If you're a parent, you know birthdays are a huge milestone so a little kindness goes a long way in making the day special. Admittedly, I am probably too laid back and should have something but I was too stunned by their behavior. Forget the extra special touches that literally every other facility does such as music preferences of the birthday child, I didn't even want to interact because they were so unfriendly and wildly unapproachable. Party ends and you better believe they were vacuuming and spraying tables by the literal minute the party ended. My kids see their cousins about twice a year and I couldn't even enjoy the moment because I felt the eyes glaring for us to leave. I am imploring you to take your hard earned money elsewhere. From helping with the setup of the party room to making sure everything was exactly to our liking, Josh was there every step of the way. I've been bringing my daughter to Empire Adventure Park for about TWO YEARS. I have NEVER seen this place run the way it was on Saturday, August 22. We arrived around 7:45 PM and paid FULL PRICE, yet multiple attractions were already closed or had nobody working them. The bumper cars were closed, another attraction my daughter wanted to use had no employee operating it, and the attraction with the hanging seats was basically shut down. Parents were pushing their own children until an employee came over and told them it was closed for the night. There was also nobody properly directing the dodgeball area. Laser tag was closed as well, although I'm not sure if that was due to renovations. Then around 8-something I tried to get my daughter a slushy and was told that was closed too. The MAIN bathroom was closed, so everyone was being directed to the family bathroom, which was absolutely disgusting. What I don't understand is how you can advertise that you're open until 10 PM on a Saturday, charge families full admission, and then have multiple attractions and services unavailable more than TWO HOURS before closing. Their own website currently advertises Saturday hours until 10 PM and lists several of these attractions as part of admission. (Empire Adventure Park) I spoke to the manager on duty because there appeared to be plenty of employees around, yet so many areas either had no one working them or were already closed. I'm not a first-time customer who doesn't know how this place normally operates. I've been coming here for two years, which is exactly why this visit stood out so much. If customers are paying full price, the attractions included with that admission should be available during operating hours, or customers should be informed BEFORE paying that they will have limited access. I have already contacted upper management and requested an explanation and appropriate compensation. This was extremely disappointing, especially coming from a place we have enjoyed and supported for years.

Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!

Mike, the co-owner, was wonderful from day 1 during our run- through their warehouse and services, until everything was packed up the night after our reception. Our package included a full tent with lighting, plus set up/take down service, dance floor, tables with tablecloths and chairs, bar tables, cocktail tables, pipe and drape, dishes, silverware, steak knives, and glasses for wine, champagne, and soft drinks, and ice bins for beers and soda. The set up was quick, but they also took the time to let us both come out to specify any requests we had as far as placements of each item. Take down was even quicker. Mike and his entire team were so personable, helpful, and efficient. We really could not have had a better experience.

Nick and his team came once the wind settled and set up tents, tables, chairs and heaters - and by the next morning, we were all set for our party. The booking process and set up was flawless. Tent, tables, chairs and linens were all clean. The day of we realized we forgot to add chairs to our package and within minutes, Nick was there with chairs! Truly reliable and dependable company. I would recommend to anyone regardless if it's a small or big party - they will do it!!
