They also NEVER had coconut regardless of when I went. I went about 10 times across multiple years and different seasons and they have always been out. When they are out, you might have to wait 15minutes for them to grill more corn. You can go in the shop of the Dole Plantation or grab a dole whip while waiting and come back. There are plenty of tables to sit and eat the corn. There are tables on the grass area around where you buy the corn (which is in the parking lot) or you can go through the Dole Plantation shop and walk through to find more tables available. You don't have to pay an entrance fee to get to this area. The servers are never friendly but I still go for the grilled corn. At least the flavor of the corn never changes.
