I am telling you, the sauce was memorable; lighter than a pink vodka sauce, never have had this. A great combination in this very generous portion. We all enjoyed just a great cup of Decaf cofffee. The Escargot was buttery and soft. The oysters were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. We tried a lobster bisque and it was so so good. The touch of sherry was perfect. As for the Caesar's salad, this was the star of the evening. It was one of the best I've had and is what a Caesar salad should taste like. I am seriously considering going back there just for that salad. For dinner my wife had a lobster tail. She reports it was excellent. I had had to tell Michael a second time that "this wait wasn't working for me". Third, I don't mind paying a premium price when receiving value. That is not available at this establishment. The portion size of the Tomato Salad was laughable. As was our search to find the Salmon in the seafood pasta evening special. Typically we give a business a second chance knowing that everyone has a bad day. With everything that went wrong, we will not return. The service, the food, and the wait were a complete let-down.

The toppings--lettuce, tomato, and onion--were fresh and crisp, and the chips were store bought and not homemade. The burger itself was disappointing. I ordered it medium, but it came out well done. It was dry and lacked seasoning. It almost felt like the expectation was that customers would add bacon, cheese, or a sauce to provide the flavor and moisture that the burger was missing on its own. I enjoyed the atmosphere and would definitely be coming back because of the great service and location, but I'll try the wings next time.
