My countertops were sparkling once again and the inside of my oven finally looked sanitary! They even washed all of the dishes - every last one was spotless. The service Hugo and Estella provided with Got It Maid was excellent, spot-on, and timely, with very fair pricing. Good customer service starts with the person in charge, and Kiran is all about it. After dealing with bad, worse, and the worst, I was almost caught off guard with the professionalism with which Kiran conducts her business. It was definitely unexpected. Rather than be irritated, I was willing to be even more flexible and didn't even want the discount Kiran offered. I thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past, but here it exists with Got It Maid. So~ no one showed up for our 9am appointment on a Monday...but we received a call from Got It Maid to tell us why. I called them back several hours later, and Kiran was very apologetic even though it was one of those things that are unanticipated and not anyone's fault. She even offered to find a team to come out that afternoon. Just based on how Kiran handled everything, I offered to reschedule for 2 weeks later. However, Kiran arranged for a team to come out and, just a short time later, Laura and Estela were at my house. My house is about 2,500 sq ft, so I really appreciate the hard work they did to get it cleaned when they weren't the original team that should've come out. I've used Got It Maid a few times but haven't been able to schedule regular cleanings with them. I am in southern CA only on the weekends and need cleanings on Saturdays or preferably Sundays, but Got It Maid isn't available on Sundays. For certain weeks, I'm able to switch my work schedule around to make myself available on a Monday. I wish they were also in northern CA because I would definitely use them there as well. read more

I had a deep cleaning last week. They did a very poor job. They didn't dust the ceiling fans or window frames. When I asked did they do them they said we didn't tell them. They're trained professional cleaners they suppose to know what to do I can't tell them every single thing I wanted them to clean. They didn't even clean behind furniture. We asked them to clean the vents at beginning of the job but when they finished they didn't do those. When asked they had to go back to clean them. We looked around the house and asked them to redo some areas. I paid $245 for 3.5 hours of deep cleaning but I don't feel the house look any difference than before. I'm so disappointed hiring their service. Update: The owners came to our house and talked to us to find out what were the issues. Then they gave us free two-hour cleaning. This time was another cleaning team. They took care of everything we wanted them to do. The owner stopped by checking on the process and wanted to make sure we're pleased with their service. I paid $160 for 2 hours of cleaning and my kitchen table still has gunk all over it, they don't touch walls or cabinets or baseboards or anything similar to a deep clean, so why did I pay so much compared to other companies? I won't be using them again. Also, the dishes had to be rewashed and they didn't put a trash bag in my garbage can. Debris was still under the coffee table. I couldn't be happier with this service. We recently moved so we couldn't use our regular cleaning service. I was concerned that they would be overpriced and "corporate". But I couldn't have been more wrong. The customer service to schedule my appointment was easy and quick. Very professional. Stephanie and Estella came to clean our place. This is a little embarrassing but our place needed a lot of attention. We hadn't had it cleaned in a while and we have children. Anyway, Stephanie and Estella were fantastic. They did a fantastic job with challenging parts of the house (bathrooms and kitchen) and were nice and friendly. The cleaning actually took a little longer than they expected. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The cost is $65 an hour with a 2-hour minimum. They bring everything! I let them know that my budget would be for 2.5 hours. They got everything done that I asked and I couldn't believe how clean my shower was. Seriously, I have never seen the glass in my shower so freakin' spotless. Not too bad. They responded right away to my request, which I needed fulfilled within 48 hours or so. The rates were reasonable, and they were available for the day I needed. I was going to be in a class all day but my boyfriend was going to be home, so I provided him a very specific list of priorities. 1. Dust blinds & window ledges 2. Kitchen - Floors, counters, wipe down the rest 3. Bathroom - Showers, floor, tub 4. Vacuum & dust the rest of the house So apparently no one likes to dust & clean blinds but this is why I hired people to clean because I certainly do not like it either. My boyfriend went over the list with them, and made it clear what I wanted. They decided that they would split & one would do the kitchen and one would do the bathroom. He told them that the blinds were a priority but they assured him they would get them done. Grrrr... So apparently one woman spent one hour in the bathroom cleaning (Mind you it isn't big), and the other one did the majority of the work. Apparently the one in the bathroom didn't even do that great of a job because the other helper had to go back over the entire shower. The blinds weren't cleaned the way I would have liked, and were still pretty dusty, but overall the house was in much better shape then when I left (Though I am one of those people, who cleans before the cleaning people come so it wasn't that ridiculous). I just wish they would have followed the list, and when I put my request in for their services I made sure the blinds were on there so it was not like it was some kind of surprise. read more

Used this service for the first time to prepare for Thanksgiving. I found them through here and got a quote on here. They were responsive within an hour or so each time when we were messaging back and forth. At one point, I asked them to call me because it seemed easier and they were very informative and friendly on the phone. They are upfront with the prices and how to book. The cleaners were eager to know what I preferred for the cleaning. I don't use cleaners that often so it was nice when they said they could clean the water spots off my shower door. Let me tell you, I was ecstatic as I saw them clean the inside of my microwave and wiped the front of my fridge. It doesn't sound like a big deal but those little things are exactly what I needed that day to take the stress off me for prepping for company for the holidays. They finished within the 2 hours which is the minimum. I felt this company is worth it because other companies had lower prices per hour but said it would take 3-4 hours to complete so it would have been the around the same price plus the existing reviews are very positive. read more

My wife needed areas of the house that's harder to clean (bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting window panes) done. Found Got It Maid here based on reviews and decided to give them a try. Kiran, the owner/manager, was very responsive and send in Jessica and Antonella, the next day. It was fast due to a cancellation so I am not sure the typically lead time to book is. The team arrived within the windows of time specified and worked very fast. My wife was very specific on areas to clean based on priorities since they work by the hours. We ended up adding an extra hour to clean all the baseboard and other unfinished areas within the two hours. The house was very nice and clean after they were done. We were very happy that Jessica was able to get a screen on the range hood down to clean which had become quite greasy because we couldn't take it down. Kiran is very responsive on questions and kept us informed of arrival time. We are very happy with their service and would definitely hire them again! read more

I came across this vendor on Yelp because I was hoping to find one company to do both carpet and house cleaning for my move out. Unfortunately, their carpet cleaners were at a conference this week, but their cleaning prices were still better than most! They were also the quickest to respond out of the 4 vendors I reached out to. I kind of procrastinated and realized I needed to schedule a move out cleaning 2 days before I had to turn over the space to the landlord. Fortunately, Got It Maid was able to schedule me! We corresponded through Yelp and then I called in to schedule the service. They do ask for a credit card for their files in case you cancel last minute. They can also charge your card for services, but there is a 3% processing fee. I paid with a check instead. They also take cash (but who doesn't?) I was notified that the 2 maids would show up between 2-4pm and it would be $65/hour, 2 hour minimum. I received a reminder call the day before and then a call around 2:30pm the day of that they were 30 minutes away. They arrived a little after 3PM and had all their supplies with them. I pointed out what needed to be cleaned (mostly the 2 bathrooms/showers and kitchen) and they got started right away! They did mention when I scheduled the call that they don't clean windows or walls but the maids did clean off any spider webs on the walls and ceilings they saw, which I thought was more than sufficient. They will also vacuum, but I had my carpet cleaned earlier that day so that wasn't necessary. They cleaned my fridge, microwave, stove, oven, inside all cabinets, toilets, showers, sinks, fan, and mopped the floors. Overall, it took them 3 hours to clean my apartment. They do ask that you stick around while they clean, which was no issue for me. I think they did an excellent job and my apartment looks brand new! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great house clean at a great price! read more

Our rental unit was pretty cruddy after 5 years in the same place and 3 active kids. Suffice it to say, Got It Maid was OUTSTANDING in cleaning everything. We had them in the unit for about 4 hours and they did a spectacular job removing grime, filth, calcium deposits, minor debris and shelf dust. The only very minor comment was that they did not have a step stool to clean the ceiling fans, but our fans weren't bad anyway, so I didn't mind. I strongly recommend this fantastic company. Marisela and Estella were very efficient and left no stone unturned or uncleaned. I was especially impressed at how clean my bathtubs were after they were finished - I hadn't seen those that clean since I first moved in 4 years ago. They were able to squeeze us in the next day. Making an appointment was effortless. There is a 2 hour minimum and they need a credit card to secure the appointment. We were given a 2 hour window and we were updated on when the cleaners would arrive. Danella and Novia showed up at our apartment ready to clean. These two were happy, smiling, and confident that we could get the apartment cleaned up in 2 hours. That put us at ease because we had to be finished by that night. And prior to this, immediately in response to my Yelp review, one of the owners had messaged me offering to provide the next service at free of charge to make it right which I had not taken up due to lack of time on my part. Fabulous!!!!!!! I can't rave enough about my experience with this maid service. I'm about to give birth in 10 days and called them last minute begging for help, to help me do deep cleaning. Of course it was no problem and they sent someone out in the next couple days to help me. I walked through the house and showed them the problem areas and they smiled and said no problem, which made me feel relief and excitement for having a clean house soon. I told them how many hours I wanted them to work on the house and they told me that if there was anything extra they would stop first and ask. The communication went smoothly and I had Kiran the manager call me and confirm everything. The two women that came to my house worked fast and really cleaned the house thoroughly, I was so impressed. There were some really gross problem areas, but they had a smile and a great attitude about the whole thing.... they cleaned my ceiling fan spotless and beside the fridge was a giant sticky stain that they had no problem getting rid of. They cleaned my blinds, window sills and 3 bathrooms spotlessly. Even my stove looked great and above the hood was sticky and full of grease and I totally forgot to show them that and they got it without even asking. As they left I felt the weight lifted off my back and Kiran called me to see how I felt about the cleaning. I have to say communication was on point and I was so excited to come back into a clean home! I'm feeling better than ever to have this baby now :). I've already called and left a message to make an appointment to come for 2 more weeks to keep this maintenance going and I'm so excited to have found them. I feel totally ripped off, hired this service to do deep cleaning, they did very poor job, non of the baseboards were cleaned, bathrooms still have water marks. I payed 185$ including tip for 2 bedrom two bath and i had to redo the job! Update: I would definitely give 5 stars for the customer service. After I complaint the manager contacted me and made sure to schedule a free follow up cleaning. She matched my time frame which was very nice and walked through the entire process to make sure I was satisfied. The girls came on time and did a good job following my direction. I guess we all have our own standards and expectations so just need to make sure to communicate it from the very beginning. read more

As much as I enjoy cleaning and learning new household hacks, I don't think I can clean as efficiently and nicely as the ladies that our house had hired! My housemates and I, all college students, wanted to hire someone to clean our kitchen and three bathrooms. I'm not sure what the names of the people that came are, but they were very friendly. We hired them for two hours. At first, they were uncertain if they could clean all the bathrooms and kitchens in 2 hours. However, they did it! Our bathrooms were spotless and the cleanest I've seen them since I moved in. I was surprised how in depth they cleaned our kitchen. They even wiped down the inside of our fridge. They charged us $65 per hour and two people came to clean. After they left, someone called and asked how the service was!
