The chef is from Philly and not only is his food rich in flavor, he's rich because he got the family there with him, and they provide the best service and amazing vibes. I could have easily chatted with them all day, they are super cool, creating a very welcoming ambience. I enjoyed the jerk chicken and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, and be warned, they are HUGE, great portions, easy to share, because he splits them in half. Both were a 10/10, I would have them again! We decided to try Get'Cha Roll On today for Lunch. These are amazing but be warned, it's a lot of food, because they pack them full of your favorite protein. Also, they cut them lengthwise so that they are much easier to eat. The sauces are also fantastic! If you are lucky enough to spot this bright orange tent at a food truck event or in their regular spot at the Kahuku Sugar Mill do not hesitate to introduce yourself to the delightful father/daughter duo behind the counter. Then order a roll or two along with a flavored lemonade and get ready to become a fan of the concept of gourmet egg rolls. I stopped there after eating a massive chicken sandwich from their neighbor, so only took one egg roll home with me, so I know I'll have to return soon to try some of the other flavor concepts. I had the Philly Cheesesteak which was bursting with thinly sliced steak and oozing with just the right amount of cheese. The roll was enough for me that day, but I would suggest either two rolls or one and a side of fries if it will be your main meal. The rolls are pre-formed and then fried to order, so be ready to wait for just a few minutes while your food is made. The great news about waiting is that you'll be able to talk to other happy hungry people and to the owners of the business.
