I am nothing shy of astounded. While recognizing that NYC is probably the one place in the world where you can get anything you may want day or night, even a jaded New Yorker was truly impressed with the service received from Corey & the team at Gotham iPhone. When I dropped my iPhone5 while running late last night, sheer panic set in. Yep, I've done this once before & was not pleased with having to wait 3 days (while slicing my fingers to shreds) for the replacement phone to arrive via my insurance claim. So now what? Google. Google knows everything right? Hey Google - Where in Manhattan can I get my screen fixed? While there are several options, none were convenient to my midtown office & all would take a minimum of 2 hours away from my desk to achieve the goal of a fixed screen. Unfortunately 2 hours away from the desk just doesn't fly in my line of work. Luckily, as I continued scrolling down, I found Gotham iPhone. While hesitant at first (Really? Someone I have never met before is going to show up at my office, fix my phone and its all going to work out? Lets remember...I am still the aforementioned jaded New Yorker...), I checked here on Yelp & read the stellar reviews after which I decided to give it a go. I emailed the team from my office at 7:16am. By 9:05am I had a response asking if 11:30am worked for me? Yep... It did. So now I have to ask myself "is this person even going to show up?" Without fail, at EXACTLY 11:30 ON THE NOSE I got a call from the front desk that Corey had arrived. He couldn't have possibly been nicer, more professional or more helpful. He was done with the fix in about 10 minutes, was willing to conveniently accept 3 different forms of payment for the service (Cash, Credit Card or PayPal) & did a fantastic job all in. I had one of the best customer experiences dealing with any company today when Gotham Iphone repaired my broken phone screen. 720 am - dropped phone on way to work 745 am - found them on yelp - 5 stars - submit a request for a tech to come fix 750 am - gotham responded asking me if 845 am worked? It did and they sent a tech to my office for a "10 minute repair". 845 am - scott emailed me notifying he was in lobby 850 am - I set him up at an empty workstation and he began the repair of my iPhone 6, which was $140, was told was original glass and lcd, 30 day warranty. 857 am - to my shock scott was behind me waiting for me at my desk, my iPhone in hand completely repaired and looking as good as brand new. He fixed the shattered screen and was packed up ready to go in no joke 7 mins. I paid him via credit card and he was gone like batman off to another person to save. I can not believe how fast and nice everyone was. Tech was very friendly and knew how to get to it and be quick, which I appreciated! Highly recommend! This is why I love NYC. read more

Gotham iPhone is without a doubt the best service ever. My iPhone 5s was completely shattered. It got so bad that pieces of the glass had come out. I googled iPhone service repairs and saw Gotham iPhone had good reviews. I literally called them around 10:50 in the morning hoping to set up an appointment later that day. Gotham iPhone was able to squeeze in an appointment one block down at the Starbucks I had requested if I was able to make it there within the next 5 minutes! He told me he could've scheduled one for later in the day around 3ish, but wanted to offer the soonest available. I walked across the street to Starbucks and sat right across from him the entire time, able to watch exactly what he was doing. Friendly service and incredibly fast. I was back in the office by 11:30. Would recommend this service to anyone. So much more convenient than getting your entire phone replaced and having to worry about backing up data, etc. read more

Got in touch with Gotham Iphone same day to make an appointment for the following day and within minutes heard back from Gotham and appointment--at my office--was confirmed. Scott was right on time and fixed my phone in 15 minutes, exactly as estimated. Good as new, service was great, and Scott was super professional and friendly. Yes, my friends! This is the way to go! I used my insurance to fix my cracked screen 3 months ago, only to have it crack AGAIN this week. Of course the stupid insurance company (Asurion) will only allow you to make one claim per year, so I had to go another route. Gotham IPhone to the rescue!! My technician, Juan, was on-time, fast, and super polite. I can't recommend this service enough and have no idea who these people are who rated 1 star. I can't recommend this service highly enough! Scott from Gotham came to my workplace to repair my cracked iphone 5s. To start off, he was right on time. He texted me as soon as he got here and within minutes he went to work. When he finished the repair he had me test the phone to make sure everything was working. The vibration feature was not working properly so he kept working until it was working again. All in all, the entire process took about 30 minutes. He offered to not have me wait there and email me when he was done, but I opted to stay and watch. Top notch repair! read more

All I can say is, yes! I called around 10am to tell them about my cracked screen -dude came to my job around 1:45pm and was done a little after 2pm. Nice on the phone, nice in person.
